Hello,I wish to use my license for Adobe Reader pro but because of this white pop up, i can't. I've downloaded the last version of the software "Continuous Release | Version 2025.001.20997 | 64 bits Licenses : Acrobat Pro" on Windows 11 last update. This appears right after to edit a pdf or if i wait ~5 seconds at the opened software, and then when it's appears i can't close this blank square. I have to close Adobe by the task manager. I've already tried so many options to resolve this :- Install the last version- Fully delete Adobe (certificates, Adobe Creative Cloud, folders %Appdata%, folders basically everywhere about Adobe)- Tried AcroCleaner- Tried on another PC and got the same result- Verified my license to be sure that i can pay this my card Thanks
Hi everyone, We're excited to announce that a new Adobe Community experience is coming this January. A little bit about the update: The new experience will be simpler to navigate, make it easier to connect with other creatives and Adobe experts, and is designed so you have a say in the evolution of the Adobe apps you use each day. In the meantime: Adobe Community will remain active. Keep using it as usual—there will be no interruption in access. In fact, you’ll notice even more Adobe Experts on deck to provide faster responses before, during, and after the update. No existing content will be lost in the update. Every single post, reply, solution, feature request, and bug report you’ve made will be transferred to the new experience. You won't need to recreate anything. Existing content will reappear in two phases. At launch, posts created on or before November 16th will be available immediately. A few weeks later, you’ll see posts created between Novem
I created a PDF form file using LiveCycle ES2 and saved it as an extended Reader-enabled file via Acrobat Pro 2020. When I opened the form with Reader, filled it out, locked the form, and then saved it to the desktop, everything worked perfectly at that time. However, when I went back to the desktop and opened the file again, the filled-in data became editable and the data itself also changed. Why is this happening?
I am on Windows 11, 25H2. I am using Adobe Acrobat Continuous Release 2025.001.20997 (64). I have tried repairing, deleting and reinstalling the program, and ran Windows SFC scan. The problem is that when I make a change like a highlight, and the save button becomes active, when I press save (or save as from the menu), the window where recent folders usually appears does open but that window is empty (other than the X in upper right). Never fills in, never allows a save. Thoughts?
I can't believe in almost 2026 I have to ask this. Is there not an updated/new version of ADMx to be used in GPO to control settings for Adobe Acrobat Reader DC? In this particular instance, I am looking at managing Menu>Preferences>General>Always Open PDFs saved from the web. By default this is on. We are finding that even when in a Corporate environment and settings are set via GPO preventing Edge or Chrome from opening within browser itself and we have a paid PDF writer software set as default that will open PDF, when clicked on from download within browser Adobe Reader also opens. Traced it back to this exact option. I would like to globally set this so it would be off. Did some research, seems that registry entry of bBrowserIntegration is debricated as of version 11, which is this exact option. How is everyone handling control of Adobe reader in your buisiness environment?
Dear All, I am currently having an issue with installing Adobe Acrobat Reader to our laptop estate at the moment and that as soon as I pass UAC, it comes up with the "Application Initilisation Error" error message when attempting to download the application from the installer file. I have had a look at the usual settings, like temporarily bypassing the Anti-Virus software.ect and that I have also moved the laptop to another OU in Active Directory.ect, alas, this is still not allowing installation. I have also run the Adobe Creative Cloud cleanup tool in an effort to fix this, however, this has not worked as-intended. I have managed to download the application to an "offnet laptop" which appears to be downloading. Can you advise please if there is any settings in the infrastructure that could be causing this?

The basic Adobe Reader is supposed to be free, and has been for decades, but I've been dealing with this problem on my Macbook for months.Install a fresh copy of official Adobe Reader (free version) on Macbook from Adobe's website. It works normally for a few days or weeks. Then randomly at startup it starts prompting me to login with my Adobe account. (This seems to happen after the app notifies me it has auto-updated on its own)I click the "don't login" button or X on the login window, and the App shuts itself down. Cannot get past this: it's a terminal state as the app just crashes, so it becomes un-usable unless you login and pay seemingly. The only workaround is to Uninstall Free Adobe Reader, and go back to step 1. I've had to do this so many times, I keep re-installing Free Adobe Reader over and over again just to be able to use it regularly . The problem seemed to start around June 2025 so I think it's a major bug in the software for Macs. I've seen some hints that

Hello,I'm trying to print a document in booklet format on legal sized paper. In the past, this has always worked easily by selecting my printer and selecting "properties --> [legal paper tray] --> advanced --> Paper size: Legal." The print preview would then adjust from the default letter size to legal and the booklet printing worked easily. The past two times I've tried to print, that setting does NOT correct the print preview to legal size paper rather than letter, and the booklet prints at a completely bizarre scale and layout. I have also tried to adjust the paper size in the "page setup" menu but that is already set to legal. Changing it from letter back to legal does not fix the issue. Any suggestions are appreciated.
my reader is in german how to get it in english please ? i live in ausrtriaalso , what is mui ?
I want to use Adobe PDF iFilter 11 in a Windows Service to extract text from PDF files. I have two questions:**Technical Issue:**I get error 80004005 (E_FAIL) when calling IClassFactory.CreateInstance() in our test Windows Service. The same code works with PDF iFilter 9. The service runs as LocalSystem and properly initializes COM. What could cause this failure? Are there restrictions for using PDF iFilter 11 in third-party services?**Licensing:**Is PDF iFilter 11 free for commercial use in third-party applications? If a license is required, where can I get pricing and licensing information?
I am constantly being bombarded with annoying Adobe Autocrat update pops and Adobe product promo popups several times each day. How do I stop them?
Hi All, I received a 2,000-page PDF file, but I only need 30 of those pages. I tested deleting all the other pages, leaving just one page, but the file size is still 250MB. I need to understand the reason and inform the other party how to resolve this issue.I have already deleted all unnecessary content and uploaded the file to Google Drive (with only one page remaining). Thank you for your help. check PDF file (250MB)https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ZaveO5PvpMLqQBYBRx2cD4PuNqOau3AQ/view
Hi, I have a brand new fresh macbook air 2025 - Whenever I try to download AcroRdrSCADC2500120937_MUI.DMG the download times out - I've tried multiple browsers and attempted to download via both; https://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/ and https://get.adobe.com/reader/direct Both fail. I was able to download the correct .DMG on my andoird phone, I then uploaded to WeTransfer and was able to download the .DMG in under a minute. So something strange is happening with my Mac and the Adobe servers. However, now I have the correct DMG, I get the following error: "The disk image couldn't be opened. The operation couldn't be completed. Operation not permitted." Is it possible to download Creative Cloud and use the free Reader via that? Or is there some way of getting it to work?

With these 2 instruction statements>>Delete All: Just one click and you can clear the entire Recent files list. Select the “Clear Recent” button at the bottom of the page. Will these be deleted from my PC, or just removed from the Reader page?
