Hi everyone, I got an issue with adobe sign. I use it connected in power automate to send documents to be signed by different users. It works fine, but suddenly some users can't receive the notifications, and adobe sign log the error "email sent to [user] bounced and could not be delivered". It only happens with two users, and the email is not beeing rejected by antivirus or email rules. It worked fine till yesterday. The rest of the users, in the same organization, are not experiencing this problem. Thanks for your help, greetings.
Starting yesterday, all four invididuals with licenses under our company account have not been receiving email notifications that documents have been sent for signature or signed by those outside our company. When checking document progress, it shows a document has been signed by someone outside our company, but the activity section shows "Email sent to [name] [email] bounced and could not be delivered." This is happening to everyone under our account. It should be noted we are not all under the same email domain address. Any ideas why this is happening? Thank you.

Adobe Acrobat Sign issue, users are stuck when editing multifactor authentication (e.g. select phone nr.) an empty/white page comes.Switching to the classic send experience as temporary workaround is not an option. Are many users having this issue? Do you know how to solve this?
I need to know the way for the company's admin user to see all signed contracts for all users.
The April 2025 Acrobat Sign Release builds on Adobe's latest signer experience update to streamline signing, add flexibility, and expand how users connect with agreements —especially on mobile. A More Intuitive Mobile Signing Experience Filling a form and signing it on mobile devices can be cumbersome if the document was not created with mobile users in mind. Thats why Adobe is stepping in to provide a much better experience – automatically generated and easily adjusted before sending it off to the intended recipients. By offering a mobile friendly focus view, mobile users can more easily fill in required data and sign without any need to zoom in or struggle to hit the right field with their fingertips. Up until two weeks ago, every time our employees sent this form out for e-signature, there no issue. Now, when they send it to be e-signed, they get an error message in the totals column that says "enter a valid formula." We are not sure why this is happening. Can anyone help? File attached. TIA!
The new program reads anything that looks like a hyperlink as an error. I had to clear - 58! - errors from the documents before I could send it for just two signatures. Why isn't there an option to ignore what Adobe thinks is an error? The new adobe sign is awful. You clearly did not use a good focus group before making unnecessary changes. Why did you fix something that wasn't broken in the first place?
We have several (consents) templates we'd like to stack for signature into a single email request, however Adobe looks to pre-populate the fields from one template to the next (incorrectly). Is there a way to stop it from pre-populating the fields from one template to the next before I send?
Hi, we are receiving the mail you´ll see as attachment everytime we try to send a document for signature. we already followed instructions in other post to add the email address adobesign@adobesign.com to our safe list but still not working. can you please let us know the solutions for this? thanks in advance. This issue seems to be solved in another discussion for someone else, but there is no option for me to get help aside from signing in with another account and posting here. Why do you have to pay to get access to actual customer support and there is no phone number to call for help? Here's the solved discussion: Solved: Can't sign documents sent with Adobe Sign because ... - Adobe Community - 11851675My account (thessell@msd.utah.gov) used to be a paid account, but then it was canceled. I need that account to be switched to a free one by Adobe Sign per the above discussion.
Afternoon,As a business we use Adobe Sign embedded within Microsoft Teams. We use this over a range of Windows, MacBook, and iPad devices. Over the weekend 17th/18th May we lost the 'Fill & Sign' button in order to sign off documents. This was reported to Adobe, and they fixed the issue on Windows and MacBook devices over the weekend of 24th/25th May, but iPads continue to be an issue. They have though asked me to refer to the forums for the iPad solution. Has anyone else experienced the same issues?
Hi all,Hope anyone could help me to resolve my Acrobat request e-sign Authentication failed issue. I do have the Enterprise licenses for Acrobat Pro with other service included Acrobat Sign. After I selected the document, request e-sign, enter the email address and click on button "Specify where to sign" it shows Authentication failed.
When an individual is copied (cc'd) on documents sent for signature via AdobeSign, there have been reports of inconsistent behavior. In some instances, the cc recipient receives the documents as email attachments, while in other cases, they receive only a link to view the documents. However, when a link is provided, it often does not work for the recipient.Could you help identify what might be causing this inconsistency, and why the link does not function properly for cc'd recipients?
I have this instruction:https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/copy-edit-shared-document-template.htmlAnd I had it working before. However the pages in Adobe Sign seem to have changed. I got far, but am unable to locate the "Save to document library" checkbox.Does anyone know where it went?
Hello, I consistently use the Sign and Send feature in my Acrobat Pro and have not ever had problems with it. I am attempting to send a file for signature in my desktop app. I add myself and then the 2 other people I need to sign the file and then hit sign and send and the page goes blank then nothing happens. The only way I can sign the file is to exit, log into the online version and open it and sign it. It is very inconvenient to have to do this. Can anyone tell me why my desktop version has suddenly stopped working. I do not want to work in the online version as it is more complicated than the desktop version.
Hello,Well I find the new version is messy, not intuitive, and it makes me lose a lot of time since it is on.So I just want to go back to the old old version of it, is it possible ?Thanks
Hi, i have upgraded to a team plan for Adobe sign. I still cant find the menu to stop all signers from recieving a signed copy of the agreement with the PDF attached. I only want myself to recieve the agreement. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi everyone,I’m having trouble with my Adobe Acrobat Sign account (email: m****4@hotmail.de). It’s still linked to an old organization called “DEL Campus Visitatie”, which I have already left. The account associated with that organization is deactivated. When I try to log in or use Sign, I keep getting the message:“Accepteer de Adobe Acrobat Sign-uitnodiging die we u eerder via e-mail hebben gestuurd.”(Accept the Adobe Sign invitation we previously sent you.)But I can’t accept the invitation anymore, and I don’t want to be linked to that organization.I also don’t have an active paid plan, so I can’t contact customer support directly. Can someone from Adobe please help me remove this organization link or delete the pending invitation? Thanks in advance!Mark
I was working with the technical assistant group at Adobe Sign but they don’t seem to understand the issue. The firm had a trial Adobe Sign Account. The firm decided to go with another vendor. Every time I receive a link to view a contract by a vendor and log in with my email , Adobe states that I need to create a valid account. Last year I was able to do a chat and I asked Adobe Sign technical group to delete the trail. Evidently Adobe Sign technicians don't know to do this. They want me to sign up for the services. Does anyone have any suggestions since I cannot even see on the help page access to Chat or a phone number to call anymore. thank you, Teresa
I choose adobe sign account with base plan then i try to open adobe acrobat sign its redirect to same home page , anyone know the solution?
Is there a way for individual users of business accounts to disable sending a final signed copy of an "agreement" to all parties? I'm the only one who needs the final signed copy of a document once all recipients have signed it. Also, is there a way to change the term "agreement" to something else, as I don't send "agreements" to recipients - I need to have employees sign documents electronically for other purposes and prefer not to use the term "agreement."
We have several agreements that require multiple signatures. In many cases the same person will need to sign at several different stages.A simple example woule be: A request form may be signed by person A confirming their request, signed by person B approving the request, and then signed again by person A confirming they actioned their own request (this happens often). When I add the recipients to do this like in the screenshot, it does not behave as I would expect. I sign the agreement and it is sent to the 2nd recepient. They sign the agreement. Everything as normal so far. What happens then, is I get an email saying I need to sign a document but it does not seem to recognise that it is me. When I click the link in the email to sign the document it does not let me use my usual signature but instead it asks me to type my name or draw a new signature, this is a tad annoying but also a bit of an odd UX. Moreover, if I log in to my portal there is nothing in the "waiting for you" secti
