Continuous signal of a notification but no accompanying message. Have toggled notifications in settings, rebooted, and searched every option. Won't go away on iPhone 12.

I accidentally purchased this plan. I thought it is only free trial first before paid subscription. But it automatically deducts money from my account. Please help me. I already requested refund through google play but they won't refund me saying it does not meet their refund policy. Google play said I should contact the developer directly but same with adobe developer, saying I should contact google play. So unreasonable.

I am trying to set up a subscription for premium tools for mobile and when you press on either monthly or yearly it brings up pop up box that says - 'Could not complete Purchase - Verification Failed - Error Code - IC2) - Can not go any further. Please help!  Thanks    

Using Adobe Acrobat on iPhone 11. Cannot open any PDF files emailed to me. Always says "can't open..damaged or corrupted." Just want to open & print. Any help?

Hi folks I wonder if anyone could help me.i have been using acrobat to edit pdfs on my iPhon for months without any trouble but today (when of course i have a super urgent form to sign) it keeps taking me to a "subscribe" page.I've tried pressing the subscribe now button and it tells me that I'm already subscribed until November. I have tried the usual stuff, switching phone off and on, deleting videos on phone, deleting a dozen or so old documents on adobe... but nothing is working. I'll have to do without it this morning and make an hour trip to sign a form but I don't fancy that ongoing! Any help gratefully received. 

I have saved my documents with their stupid clouds. Now I am seeing my document is damaged and can't be opened. If I lose my documents I am dragging this  company to court for losing my documents. They are incompetent and deplorable company. 

I want to change my MS Word documents into PDF documents.  I am using an app call Recipe Keeper to make a family cookbook, with recipes covering 6 generations,. A lot of the recipes have been sent to me as word docs, but it is much easier to export them as PDF files instead of doc files.  I have paid for Adobe Premium subscription, but I cannot figure but how to change them from one to the other.  Can anyone help?

Good morning, I just recently purchased a year subscription however I am unable to gain access to any of the paid features. It just keeps telling me if I want to use a feature I need to subscribe now and when I select subscribe now it keeps telling me I'm already subscribed. Then it crashes and says "an unknown error occurred." I don't know if this matters or not but I'm using this app on my iPhone and iPad Pro. Help with this would be greatly appreciated thank you

Hello I am premium on adobe acrobat on my Phone Why can't I get the the same premium account, on my pc, to work. It's just so strange. Can you help me?       (PII removed by moderator)

It would be great if this bug can be fixed.The button was created in Adobe InDesign, worked fine in Adobe desktop Acrobat and does not work on mobile App Adobe Acrobat. It works on other mobile apps from the competition. 

I've been trying to figure out why the links in our PDF's do not work on mobile devices, but will on desktop.Spent a long time researching this issue, it seems to be still a mystery?Any help to figure out solutions, as a lot of our viewers are on mobile devices.  

Does anybody know if there's an option to show my interactive file in fullscreen mode on mobile devices? As you can see in the screenshots, you can find the Fullscreen option on desktop, but on mobile it doesn't exist. I tried with iOS and Android.Any suggestion would be very appreciated.Thanks! 

What will happen if I clear the storage in Android. Will it delete all the files stored in cloud, Google drive and or my local storage. Similarly will uninstalling the app and reinstalling the same will reduce the storage size. My app size is 159MB and user data is 4.4GB. I am using Asus Max I and version of Android 9. The Acrobat version is 22.8.0.23582   

I'm not editing, just converting to Dr and I'm getting the subscription page over and over!

I use adobe acrobat for work and the iPad app closes suddenly, constantly!when I use it on my iPhone it doesn't crash as often. It creates 'conflict' files, often many of them. PLEASE HELP! 

I go to edit a document and it sends me to the try it free screen then says I already have this feature and sends me bk to the previous screen. Over and over again. What's going on? 

Could someone help? While I was using my phone files disappeared from my Drive. Does someone know how to retrieve them? They are not in my bin (all disappeared today).
