Acrobat Reader Mobile

I paid for the year, why can't I use all paid features and functions until my end date? had I known they'd be revoked immediately I would've waited.  I feel I'm entitled to the full functions of the app since the app is paid until the end of the year.  Please let me know how I'm thinking is wrong.

I use Acrobat Reader for iOS, and I develop/publish mobile-friendly ebooks in PDF format. Lately, this "Generative summary" banner occupies prime screen space atop every page. Both in standard reading mode (no problem) AND in immersive reading mode (problem). I have gone into User -> Settings -> Enable generative AI features in Acrobat and turned the slider to OFF. It's still there. Again, no problem if the banner is there in standard view mode, alongside other tools such as highlight, markup, and find text. But in immersive reader mode, I don't think there should be ANY interface buttons or tools. How do I get rid of this for myself, and can I tag our PDF ebooks so that this banner is default-off for our customers when they read our stories and comics?

Não estou conseguindo alterar as configurações para colocar o adobe como aplicativo padrão para abrir arquivos pdf.Estão aparecendo os apps carteira do Google, Google e rar.O que eu posso fazer para colocar o adobe como aplicativo padrão para o pdf?

PDF shared by me to my whatsaap chat is not opening. While touching it to open irrelevant options like Google, Google files or shareit appears as option to open with and choosing those options also not letting it open. It hapoens with files whichI have created as word file then shared it as PDFto my whatsapp chat.

Just stopped working, no changes to device. When trying to open downloaded file (ANY type) Adobe is not listed as an available app. (Google wallet, however, is.) "You don't have any apps that can open this type of file." Except that I pay for Adobe premium 🙄🙄🙄 I've tried all of the 'unplugging and plugging back in' and it won't work. WHY?

Hello!I subscribed to the 7-day free trial but missed to cancel in time and now got funded for the annual subscription. If possible, I would like to undo the payment. I already cancelled the subscription right after the funding. Many thanks, Valentin

Sir, whenever I am downloaded a pdf file from Gmail or web browser, and send to anybody my friend through WhatsApp, the file did not opened due to it's file extension changed into the document type and it's extension is not shown, when we saw its in share with any other applications    Raj Chauhan [P.I  removed by moderator]

I used the free adobe acrobat app for a week and later wanted to subscribe for a month, but they wrote off money from my account for a year. I was denied a refund through the App Store app. I don't know how to get my money back (

Hi there  I accidentally opened a word doc from an email in the acrobat app on my iPad  and now any word doc on my iPad will only open in acrobat and not in word so i cannot edit them!!! It's really infuriating and i need to edit documents for class. Can you please let me know how i can fix this i cannot find anything in settings.  I would really appreciate if you could let me know  Thanks 

Hi, I was editing a business plan, I press done when I finished editing a section, then I was looking at papers , when I went back my editing was gone the whole project was gone, when I looked in files every where I only saw the original pdf , can I get it back or is it gone
