Acrobat Reader Mobile

I have an interactive PDF form recently designed/developed in Acrobat Pro 2017. While the form has password protection to essentially prevent access/viewing form fields and other scripts, the PDF works flawlessly running Adobe Reader Version X or higher on a computer running Windows 10 in which event one is able to fill in form fields, add a digital signature, etc. in Adobe Reader version X or higher on a desktop/laptop computer running Windows 10. The issue I am having is that the PDF is unable to be open/used on an IPAD whereby it's asking the individual for a temporary password to open. Why this doesn't occur on a Windows 10 PC running the latest version of Adobe Reader, I don't know. This noted, do I need to remove password security to open/use the interactive PDF form on an IPAD running the latest version of Adobe Reader? In reality, I'd rather not for security reasons to prevent access to the scripts the form relies on.

I had to reboot erase put in default factory setting cause the Apps don't function on my iPhone. I downloaded the Adobe and signed in and all my files are gone. What do I do? Help me! Directions?

Hello,I have created a dyanmic dropdown in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. Dropdown selection determines the selections in another dropdown. This is working fine in desktop but when tested in mobile device - iOS/Android, nothing happens. Dropdown2 doesn't get populated.Do you guys have any idea?Javascript code is a simple switch statement. Thanks,EC

Our managed iOS devices updated from Acrobat for iOS 21.03 to 21.04 and now the icon to send the PDF to apps ( Teams, Outlook, etc.) is missing. We no longer have the capability to attach a PDF to any MSFT app. How can we attach or send PDFs with the new update ? There are no icons or instructions to do so. THIS IS AN URGENT MATTER. Employees can no longer submit PDFs that request time off.

Whenever file has password, I have to click password text box then only I get keyboard visible on my mobile.This is a problem. As soon as password is required, keyboard must active. Please fix the bug.

I need help with this issue I'm trying to convert some items into docx and it used to work perfectly for me until a couple days ago when I now ipload the paper onto acrobat reader and it comes out all blurry and out of the place how do I fix this issue it's for 4x6 labels and it used to work like a breeze can someone help me figure this out and get it working again I'm so confused and Adobe doesn't even offer support for this again this is for Adobe acrobat reader mobile not dc! 

I have the $9.99 monthly subscription for Acrobat.  I need to edit documents frequently. EVERY TIME I have to unsubscribe and resubscribe in order to edit a document, because when I go to edit, I get the message "Purchase complete. Waiting for feature activation" on my screen for hours.   When I subscribe again, I can edit the document.  Please help as this is super frustrating and time consuming.  I am on an IPad, but happens on my Iphone as well. I have already tried deleting, and downloading app again.

I can highlight the text but when i close the text the system doesn’t save it, when i reopen the pdf it remains the save, no highlighted text

I've created a form for employees to fill out and it works great when they open the file on a PC; but, when they open the file on their iPhone via the Outlook app, the fillable fileds and buttons disappear. There isn't an option an "open with" option anymore so they can't open it in Acrobat Reader or Adobe Fill and Sign.  If they download the file, then open it in either of the Adobe apps, the fields still don't appear.  Any work arounds for this, or will we just have to use PCs to fill and sign forms?
