I purchased adobe premium to edit my pdf files, at first it was working great but now when i edit pdf file and try to select the text it isn't working. It's frustrating, please help me out.

As a paying customer of Adobe Acrobat, I’m disappointed to find that the iPad version of the app lacks the ability to add watermarks—a feature I consider essential and expected in a full-service PDF editor. It’s surprising that third-party applications on the App Store offer more advanced and flexible watermarking tools than the official Adobe mobile app. I rely on mobile workflows, and having to switch to a desktop or external apps for a basic feature like watermarking undermines the value of my subscription. Please consider prioritizing this functionality in future updates. Bom diaUtilizo o Adobe Acrobat, na plataforma Android. Possuo arquivos PDF (texto) salvos na nuvem da própria adobe os quais contém realces. Entretanto não consigo visualizar esses realces no documento (está tudo em fundo branco). Quando acesso a aba "Comentários", visualizo que os comentários estão presentes no arquivo, mas não estão visuais. Consigo "visualizar" apenas sublinhado. Também consigo "desenhar".  Atenciosamente

Hi there,I subscribed to Acrobat reader premium for years now. However for some reason this month, I have not been able to use the premium services after renewing my subscription. I went ahead and subscribed to the yearly one, premium services came up for an hour or so but gone again. It's been over a week now and I can't do anything. Somebody help please 

Hi, I have troubles compressing pdf files using the Adobe app. My app is up-to-date. No matter which option I choose - low, medium, or high - I still get the same message that my files are too large. However, when I log into Adobe web version, I can compress the same files just fine. Does anyone have the same problem or know how to fix this? Thanks!

Recently, all PDF files shared in WA only have their file names and no more preview like before, anyone able to resolve this for both IOS and Android? Thanks

Tenia una suscripcion con una cuenta corporativa de mail, pero me fui de la empresa y por supuesto esa cuenta se dio de baja, ahora quiero hacer una nueva suscrpcion con otro mail pero no me deje diciendo que ya hay otra cuenta con una suscripcion activa. Como puedo hacer para resolver este problema?

The fillable PDF form I was working on deleted all the information I entered when I tried to save or email it on my iPad. Despite filling in several fields and pages, all my typed data disappeared, and I could not retain the data or save the form correctly. I spent hours completing this task. Is there a way it can be recovered?

Can Acrobat team please fix this problem. Also my app is up to date on my iPhone.

No work the app,i pay today

I have posted this several times with no success with finding a solution. I pay for a Premium Subscription in order to be able to edit pdf documents (add text and add pages etc.). It worked as it should for maybe the first year and then all of a sudden without notice, the organize pages feature just stopped working. Each time I try to use the feature, I get an error message that the action could not be completed. This is very frustrating. Without this feature, I ask myself, why am I paying for a Premium Subscription. Is anyone aware of a known issue? Is there a way to resolve this? Can I contact a helpdesk for assistance?Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

I am unable to change my highlighter color. Usually when a text is already highlighted, I click the highlighted text and can see the option to change to a different color. Now I can only see the color scale to the same color. How can I fix this? Help, please!(Usually under colors I should be able to see different color options) 

Whenever I type into AI assistant on Reader on my iPad, the assistant window expands to cover the entire screen thereby covering up my document.  Is there any way to tame AI assistant's window? Thanks, Scott

Abro un pdf con adobe, selecciono una parte de texto, le doy con el dedo a la selección y le doy a resaltar. Me resalta de color amarillo. Le doy de nuevo con el dedo al texto resaltado-resaltar-y solo me aparece el color amarillo y para poder cambiar la tonalidad de amarillo. No me salen más colores entre los que elegir. Si en el menu del lateral selecciono el icono de subrayar en vez del icono del puntero, ahí si me sale la paleta de colores entre los que escoger. Pero, igualmente, un texto que ya tenga resaltado no me deja desde el menu lateral cambiarle el color; si selecciono otro color, solo lo aplica al texto que vaya a seleccionar a continuación. Cómo soluccionar este bug? Ya he probado a desinstalar la app y reiniciar el ipad y todo. Ipad y app están actualizados. En mi iphone, por ejemplo, donde tampoco tenía la app de Adobe, me la descargué y ahí sí me sale la paleta de colores para cambiar el color de resaltado sin problema, así como la tonalidad del color. Sé que

I have Adobe Acrobat Reader on my Android cellphone (with the newest Andriod version) and on my iPad. I can easily connect to my OneDrive Account on the iPad app, but I keep on getting these messages when trying to connect the Andriod App to my OneDrive. I have tried on more than one Andriod device, but the problem is the same (both Samsung phones). I have also contacted out IT department. Can someone please give me an answer or guidance on how to solve this, please?  Thank you. 

In select, my Acrobat has stopped displaying the color palette when I want to edit a comment or highlight. I can only change colors with the highlight, draw, and text tool in advance of making the comment. I have deleted and reinstalled the app on my IPad several time without restoring functionality. Any ideas how to fix this problem? Thanks in advance.

I was able to change underline colors about a week ago, but now I don’t even have the option to choose a color palette. The only option available is adjusting the gradient of the color. Is there a setting I can change to fix this? What am I missing? Also, I'm using my iPad 10 to edit PDF files.

Hello there, I noticed an issue with the acrobat app since the latest update. Before when I would open a file from the cloud it would download a local copy, that is updated to the cloud one as long as I'm online, but I could open it offline, modify it, and once there was internet connection the file would be updated or it would create a new one with conflict that I could manually resolve.It seems since one of the latest updates this is not possible. You can only download a copy offline, but that is not the same, as if I modify the offline copy than I have to manually go and re-upload it on the cloud... it makes everything worse and not automatic...Is there a setting I cannot see to reactivate this feature? Or was this totally dectivated from the app? Cheers,Samuele

I have pro dc on my pc but cant seem to access it through my iPad app

Ich habe immer die App Adobe Fill and Sign benutzt, die ja jetzt durch ein Update leider nicht mehr funktioniert. Die App hat es ermöglicht eine gespeicherte Datei auf meinem IPad mehrmals täglich auszuwählen und zu bearbeiten und wurde danach automatisch darunter gespeichert, allerdings nicht auch in den Dateien auf dem Ipad geändert! Nun bin ich gezwungen Adobe selber zu benutzen, kann hier aber keine Vorlagen erstellen, da diese dann auch direkt nachdem ich sie bearbeite auf meinem Ipad Dateien gespeichert werden und schlussendlich dann ja ausgefüllt sind, das will ich aber nicht, ich brauche diese Datei immer wieder unausgefüllt. Kann jemand helfen?

Hello. I have an iPhone with Adobe Acrobat Pro. I have tried editing documents on my phone, but I cannot edit or fill and sign. The document is listed with an error message as read only. How do I edit documents with my iPhone in the Adobe Acrobat Pro application?

I am not able to print a password protected PDF from either my iPhone or iPad to my Epson ET-3760 AirPrint-enabled printer. Tapping the share then print button brings up the alert to enter the password to unlock printing. I enter the correct password, tap "OK," select the Printer Options and then tap "Print." I then get a message stating "EPSON ET-3760 Series An error occurred printing this document." The printer does wake up and I see "Printing..." on the printer's control panel, but nothing gets printed. I have also tried printing the document after transferring it to the Acrobat app, but still get the same error message and nothing gets printed. I have contacted Epson and Apple Support without any resolution. If I transfer the PDF to my computer, I have no problem printing it from there to the same printer after entering the PDF's password.

I want to save pdf with the same name on my iPad, but I only see an option to "save a copy". When I save a copy it automatically renames the file, which I don't want. Is there a way to save changes with the original file name or perhaps with a pop up that asks me to specify the file name?
