Acrobat Reader Mobile

As I am filling out a form I am able to input all data, but when that text box is complete it only displays the first letter of the text. If I select the box again all data comes up, but only while the box is selected. I am using the Adobe app on my phone to open and make edits.

Signed on for a 7day trial a couple of weeks ago (~Monday 13th June) of Adobe Acrobat Premium (Monthly). Was immediately billed the subscription fee. The LiveChat that I had with Adobe Customer Support let me know that I needed to contact Google for a refund of the subscription fee. I contacted Google however unfortunately, they are not providing a refund, regardless of the screenshot I provided with subtext showing that I wouldn't be charged until the 7day trial period ends. They contacted me before the trial period was meant to end. In response to my review, I was recommend to contact the Adobe Support Community. Please let me know if further information or screenshots are required. Many thanks  

Why is it not possible to make pdf-documents offline available in Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 25.03.05 on iPad Pro? 

I have been trying to talk to someone , where can i talk to your agents or executives, i have been trying since last 3 days to be heard, you deducted money during trial period and now you are telling me that i have taken subscription from third part, and some of your executive are saying I don't even have a subscription plan when i cancelled it. I have all the proofs don't force me to make it big please.  

It's not allowing me to edit, it's asking me to subscribe but I already have subscription until August.

Hello,   On August 8, 2025, I signed up for what was clearly labeled as a 7-day free trial of Adobe Acrobat Premium through the App Store. I clicked the “Free Trial” button, was directed to my Apple billing confirmation, and accepted. I was given instant access to the service.   However, the very next day (August 9), Apple attempted to charge my account $14.99 — well before the trial period should have ended on August 15. The payment failed only because I do not have an active payment method listed. I canceled the subscription on August 10, yet my account still shows access until September 8, as if I had paid for a full month.   This situation is misleading for the following reasons:   The subscription never displayed any “trial ends on…” date, which contradicts the free trial offer. My 7-day free trial ended today, and I was charged £62.99 for the annual subscription. As I no longer use Adobe, I would like to cancel the subscription and request a refund if possible. Since the payment was taken today, could you please let me know if I am eligible for a refund? I took the 7 day free trial of acrobat adobe on 20th may 2026 and created an autopay but i got to know about a free website to do the same work, and that's why i deleted my autopay on 20th may at around 4 pm but when i checked my bank statement it said that my 2600 rupees are deducted on 20th may 2026 at 3:22 pm , and asked me to talk to bank , then bank told me to ask to phone pe, and then phone pe asked me to talk to the merchant that's adobe, but when i cancelled my subscription i got an email saying I won't get a refund according to the refund policy, but when i went through it , it was mentioned that if i cancel my subscription within 14 days then i will get a full refund, and i cancelled within 5 days only. So how come you can say I won't get a refund. Check it and give me the refund , also i can share images
