Hi  Been reading some of your feedback from Adobe. I must say what a load of crap. How do you explain that we can open our documents on a laptop or computer yet the same email that comes up with an error "files are damaged or corrupt". Clearly there seems to be a problem with your app working on Hauwei androids. Stop bullshiting us about files often get corrupt or damaged over the server, cause the very same email with the same attachment, in the same format are able to be opened on a laptop or computer. 

Moving a document from gmail to adobe ?

When I try to view documents on Adobe it says that the number is blocked and I just get a blank screen. I have a Samsung galaxy phone.

I'm trying to edit a document, the app won't allow me to do so while it keeps telling me to subscribe. But, I already subscribe and pay my monthly fee. Help! 

I have active subscription for Creative Cloud Student and Teacher edition and am facing issues while using Acrobat DC on my IPad. When I open the acrobat D.C. App, under my account I am signed in. However, all it lists as being subscribed to is adobe document cloud. For adobe acrobat pro D.C. It lists "subscribe". My subscription should cover this. How do I get it to recognize my subscription?thanks,Mark.

I have 1.3 go of document in my adobe acrobat in my iPad but then the app shows it has no files in the iPad and the settings shows the app still has the document and data of size 1.3 gb so please I need my files back asap it was very important for me i have collected and arranged them in my complete 1.5 years and I need all of them from now . But all of sudden I don't have any of them so please me to get them back asap.  

Hello,I have just installed Adobe Acrobat (version 22.03.00 (20220315.164653)) on my iPad (9th gen),and I've tried multiple times to sign in, but as soon as I try to do that I get "com.adobe.eco.auth error 400" and I cannot proceed further. I have an active subscription through my Institution, and on another device (my Windows PC) I can log in without problems.Thank you,Lorenzo

I downloaded the free trial and got charged for it on March 2. Immediately uninstalled, and left a Google review about it. The response I got, sent me here, which is clearly NOT customer service. Now I'm twice as mad, and still out the money. Y'all need to get it together.  

I asked for a refund but have been unable to get in contact with customer service since...I have yet to receive my refund 

I just paid for this subscription for adobe acrobat and yesterday everything was working fine and i am trying to fill another form out which allows me to bring up calendar but when i press ok on the date i chose. The app crashes

Hello. I didn't want to subscribe but because of problems with my phones it was subscribed automatically. Now I can't use AppStore , but I don't even have your App Acrobat reader. What I might suppose to do? 

buongiorno, da molti anni che uso questa App è non c'è niente da dire, solo una considerazione personale come mai App di Adobe Scan che utilizzo sul mio iPhone è di 187 mb fin qui tutto bene, ma sei scansioni di pagine singole di video scrittura mi occupa 1,67 GB

I'm unable to delete a file which shows up in the Recents Tab on the welcome page in the iPad Acrobat app. When I click the 3 dots by the document name and select Delete file it says "Unable to delete" on a red tab at the bottom of the screen. This document strangely shows up only in recents and doesn't show up in and folder including "On My iPad". Appreciate any help with deleting this document.

Can't cancel trial subscription! I did exactly what the homepage, however the interface looks different, i went to settings > subscription, but it doesnt have the manage subscription part, and no matter where i click there are no such thing as manage or cancel subscription, please assist.
