Acrobat Reader Mobile

I have recently encounter image and wordings failed to display on ipad when opening file using adobe acrobat. I dont have this issue before and it is very frustrating that i m not able to do my work. I suspect is the latest update. Please help, if continue like this will distrupt my work.

After updating the lastest version of Adobe Reader on iOS, a lot of figures in my ebooks can't be displayed. However, while I tried to open some of them via the another apps, everything is normal. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible. Some my iphone screen captures are attached below 

On the Acrobat APP on my iPhone, the AI bubble blocks my documents even though I've disabled the AI. It's INFURIATING.   I can't even revert to an earlier version of Adobe Acrobat to get rid of AI feature because it's an APP.   Customer service via phone or email is nonexistent and a terrible reflection on the company, imo. Solutions?  No other PDF reader has liquid mode, otherwise I'd abondone Adobe completely.        [Question moved to the Acrobat Reader Mobile forum]

i purchased AI assistant for adobe in reliance on all the ads saying "AI assistant available across mobile devices!" and the specific ad in the app store which states that AI assistant is available on the ipad app. Even with uninstslling and reinstalling and my profile on the app specifucally showing "Acrobat Pro" and "AI Assistant" at the top, there is NO AI ASSISTANT in the app. I am using a 2024 ipad air with everything updated. Where is the assistant??

Hola, necesito ayuda para que me den el reembolso, me cobraron este mes donde yo tengo como 3 meses de no usar ni siquiera esta cuenta, hasta la tarjeta que tenia ahi se me perdio, pero resulta que me cobraron este mes a una tarjeta con cuenta que no tengo asosiada aqui, por favor necesito ayuda porque no se como vulneraron mis tarjetas sin mi autorizacion 

Hi, not sure for what reason, I am no longer able to choose my saved signature each time my colleague sends me a document to sign. Previously I was able to tap my save signature and click finish straight away. Now, every adobe request signature document sent to my email will request me to sign manually again and again before I can click finish. Why does this happen? I tried to save my signature my clicking save button after i sign, but it still prompts me to sign manually for the next document I receive. Pls help!

I've been trying to figure out what went wrong with my homework. My professor gives us a pdf that we have to fill in, and I've been doing it using the app because of how convenient it usually is. However, today I found out that I've lost mulitple hours of work. It's just gone. All the advice that I've been able to find has been with a computer, but I did this work on my phone. I was able to recover the first page of my work, but I have multiple pages that are still missing. I'm not sure why I can recover the 1st page (and I could only recover that page using my laptop. That first page still isn't showing up on my phone in the original file for some reason, so I made a copy of the original from my laptop and my phone's able to show it, I did use cloud storage). All of my edits to the pdf were drawings, if that makes a difference. I've used Adobe for my math classes for a year now, and I've never had this kind of issue before, and I had no issues when I used drawings on 20 pages of math

Je voulais vous informe`que: Un message automatique vient de m'informer que ma carte arrive à expiration, ce qui m'a poussé à vérifier mon compte et à découvrir que chaque mois, adobe avez continué à me facturer, alors que j'avais annulé mon abonememt.. Je me suis senti trahi.J'ai le plus grand respect pour le produit adobe, mais cela ne doit pas se faire au détriment de l'honnêteté. Je suis certain qu'il s'agit d'une erreur, et j'ai demandé de me rembourser la totalité des abonnements que je n'ai jamais utilisés et que je n'avais pas l'intention d'utiliser. Je me suis privé de cet outil important non pas parce que je n'en avais pas besoin, mais parce que je ne pouvais pas me le permettre. Hola buen día me gustaría que me apoyen a cancelar una suscripción de adobe desde otra cuenta o como le hago ya que desde qce tiempo permi mi correo y no puedo ingresar ahora tengo otro pero me sigue cobrando la otra suscripción 

I have just downloaded version 28.08.00 for my IPAD.I am unable to read scanned handwritten documents (stored on my IPAD) (PDF Format). All I get is blank pages. I have deleted the files and reinstalled them. Same results.If I access the documents stored in the cloud I can read them.I prefer to read the documents from storage on my IPAD. I have more than enough memory available.

I bought Acropat Premium last week and paid 779 SEK for it, but I still can't use it. I am a writer and have a book cover that needs to be converted to PDF/X-4. However, I can't upload it to the app.

Now subscribed twice but still can't use editing tool. When I try to subscribe again it says its already purchased. Is this a scam as I'm getting no answers from previous posts 

I have now subscribed twice this morning and had 2 x 0.15p taken from my account but still can't use the software.Just keep being asked to sign up for free trial.Any ideas

Hi all,Recently started using adobe acrobat on my iPad Pro, and generally work off my OneDrive, can anyone shed some light on the following;1. Can I make adobe the default app to open pdf files. I'm not sure what the default pdf app is on the iPad but I have to open files in that first then choose to open in another app.2. When I have the file open in adobe and exit, changes made to the document isn't saved to the source file on OneDrive. To access the updated file I have to open the adobe app go to home and it's there in the list, sometimes with a number appended at the end. I assume it's saved on the adobe cloud? 

  Desde hace ya 4 meses que hice mi pago de la versión pro , no me deja usarlo me aparece como si no lo hubiera comprado y es molesto ya que ya no se puede usar , funcionaba bien cuando se pagaba mensualmente
