Acrobat Reader Mobile

I'm having the same issue. Neither Google Play or Adobe have assisted me; they keep each sending me to the other party. It was an expensive subscription, but niether want to refund, even though it was within the 14 days 

I have created forms so we can fill them on the acrobat app. I've made sure to follow many many tutorials on form creation for use on the apps but the android version causes some very weird issues that seem to be app side related. These forms work great on the iOS version of the app and on desktop. First:When you tap a text field, the cursor will show once then disappear. Text may or may not appear as you type.sometimes when you tap a text box, the app will shoot you to the very beginning of the document (first page) which is annoying on a multi page document. Second:When tapping a text field with text already in it to add or edit your text, you get a double overlay of text that makes it difficult or impossible to find where you want to edit your text. I've added screenshots for both situations. I purchased Acrobat  AI.  $59.99 for 1 year of service.  I've tried repeatedly to summarize a 50+ page document.  I keep getting an error message, try again.  HELP???!!!???

So I got the free trial for my phone and laptop plus the AI subscription for $7.99. I got the annual trial at $32.  I also got the adobe scan for $16,49.  When I try and find my subscription it says iit can't find any except for what is in my apple subscriptions which is the scan app.  This is the third payment I've now had come out and it's not even been two weeks that I've had these apps or accounts.  I need to be able to view my account so I know when and what to expect to come out.  Can someone please tell where to find this as it's not through my iPhone App Store

I use Adobe acrobat reader on my ipad (18.3.1) whilst flying with no intenet. If I open before flying all good. But whilst fying I aslo open a note app to make notes and then I go back to Adobe and the PDF will not load (as I am not on the internet) even though i didn't close it but just moved to another app to make notes. How can I keep the pdf document open whilest I go to other apps on the Ipad.  Help ADAM

I'm trying to login in the adobe apps (reader and adobe scan) but i cannot do it beacause of an error that accure before the login page. The error is "Untrusted ssl certificate authority". I have just rooted my phone (galaxy note 3)  and installed android 10. I have no problem if i login from my samsung browser. 

I wanted to try the 7-day free trial, but it said I was not eligible. I don't understand why I wouldn't be eligible for the free trial. Anyone have any answers for me?

I have no issues pulling in an editable PDF. I am able to edit it and completely fill out the form. Once I go to share, email, or print it the form shows up blank in any other format than just viewing from iPad. Please help! This makes the whole program pointless if it cannot be corrected.

I am teaching using PDF's, and when it is English only, I'm able to highlight freely - up, down, circles, etc.  It seems to not limit me to just highlighting a word.  On the pages where there is another language and symbols, the highlighter gets ... weird.  Sometimes, it will let me highlight a whole word, other times, it breaks the word in 1/2 .   If I want to highlight a symbol above or below a word, I have to highlight the letter and then try to remember that the symbol is the issue, not the letter. At one point, a year or so ago, I could highlight at will.  Now it is limiting me, and making my teaching MUCH harder.  (I know I clicked something that caused the issue, but I have NO idea what it was.  I think it was something about a beta version or something of that ilk.)   Any help would be greatly appreciated.  

The past week there has been a change making it difficult to add text to text box with prior text because the text appears with a shadow making it difficult to see and add text. When deleting what appears to be the shadow it actually deletes the entire text when I click outside of the text box. Image attached. When I click outside of the text box appears as it should. VERY DIFFICULT TO ADD TEXT to DOCUMENTS I'VE ADDED TEXT TO PREVIOUSLY. I don't see options for settings on my iPad. 

My Adobe program won't let me connect to Facebook and my pdfs aren't changing much anymore and I'm not happy with my service thus far. I bought a year worth of service and I'm not happy  

Hi, I was wondering if there was a way to contact customer service for some help with the app. I can not find a phone number or email. There is no chat box. This is frustrating.

I'm sending a compressed file from Google drive to Adobe. My 40 or so notes are in alphabetical order in Google Drive but are organized by note number in Adobe. I have to manually put them in alphabetical order in Adobe before I print.  Is there a way I can batch send the notes and they stay in alphabetical order?

Trying to edit text in a PDF but the app will only allow me to edit part of the 1 page document. When I tap on text in the upper portion of the PDF it only allows crop or delete. No edit text option. Tried every possible way to save and edit the document but it'will not allow me to edit text on the upper half of the PDF no matter what I do. If anyone knows how to fix, greatly appreciated. 

Hi,I'm trying to setup the integration between Adobe Reader on an iOS device and OneDrive. We are using Conditional Access policies within AzureAD and require approved apps to be signed in.I have followed the guide here around configuring an app policy Mobile Acrobat and AppConfig — Acrobat Desktop Mobile App Deployment (adobe.com) and beleive that at the very minimum I would need to configure the option "allowSecureWebViewSignIn" so it uses Safari to sign in. I have configured this and enabled and disabled the MAM option within Adobe on the iOS device but it is still refusing to sign in (being blocked by the CA policy). Is there any way within the Adobe app to confirm which policies are applying to the app when MAM is enabled to confirm this option is applied correctly ?

I have been using acrobat to fill out and sign files I input form my OneDrive. I have not had any issues until not. I can open a file in acrobat from OneDrive,  but if I leave the page on Acrobat, all the information I input in the document deletes. This happens even if I leave the document and go back after only a few seconds. Sometimes I have to pause what I'm doing on one document and work on another; the one I pause on will be completely blank when I open it back up. Even if I stay on the document the whole time and then save it back to my OneDrive, all the information I put down deletes. I usually use this everyday for work, so please let me know if there is a solution as soon as possible.
