Hi ​@Sameer K ​@Srishti Bali Allow me to share more genius moves by Adobe . On Adobe home page, you have to guess that the community page can be accessed by clicking on the little question mark circle, very user friendly ! Once you're on the community page, what’s one the first things one would like to see? The previous / current posts one participated in; so you click on the profile avatar, and you get there, right? no! Adobe has made the ingenious move of putting only the count for AI credits (because only this matters) there, because it’s the money that counts? Well done, Adobe; you keep surprising us. 

According to We’re Upgrading Adobe Community for You!, posted information is not supposed to be lost, but some information still hasn’t been restored.For example, the table I posted after this post in the “executeMenuCommand() Command List” thread—a list of menu commands available starting with Illustrator 29.4 is still missing.When will this be restored?

Dear Adobe Community Team:I am writing to request your assistance in checking the status of my Adobe community account.My previous community account was linked to the email address [PPI removed by moderator] and my community username was **Flawless_Odyssey6941**. Currently, I cannot access or participate in the Adobe community using [PPI removed by moderator]. However, I can still log into my Adobe account and use Creative Cloud services normally, and the posts I previously made using my community username are still there.I am unclear about the reason for my community account restriction. If I have unintentionally violated community rules—for example, by repeatedly posting similar topics or making other mistakes—I sincerely apologize. I am just trying to access a thread (https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2217630) from the "old" Adobe forum, which I found via google search. But if I click on this link, Adobe automatically redirects me to their landing page  https://community.adobe.com/How can I access these old forum threads? This is only an example, its the same problem with all other old threads which have the url "forums.adobe.com/thread/xxxxxx". And with the search function in the adobe community I neither can find the thread.Thanks a lot for answers!    

Finding the search functionality pretty poor on these new forums, I'm viewing the lightroom classic page and unless I specify lightroom classic in the search question I get results from every adobe app section listed . Finding much hard to ascertain as to whether the issue I have is a current new bug or an issue that someone solved  years ago. It seems to like throwing up 8 year old threads that are all locked . Is it possible to just search the say the lightroom classic section?  (Windows 11 opera browser)

I've been using community.adobe for years and recently saw a pop-up promoting "the new Adobe Community" at adobe.community.A few questions before I make the switch:1. Will my existing login and profile info carry over, or do I need to create a new account?2. Are both communities going to be maintained going forward, or is one being phased out?3. What's the long-term plan — full migration to adobe.community?Seems a little confusing to have two separate forums serving the same user base. Would love some clarity!

I wish to correct my name,  remove the automatically added figures. How have I to do that? 

I had a restriction on my Behance profile and I cannot offer Appreciations, I sent two tickets to Behance support and I didn't receive an asnwer as to how long will the restriction be in place and what can I do to have the restriction lifeted. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,We are writing regarding the restrictions recently applied to our Adobe Behance account.We received an email stating that the following action had been taken against our account:“Measures taken: All content hidden from search discovery. Reason: Spam.”After receiving this notification, we immediately submitted an appeal explaining that we have never engaged in spam distribution, artificial activity boosting, or any other actions that violate Behance policies.Approximately one day later, our appeal was rejected without any detailed explanation. We then contacted support directly via email and once again clarified the situation, emphasizing that we did not commit any violations related to spam or platform abuse.The following day, we received another generic response that did not contain any clarification regarding:the exact reason for the restriction, what specific actions triggered it, how long the restriction will remain active, or what steps are required to resolve the issue.At t

I pay premium for these services.  Adobe is supposed to be a quality software company, but their AI image generation and video capability is worse than the average free app on my phone.

Anyone else having issues with the generative AI removal tool? I don't see the eraser icon once I hit erase, so if I want to make adjustments, it's difficult to find the exact spot to make adjustments after. And I am missing the three options for generative removal, instead I’m given the refresh option and those options aren’t that good. The three options were more accurate.

I am monthly charged for an Acrobat subscription. Logging into my account, I can not see the plan. Hence I can not change it. And there seems to be no way of getting in touch with customer support - but to open a user here and post?

I received this email today from the above address telling me that I have duplicate subscriptions and that I have to delete 1 otherwise I will be charged for both. I did not click the links provided, instead I went to my CC account to have a look. There was no duplicate account. I think this was a scam bait. Has anyone else received such an email? Be careful. Hi everyone,We’re trying to determine the best way to handle a recurring multi‑signer PDF workflow without permanently locking the document.Scenario:We send a PDF to multiple signers. At the end of the signing process, the PDF becomes locked due to a digital certificate. The same PDF needs to be used again at the end of each month for a callback process and must be signed again. Once a digital certificate is applied, the document cannot be modified unless it is printed/recreated, which breaks the workflow.Additional issue:After monthly reports are called back, we combine all signed PDFs into a single PDF for compliance submission. When combining PDFs that contain certificates, the signatures are stripped from the final combined document upon saving.Question: Is there a way to:Send a PDF to multiple signers without applying a document‑locking certificate, or Configure Adobe Sign/Acrobat so the document remains reusable and signatures are preserved when combining PDFs?Any guidance, best

Basic question ...I've used community.adobe for years ...I just saw a pop-up at the bottom for "Explore the new Adobe Community." and clicking the link goes to adobe.community.Questions:Do I have to set up new login info on adobe.community, or will my info from community.adobe migrate/transfer over?Are both forum/communities going to be maintained for the foreseeable future?What is the overall plan?It seems a bit odd to have two different forums to maintain for the same issues and user base.

It is entirely too hard to find the option to post to a discussion/ask a question. The button should appear any time one searches the community so users don't have to dig for it.
