Acrobat Reader Mobile

Hello, I use acrobat reader for samsung. My problem is the font view is not sharp enough. That reduces the readibility of the text. Although I can't increase the font size (except for zooming), at least I expect to increase thickness of the fonts so I can read it through less effort. In current case the font appearance is very thin. Particularly this problem occurs when I read academic papers which are usually have written through Latex software and have a different kind of font. I know there is a reading mode but it is not handy if the pdf has lots of equations. I hope there is a solution for it. Thanks in advance.

Hello,I am using IOS 17 (14 Pro Max). But "Open in Acrobat" feature is not working in share menu. Any PDF does not open in Acrobat in share menu. I attached the video about this problem.

I have 9th generation iPad and 1st generation Apple pencilIt is connected but I don't have the option in pdf to write, scribble etc with the pencil.There is no blue pencil icon to allow this.  How do I activate the pencil iconIt works in wordI have watched tube to no avail thanksdawn ' 

The Google Store counselor said that the refund request was canceled because the Adobe company already have the money and they don't return the money, so what can I do in this situation. This money is all my property. If I don't have this money, I can't eat it right away.   

I opted for the 7 day free trial and also ended the subscription the same day a few hours later and was still charged. I'm not sure if this is correct as it was advertised as a free trial and I would like to be refunded if possible. Any advice or help is greatly appreciated.

Can you please tell me why I'm being charge 1999 a month and I can't find my subscription anywhere to cancel there's nobody to call or write an email directly can you please help me with this.

Hello, I cancelled a yearly subscription 3 months ago and i still get monthly billings. I could not find an email adress to contact Adobe about my issue. I need information on what account is causing the billing and for how long and how much i still need to pay. Need support. Thank you Mamo

When I send a copy of a pdf to my google drive, it also sends a txt. copy of an Abobe Acrobat ad. This only started happening in the last week. Why is it doing this? I have no way to stop if from sending a copy of “edit, sign and share PDF files on the go...”. It shows up as a separate txt. file, saved to my google drive. I now have hundreds of these little files clogging my drive. This is the the txt.:Edit, Sign and share PDF files on the go. My Adobe reader on my iPad keeps saying "online maintenance is being carried out" but this never stops. I am not online, these are local files so have nothing to do with online maintenance.

Hey so I just downloaded the app. Rarely use but when I do I redownload. I happened to have downloaded this app again on August 22nd around 5am PDT. I was offered a 7 day free trial, and didn't think twice and accepting thinking I'll cancel it later. Didn't even check if it was annual or monthly.  I just needed to fill out a document for school. Next thing I know I get a charge of $69.99 a minute later. I tried contacting apple and they keep refusing a refund. Which doesn't make sense to me if I was offered a trial in the app. I contact support and they said I used it back 2021. Which I understand. At the same time I rarely use it, so I forgot. Also the ADOBE ACROBAT app offered a trial to me as soon as I downloaded it. Now I'm screwed over thanks to a technical error with false information. I only used the app for about 20 minutes. I don't mind paying the monthly $9.99 but I'm not using this again for a while. Can I atleast get the $60 back.

Hi. I downloaded this app about one week ago to open a PDF and that was all.And today I noticed that 104.15 CAD has beed withdrawal from my account!!! Once I noticed I unsubscribed and how no idea how this happened!!Could someone please assist me initiateing refund process?I couldn't find any number to make a phone call.  

It is not letting me cancel my subscription and is charging me for annual charge I tried canceling it from my Apple App Store but I doesn't show up. And then tried the mobile app but it just takes me to the Apple App Store. Please cancel it for me and give me a refund.
