I cancelled my subscription before 7 days of trial period could you please confirm how to get refund

I downloaded acrobat reader to do do one thing: edit the font size of the text i inserted into a fillable pdf form. Acrobat does not do that, apparently. You can only edit font size on text that's already in the pdf.without meaning to, i bought a monthly subscription. Once you're in the app itself, there's no option to get a free trial. I can't afford even this $10.65 charge. How can i get a refund for this subscription?

Inhave an Acrobat Premium mobile subscription. Does fhis alsongive me access to Acrobat on my desktop computer or laptop PC?

Hi good evening ,  I activated a free subscription for 7 days and I had a lot of work and I did not remember to cancel the subscription and I did not use the program even. Then they activated a subscription for me at a price of 269.99 AED and I did not want to activate that subscription. Then I contacted Apple and contacted the bank and they told me that the issue was with the ACROBAT program. Contact them and that I did not use the program even. I want someone to help me with this issue if you can. Thank you very much .

Most files I open into Liquid Mode on my iPad appear at my chosen text size and spacing. Which is huge, to cope with my lousy vision. But some, like https://sci-hub.ru/10.1111/ijd.15804 do not.I clicked the ... menu and found Text Settings. The current setting value and the icons on either side were a jumbled mess - several values overlaid on each other. Tapping bigger or smaller rewrote them, but it was impossible to tell what the actual values were. And repeating bigger stopped with the text less than half the size I usually see.Is there anything I can do about this?Also notice the background of the toolbar along the left edge. In the screenshot it is black, but in my dark mode (iOS Smart Invert) view it becomes glaring white - miserable for my vision problems. I have to keep hiding the toolbar. Is there some way to hide it permanently? I only use this mode for reading...

Hi, my access is denied in Adobe Acrobat cell phone app in my Andriod phone even a pro license is assigned by my company. I have tried uninstall and reinstall multiple times and cleared all clache data. Meanwhile, I can just use my account to log in Creative Cloud app, I cannot use any paid functions in Acrobat. Any tips?

tried to use Fill & Sign function of Acrobat Reader Mobile for Android. I can stamp my signature and mark the check boxes but when I use text tool, I can see the messege I was actively typing but as soon as I tap away to start a new text field or to do anything else, the message I had just typed disappeared.I miss the old fill and sign..Help Adobe reader app version 24.7.0.34210Samsung s21 feAndroid 14Hebrew  

Hi,So I've recently updated the Adobe Acrobat on my iPad and it seems to have a significant performance downgrade. As I have attached a video below to explain better. But, in short,1. Whenever I tap the screen the PDF shrinks in its entirety to reveal the tools (the shrinking is very distracting and I often lose sight of where I was)2. There is a slight delay of around 3-400 ms whenever the UI changes states (this becomes really annoying after awhile) My understanding is that the previous version was much responsive and the tools UI was not as intrusive, lwaving me confused as to why was this changed. OS version: iPadOS 17.5.1 (21F90)App Version: 24.07.00 (20240710.141157) Thank you!

Have read several similar topics but haven't seen a solution.Have an interactive PDF that looks and works fine on desktop, but of course when viewed on iPad it all falls apart.   Fields that should be hidden appear, and the show/hide function doesn't work.  There may also be issues with how and when the drop down buttons appear.  Fun. Does anyone know of any app that can be run on an iPad that works with an interactive PDF form?It doesn't need to be free but under 50 USD would be best. 

I have an Acrobat Pro account which I use on both on my Windows desktop and on my iPhone. When I edit a pdf on my desktop and email it, it comes through formatted normally. When I edit a pdf on my iPhone and email it to my desktop, the document comes across garbled with an error message "Cannot find or create the font 'XDIJDI+TimesNewRoman-BoldMT'. Some characters may not display or print correctly." On the desktop version, while logged in, I went to Preferences>Content Editing and changed both the fallback font and the default font to Times New Roman to see if that would solve the problem. Prior to that it was set to Let Adobe Choose. The problem exists on either setting.Do my settings/Preferences hold throughout my account regardless of which device I'm on (desktop or mobile) or do I need to change the settings/preferences on the mobile app separately? If so, how do I do that? I see no preferences>content editing on the mobile app.Thank you!

Hola,Tengo cuenta de pago de Adobe Acrobat. En mi ordenador portátil creo un formulario con distintos campos y al final, utilizo la herramienta de campos para incorporar varias imágenes. Hasta ahí, hago click en el icono y puedo acceder al explorador de Windows para incorporar una imagen al formulario.  El problema ocurre cuando quiero rellenar ese formulario PDF en "campo" con mi dispositivo móvil. Puedo rellenar todos los campos del formulario a excepción de la imagen. Hago click en el icono de la imagen y no me deja insertarla, porque no se abre el explorador del carrete o biblioteca de fotografías de mi móvil. ¿Hay alguna solución para este problema? Quiero realmente incorporar fotografías que haga en ese momento mientras relleno el formulario en cualquier sitio. La única solución que he encontrado por el momento es editar el formulario del PDF, pero no es cómodo ni rápido porque sí te deja incorporar la imagen del móvil que quieras pero no se ajusta a

Hi All, I would like to stop the swiped page transition functionality that seems to be the default when opening a normal PDF on acrobat when on a tablet. What I want to occur is if I tap with finger on the left or right, the next slide in the order per direction just appears, not tap/swipe and the page sort of animates as a crashing in from whichever side as the previous whisks away. So I obviously already have the view settins set to page-by-page, and none of the other options are what I would like from the remaining. My specific tablet is the new Samsung Galaxy S8 ultra. I have installed the Adobe Acobat Reader app to it , which appears as 'Acrobat for Samsung' (and appears to be the only version of it I can install) and the creative cloud app. NB - to save time: it is nothing to do with the actual specific transitions functionality from the 'organise pages' option as far as I can see - the PDF has had none of those set up in it, just a regular PDF with

After downloading a pdf manual using Safari on an iPad, I asked to open pdf in Adobe. Adobe allowed the pdf to be viewed just fine. However, any attempt to rename the file would result in an error. The delete option never displayed as an option, both rename and delete attempts were done using the three dots next to the file in Adobe. When the file opened in Adobe, it was only indicated in the Adobe Home Screen in the recent option, not on the Adobe file option. Using the Adobe recent option, I was able to select and delete the file.Normally, pdf files downloaded using Safari and opened in Adobe get assigned a file name that allows renaming and keeping in Adobe. This is the first time I have ever seen this situation.
