Acrobat Reader Mobile

I am trying to view a document on my phone and after upgrading it over pro when I click on the document I still cannot view it. It keeps saying that I need to have Adobe reader eight or higher? I don't know how to fix this after I upgrade it already. 

I just signed up with google play through your app. Adobe Acrobat Reader already downloaded to take advantage of more services such as the conversion of the pdf file in Excel format.I am having problems because despite having made the subscription, when I ask to export pdf file to excel, the attached screenshot appears in which you ask me to subscribe again. How can I do? Mi sono appena abbonata con google play attraverso la vostra app. Adobe Acrobat Reader già scaricata per usufruire di maggiori servizi come la covnersione del file pdf in formato Excel.Sto riscontrando dei problemi perché nonostante aver effettuato l’abbonamento ancora quando chiedo esporta file pdf in excel mi compare lo screenshot allegato nel quale mi chiedete di riabbonarmi. I installed this app and app suggested for a 7 day free trail ,i clicked on that and suddenly lost 2600₹ from my wallet for a one year subscription which I never wantedI tried to ask refund but yet denied. I used the links from the previous grievances! !Still the refund was not acceptedPlease refund! !!! As it was a purchase by mistake Thanks 

Hi,  Today I have realized that all the changes made (e.g. highlights) in my local files suddenly dissappeared, the files are still here but without the changes. I have an android tablet and I normally download files from my linked Google Drive account. Recently I haven´t updated OS, software or the Adobe app; neither had any app crashes or system crashes. The only thing I noticed was that my google associated account changed, i.e., example@itesm.mx updated automatically to example@tec.mx , so I was asked to sign in again to my account inside de Adobe app. However files were local copies, are still in the local memory but without any of the changes.  

I got a new phone and before I reset it I sent my docs to the cloud. I got the new phone set up, downloaded the app and logged in and now I cannot find my irreplaceable docs. Someone please help 🙁 I really need those docs. 

I have a monthly subscription and am not able to use the app taking in consideration that the subscription is still valid until 16 off June?Seems to be a problem with Adobe on Apple devices?

I keep receiving g text messages from Adobe with a code number and I don’t know why?

I signed up for its 7 days free trial of pro and the entire one year fee Rs 2600 was deducted from my account. Please rectify and refund the amount as I don't wish to continue with the purchase. TRIED CANCELLING IT ON DAY 1 OF TRIAL BUT The three dots on Google Play NEVER gave me the option to cancel trial subscription even during the trial phase. Now it's been more than 7 days and despite leaving a review , writing to the developer, there has been NO REFUND.

From Acrobat Reader on my iPhone I can access files from my Google Drive "My Drive". Google Drive is one of many locations I can access. That's lovely. The trouble is that once I select Google Drive, I can access only the "My Drive" root folder. How do I access files from the subfolder of that called "My Computer"? Thank you for any help.

This has been an absolute NIGHTMARE!!!! All I want to do is cancel my free trial of Adobe . I've been given the run around for nearly 3 hours. Please just cancel my subscription. I'm deleting everything that has to do with Samsung and I'm  going back to LG. What a waste of my life. I better not be charged.  

I cancelled the charge of the annual acrobat account and its still pending...I need help

Hola que tal necesito una solución . Yo pague hace 3 días el programa y ahora me quieren volver a cobrar. Es una vergüenza. Quiero una solución no me pueden querer cobrar dos veces en 3 días el programa.

I've been trying to cancel my subscription  before the 7 day mark but it would not give me the option to cancel. Now I've been charged a $69 fee. I will be calling my bank to let them know I did not approve this charge.

I would like to be able to have my Adobe documents viewed by my wife. We are both in our 80's and all docs on my computer or cell would be nice to be viewable by her if something would happen. She is NOT very techie at all. But just a click on Adobe installed on her iPad be great. Especially things like our Covid shot docs. tu

La app está fallando mucho era excelente pero ahora nunca. Deja leer los pdf de manera rápida las páginas quedan en blanco cuando se abre el documento y la aplicación te saca de la pantalla ya no puedo leer porque falla demasiondo 

Why can't I save my files to Dropbox?

I have an android Samsung phone S21 Ultra unrooted. I have sync enabled for a google account on my S21 Ultra and so I'm trying to sync it with the free Acrobat Adobe app as I do sign in with that google account into Adobe so I go to 'save a copy' in the '3 dot icon' at the right of a PDF I have in Adobe and then choose the google account I want it to sync with when it arrives at the page saying 'Now you can access your google drive files. Connect your personal or business account." But when I then press the 'Add Account' button it says 'The google drive account could not be linked. Please try again.' without doing anything. I did enable all the persimission for both Adobe app and google drive app. Will Adobe suppport help me fix this? Because the words 'The google drive account could not be linked. Please try again.' don't have anything showing in google. 

I need to request a refund that i was charged for on today... it wasn't me that did that.
