Acrobat Reader Mobile

I have a annual subscription through apple for the acrobat app but the premium facilities are locked like on a free subscription.I've logged out / reinstalled , even subscribed for next year but the premium options are still not available to me (I used it for months with no problems). Acrobat acknowledges I have a premium subscription as when I try and subscribe again to premium the subscription starts in November 22 when my current one ends. 

How do I turn off read aloud on Android app? I do not have any use for this pointless feature and it is preventing me from copying valuable information from the documents I am viewing!

With the MAM policy correctly assigned to devices, users should be able to use “Sharing button” or “Save copy” functionality from Managed Adobe Reader application even if it's restricted only for Managed apps and apps within exception list. Reported inconsistent behavior on some devices, where this options allows users to save files to any location or use share button and in contrary on some devices not. Reported error message on device: "This feature is disabled by your organization. Hello Community.I have been trying for the last couple hours to fill and sign a pdf document in my Android phone. The document is in Greek, therefore the typed info have to be in Greek. Whenever I type a greek word and move to the next section of the page my typed word gets erased (!). If I try it in English, it saves it just fine. English and numerical characters are accepted, but greek not. Any help please?Adobe Acrobat version is 22.5.0.22436

Hi Adobe, Since the last version of Acrobat Reader on iOS (version 22.04.00), the buttons inside a PDF file leading to a bookmark are not working anymore.We have several 'interactive' PDFs with buttons leading to other pages that were working fine before and not working anymore.Can you please confirm that you are aware of this bug and let us if/when you plan to fix it? We have several clients that are complaining because those interactions are not working anymore.For now, the only solution we can provide them is to just stop using Acrobat Reader and move to another PDF reader app.Thanks for your reply!

Ich habe keinen Zugriff auf meine alte EMail Adresse für meinen Oyo. Damit ist auch keine Authentifizierung bzw Bestätigung möglich,  obwohl ich sowohl die alte ID bzw das Passwort habe. Aus diesem Grund kann ich nun etliche Bücher auf meinem neuen eBook Reader nicht mehr lesen. Kann die alte Adresse ggf auf eine neue umgestellt werden und ich damit die Bücher wieder lesen?

Adobe Pro DC Editor will no longer allow me to send PDF files to Outlook. It used to let me. Now when I attempt (I click "Send a Copy" - then click Outlook), nothing happens. It just doesn't load... doesn't do anything. I believe I'm fully updated with Acrobat. Acrobat abruptly kicked me out a few weeks back and it hasn't worked ever since.

All .pdf documents that I download are being named with corr_ at the beginning of document name. How do I fix it?

While trying to edit a PDF it says I need to subscribe but I am already subscribed. On the iPhone app I am able to but when I use the MacBook app that's where it becomes a challange. If I can't use the premium features in both devices then I will be canceling the subscription since it is pointless. Please advise. Thank you!

I have a iPhone and my subscription is valid to 6/20/22 but when I try to edit pdf, I get message saying I need to subscribe and when I try to I get message saying I already have subscription 

I thought I was pretty proficient and are there step by step instructions on how to save and find to forward a pdf received as gmail attachment? I want to attach to new email. I think I save to Acrobat app but just not in folder. 

How to remove unwanted red or blue backgrounds or red field outlines in fillable text fields in PDF created in InDesign on a Mac, when shown on an iPad, whereas when viewed on a desktop computer these colours do not show.

Recently got a new phone, none of my Documents are on my new phone. IS this app able to synce across devices or Only Computer to device? Documents are on local storage but not in app. 

When trying to share a file using the adobe reader app I'm no longer getting the option to share a copy, only via adobe cloud or by sharing a link.  

I saved a PDF file from my Lenovo tablet onto a shared google drive folder. My friend opened this file with the google drive pdf viewer, on her laptop, and made comments. I opened the file with the adobe acrobat reader mobile app and could see these comments. However she made more comments on this file using the google drive pdf viewer, and these new comments are not showing up when I open the file on the adobe pdf reader app. The original comments she made are still showing. When I open the file on the google drive pdf viewer, I can see the original and new comments. She has closed the pdf file on google drive on her laptop. I am having the same issue on my android phone as well. Please assist!

I signed up a few minutes ago and it said 7 day free subscription. It immediately charged me $9.99 and when I click cancel subscription it takes me to my Google play store subscriptions where it does not show that I am subscribed. 

Could someone tell me where to report, i'vr succesfully pay for premium one, but could not get the benefit. My profile still regards me as FREE USER. What should i do?

Hi,  I was trying to cancel my subscription before the free trial ran out because I did not need the service beyond that. I attempted to do so by going in to my subscriptions manager on my iPhone but Adobe was not listed. I could not cancel what I could not see, but I was charged anyway. I'm not even asking for a refund but I would like to prevent any further charges and cancel my subscription 

Hiya. So I made a fillable pdf in order to make a consult form for my business. I had planned to put it on my Samsung Galaxy A8 tablet on adobe reader so I could fill it out, save a copy and send it to my clients when I got home....While I am able to check the multiple boxes available on my desktop, I am unable to transfer the same file to my adobe reader on the tablet and still be able to check the multiple options. It allows me to click only one option.... However, when I first turned on the tablet, It worked ONE time, and I can't figure out how to fix it so I can check those multiple boxes again. Any idea on what I can do?

I have a combo touch keyboard for ipad 4th gen. I am unable to copy paste text on acrobat reader.any help would be highly appreciated
