Hi everyone,I’m a bit confused with my situation and hoping someone here might have gone through something similar.I signed up for a free trial recently and canceled it before the trial period ended (at least I’m pretty sure I did it on time). However, I’ve now been charged, and when I check my Adobe account, I don’t see any active subscription listed.What makes it more confusing is that there’s nothing in my billing history that clearly explains this charge. It just appears on my bank statement.Has anyone experienced something like this? Is it possible that the subscription is tied to a different account or email, or maybe processed through a third party like Apple/Google?Any advice on what to check next or how to resolve this would be really helpful.Thanks in advance

I successfully upgraded to Adobe Creative Cloud UI Helper 25H2 using the KB5054156 activation package on January 1st of this year. When I tried to install it again, I encountered an error message saying "Update not compatible with your computer." After restarting, I got a "Memory error occurred in Adobe Creative Cloud UI Helper." Adobe Creative Cloud works fine afterward. Is this related to the "Update not compatible with your computer" error I encountered when upgrading to Adobe Creative Cloud UI Helper using the KB5054156 activation package on January 1st, or is there a problem with my Adobe bill?Is that a problem with my Adobe account, related to not having paid the fees?

At least the resellers should sell the proper product since you have so many resellers in Bangladesh. Adobe should at least take a look at what the resellers are actually selling. And give them the actual subs at the right price like India. If the price is inflated people are forced to go for gray market solutions. What can the community do to fix these issues?
Please offer a budget friendly subscription that contains only Lightroom Classic. Lots of hobby photographers do not want Lightroom mobile, cloud storage or websites. I would really like to upgrade from my old Lightroom 5 but cannot justify paying for a subscription that includes things I will never use. If there were a cheaper plan that included only Lightroom Classic I expect many people like me would subscribe.
I have a personal adobe account. I work for a non-profit which just bought the non-profit adobe package. I use the email address that the activation was sent to as my personal adobe log in, when I try to activate the non-profit package and use that email addy it won’t activate the non-profit package. How do I activate the non-profit package while using my personal adobe email login.
I cancelled my free adobe pro plan 5 days in, for some reason an ai assistent was also tagged along with the plan. The cancellation however only cancelled the ai assistent and now I got a notification I was billed 36 euro. Needless to say I'm not pleased with the confusing manner this company runs its subsciptions.

I subcrived two products in the same date (total 45€), canceled them well within the 14 days given by the European legislation, I got 8€ back but the other’s 37€. The boot works in loop, meaning it gives no answers, no human reply. Another SCAM by one of the largest!
How may I complain to Adobe management about the issue concerning Adobe not supporting naming or labeling passkeys individually in the account settings?All the various other accounts I have with different application vendors support this; I thought this was an industrial standard.The concern is that more than one passkey should be registered, I usually register five Yubikeys. If one physical passkey is lost/damaged, that key must then be removed. If there is no process to name the keys, I will then need to remove all the passkeys and re-add the passkeys again.
