Hello Adobe, I have cancelled the subscription the moment it's purchased. Could you please update me on refund status.

I need help using Windows  11 login to my Adobe Pro subscribed with iPhone . This to overcome sluggish performance of Adobe Pro with iPhone. Adobe Pro Mobile in Windows sign in options shows Apple but clicking on doesn't proceed further beyond following message. I cannot see any notification on iPhone nor Windows 11 including browser. How to login browser?Is cancellation of iPhone subscription and re-subscribing by Windows the only solution to improve Adobe Pro which is very sluggish in iPhone 11?. "Sign in on your browserWe've opened a new browser tab for you to sign in.Once you've been authenticated you will automatically continue here."

Hi Team, As per Adobe requirements, today I tried to register with Adobe Reader Mobile App Distribution License from https://www.adobe.com/uk/acrobat/pdf-reader/volume-distribution.html.When I run the apply now link for mobile devices, the website https://www.allegiancetech.com/ starts. The form for computers works properly, but for mobile devices it does not. Maybe you have a solution to this problem? I wrote to Adobe support and unfortunately they don't know the cause or solution. RegardsPaweł

Hello,I have a question regarding the Adobe Acrobat App on Ipad, I am using version 22.01.02, and my Ipad is on IOS 15.3.1. The problem I am having is when I annotate my PDF file in the Adobe Acrobat app, my handwriting distorts and becomes spikey, as seen in the example below. It seems like there is an auto smoothing function, is there a way to turn it off?Thank you!

I keep getting an error msg cannot read PDF, I followed instructions and downloaded Adobe on my Android still is not readable, any suggestions.

I want to express my appreciation for this app, as it has become my go-to for everything, especially reading books and documents. Its ease and simplicity make it my default choice, and I truly enjoy using it. However, I’ve encountered a recent issue that I’d like to address. While using the app for a class document, I noticed that I was seeing highlights from other users and, unfortunately, they could also see mine. Even more concerning was the discovery that all my personal highlights had disappeared. After trying several solutions, I suspect another user may have deleted them. This was particularly frustrating, as I had put a lot of effort into marking key sections for my study. I’ve noticed that the app offers the option to remove other users' highlights, which leads me to my suggestion: could you please consider adding a feature that allows users to keep their highlights private by default? In the new version 21.11.00 of Adobe Reader for IOS (iPad) the arrows to move the document have stopped working, both from a bluetooth keyboard and from Apple's own keyboard cover. This did not happen in the previous version of Adobe Reader.

When you take a screenshot on a Samsung android phone, you get a notification that you can pull down to open and view / edit / share.Ever since the latest version, they open in Acrobat mobile and ask if I want to make a pdf. I don't. I want them to open in Gallery like they used to.I can't find a way to turn it off in Preferences on the app, or in the app settings in Android. Please help.C

I cannot find rotate option when content is in Chinese. AI help responded that language is not supported.

Routinely adobe reader working very smoothly but occasionally when i opened pdf more than 150 mb size book, it crashes and i need to restart ipad air 4 to open that file again. Any solution?

Hello Adobe Community, I am hoping there is someone that can provide some insight as to why my Adobe Signautre field is not showing up when I send my document to employees to complete. I have been at this for hours and I have no idea what I am doing wrong here.  I have generated a document that has multiple fillable fields that must be completed by employees (Date, Unit Numbers, Materials, etc.) and all these fields show up to input data/information within the form (blue boxes to be filled); the ONLY field that will not show up on the document once it is sent is the SIGNATURE Field - it does not even appear as an area to be completed (no blue box/fillable box populates). Is there a setting I am missing or that I need to change so this appears when I send it out to employees? When I open it on my end in Adobe the signature box is there, and I can delete and reinput the signature field. It is only when I send the document out to be completed that the signature box is

I have a dual tray laser printer that I use to print files that have mixed letter and legal sized pages. I can print fine from Acrobat pro on my computer.  I am trying to print from my android tablet, but acrobat pro doesn't have the option for mixed sizes.  Is there anything I change to be able to print from my tablet?

 I need to identify text from a scanned PDF file. When I try to do this, I get a message saying that I need to download the Swedish language pack. When I try to add the language, the app starts downloading Swedish, but then nothing happens. It looks like it’s in the process of downloading, but nothing ever changes. I’ve let it download for several hours without any progress. Additionally, Swedish is the smallest file among the available language packs for download so it should download fast.

Hi there,When using the fill and sign option on the latest version of adobe acrobat on an android tablet, the signature keeps jumping to the next page when placing it on a field on the pdf.Is anyone else experiencing this issue?Thanks

I lost three years worth of local files when I went to go open Acrobat this morning, and I'm not sure A) how this happened or B) how it can be fixed.The last time this happened I was able to recover them by restoring my device, but no such luck.
