Acrobat Reader

Hi,We were interested in a software vendor selling a solution for managing 3D documents. It seems to embed Adobe PDF Reader in their application. They say this may require buying a license from Adobe. I wonder what I should buy. 

Help! Recently upgraded our organization to Office 2021 (With Outlook).  Everything works but now when we receive a PDF from a client, fill out the form and press the submit button, Nothing happens.   Under "Preferences",  "Email Accounts", "Default Email application" is checked How do we fix this?  

Our firm always with some docs handled by Nitro Pro. When people have ever added Chinese comments in the call out of Nitro Pro, it will display as garbled in Acrobat Reader. Hope this could be solved?Attached a sample for troubleshooting. Thanks.

I get an error msg Signature not verified when opening a pdf document

Windows 10 - We are moving from Reader 2017 Classic to Reader DC. One thing we noticed, when using Fill and Sign to complete a form, we choose to save a read only copy via the "Next" dialog. A location is chosen and the PDF is saved. However, new to this version, now we are prompted to Login to Adobe via an account or Google / Facebook registered ID's. Cancelling this dialog and exiting causes no issues. But we see the prompt everytime. We have a wide range of users, some may have Adobe ID's, so no issue. Others may have received a form from HR to fill out as needed, and do not have an ID. Seeing the prompt may cause confusion, leading to a support call in some cases. Or people may now feel obligated to create an ID. And the authors of documents may not be aware, and may not inform the recipients of the steps. Is there a way to stop this prompt without disabling the services? The only methods I have discovered eliminate the services. like bToggleAdobeSign or bToggleSendAndTrack.

Need help here pls? I always received my payslip in password protected pdf format. Only today its happening first time that when ever i am trying to enter the password(only numbers) it popping up an error," password Incorrect, please try again". I have tried using the same on Chrome and Edge both but its not working at all. Only time it worked when i downloaded the attachment and enetred my password. But whenever i just click on attchment to open it using password, it not working. Does anyone knows why? Any solution to this? Note: its happening at my laptop but working on my Android phone  Thanks

So I'm trying to get Accuplacer.org's system checker to to accept my Adobe Acrobat Reader build. It's the only thing keeps failing the Accuplacer system check saying "Not Installed" even though it IS installed. I'm on the latest build of Adobe Acrobat Reader as we speak, as of this writing. I tried reinstalling Acrobat Reader, reloading Accuplacer.org and restarting my laptop. Nothing worked. For reference, my computer setup is: HP Elitebook 850 G1, Windows 10 64bit, Firefox 76.0

Hi, I have seen that recetly Adobe Reader is taking between 3 and 3,3GB of RAM in my MacBook Air M1 with 8GB of RAM. I have opened 8 PDF files with an average of 40-50 pages. Is this considered a normal memory usage in Adobe?Thanks

I have a windows 10 Computer (Drive format NTFS) with the free version of Adobe Reader installed.  I have a USB Flash Drive (Drive format FAT) When I try to open the PDF on the flash drive I get the error. Adobe Reader could not open … because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn’t correctly decoded)."If I open the PDF on the USB drive using Chrome or Edge the file opens.  Oddly I gave the USB flash drive to two friends and they could open the USB PDF file.  If I copy the PDF to the local C: Drive of my computer from the USB Flash drive I can open the PDF. It is not clear why I can't open the file from the USB drive using my verions of Adobe DC (Reader/Free)? I uninstalled Adobe and reinstalled to make sure I have the current version.

I'm trying to install the latest release(s) of Adobe Reader DC (AcroRdrDC_1902120049_MUI.dmg as well as AcroRdrDCUpd1902120056_MUI.dmg) on my MacBook Pro running MacOS 10.15.1 (Catalina). The installation fails at the Summary step with the message, "The installation failed. The installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance." Any advice would be appreciated.

The installation processes always gets stuck at 90% complete.  The reader works until I turn off my computer.I have a windows 7 operating system on a HP laptop

Hello I am trying to use the read out loud feature on my adobe reader acrobat DC to read a pdf written in Spanish.I have tried going to the language setting through Preferences, Languages, Application Language.It is currently set to: same as operating system.I do not have any other option available.How can I get the program to read my document out loud in Spanish?Thank you all in advance

Hello everyone,I have the following "strange" problem.Use Acrobat Reader to edit forms.When I load a dynamic form, a window comes up twice where it only shows "No error"and then comes the usual text that my viewer is not able to display this type of document.Reloaded the Adobe Reader DC (64-bit), but without success.The same file/form can be opened without problems with most of the colleagues I have tried,just not on my laptop and PC. What can be the reason that I cannot open dynamic forms? ..although others can. Ps. I also went through all the settings, also without success. Am desperate ... any help is more than welcome. Thank you for your time and understanding

Every Time I open Acrobat this pop-up appears and then dissapears before it can load properly. This happens about ten times in sucession. The pop-up tries to load, crashes, and then opens again. There is no title to the pop-up, its just a stock image (this changes with every pop-up) with a white box over it and a loading symbol. I have no idea what it is as it closes before it can load any text.  Its not affecting the program in any way it's just very annoying. 

Hi, after the Update to Acrobat Reader DC 64-bit I cannot drag and drop text from a PDF opened in the Adobe PDF Reader AddOn in Internet Explorer. This also applies to files opened inside the AxAcroPdf plugin for .NET Applications.On the other hand, drag & drop is possible when I open it in Acrobat Reader DC directly. (after disabling sandbox in security settings)It worked fine with the 32-bit version of Reader DC. Can anyone give me a hint how to enable Drag & Drop for the 64-bit version?

Hi, on the latest version (Adobe Reader 2019.010.20099) I have issues selecting and highlighting text on some PDFs.  On a Chrome-based pdf viewer, however, I have no issue selecting the text, so I believe this is an Adobe Issue and NOT a PDF issue.  Is this a bug that needs to be fixed?Same PDF on chrome:Thanks for your help.

Hello, apologies if this has an obvious answer but I have searched everywhere and don't understand! I have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader and and am trying to install the accessability plug-in CommonLook but I can't see the plug-in drop down on my toolbar. I have been into settings and disabled protection mode. Am I missing something or are plug ins not available with the free version of reader? Thanks!

This was the ONLY reason I paid for a subscription: I receive long legal documents in Hebrew that I have to translate into English so need to Export to Word to then use a free translation service.But when Acrobat extracts the original Hebrew text it dumps the Hebrew text as gibberish - strings of letters and numbers. Need some help please: havent had this issue and i did do the last two back to back up-dates now my true reds, maroons etc are coming of in brownish tones 😞 I can not get my reds to work and pop at all - please any suggestions and i have tried all updates and both printers - cannon and an epson - checked updates there tooIt on the screen fine in photoshop and illustrator and i send for print bam browns for my reds

 Hello guys, My problem is that on the preview page before printing the bottom and top  margin looks  good.But as soon i start printing them the top and bottom  Margin movesabout 5mm  Down and top.

HiHope you guys can helpJust got a new Laptop and installed Acrobat Reader so i can open my PDF Files. But when i open a PDF File, the upper bar disapears sometimes (Minimize/close). Sometimes right after i open the file or just when i move the mouse op to minimize it disapears.It's like it "Jumps" and "freezes" on the screen, but the Acrobat Reader is fully functional, I can scroll and open toolbar and so on. Sometimes I can provoke the bar to appear if i minimize Acrobat Reader on the Windows bar at the bottom and open the Acrobat Reader again.  Checked if there was any updates for it, but it is fully updated.  Best regards Miki
