When an individual is copied (cc'd) on documents sent for signature via AdobeSign, there have been reports of inconsistent behavior. In some instances, the cc recipient receives the documents as email attachments, while in other cases, they receive only a link to view the documents. However, when a link is provided, it often does not work for the recipient.Could you help identify what might be causing this inconsistency, and why the link does not function properly for cc'd recipients?
I have this instruction:https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/copy-edit-shared-document-template.htmlAnd I had it working before. However the pages in Adobe Sign seem to have changed. I got far, but am unable to locate the "Save to document library" checkbox.Does anyone know where it went?
Hello, I consistently use the Sign and Send feature in my Acrobat Pro and have not ever had problems with it. I am attempting to send a file for signature in my desktop app. I add myself and then the 2 other people I need to sign the file and then hit sign and send and the page goes blank then nothing happens. The only way I can sign the file is to exit, log into the online version and open it and sign it. It is very inconvenient to have to do this. Can anyone tell me why my desktop version has suddenly stopped working. I do not want to work in the online version as it is more complicated than the desktop version.
Hello,Well I find the new version is messy, not intuitive, and it makes me lose a lot of time since it is on.So I just want to go back to the old old version of it, is it possible ?Thanks
Hi, i have upgraded to a team plan for Adobe sign. I still cant find the menu to stop all signers from recieving a signed copy of the agreement with the PDF attached. I only want myself to recieve the agreement. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi everyone,I’m having trouble with my Adobe Acrobat Sign account (email: m****4@hotmail.de). It’s still linked to an old organization called “DEL Campus Visitatie”, which I have already left. The account associated with that organization is deactivated. When I try to log in or use Sign, I keep getting the message:“Accepteer de Adobe Acrobat Sign-uitnodiging die we u eerder via e-mail hebben gestuurd.”(Accept the Adobe Sign invitation we previously sent you.)But I can’t accept the invitation anymore, and I don’t want to be linked to that organization.I also don’t have an active paid plan, so I can’t contact customer support directly. Can someone from Adobe please help me remove this organization link or delete the pending invitation? Thanks in advance!Mark
I was working with the technical assistant group at Adobe Sign but they don’t seem to understand the issue. The firm had a trial Adobe Sign Account. The firm decided to go with another vendor. Every time I receive a link to view a contract by a vendor and log in with my email , Adobe states that I need to create a valid account. Last year I was able to do a chat and I asked Adobe Sign technical group to delete the trail. Evidently Adobe Sign technicians don't know to do this. They want me to sign up for the services. Does anyone have any suggestions since I cannot even see on the help page access to Chat or a phone number to call anymore. thank you, Teresa
I choose adobe sign account with base plan then i try to open adobe acrobat sign its redirect to same home page , anyone know the solution?
Is there a way for individual users of business accounts to disable sending a final signed copy of an "agreement" to all parties? I'm the only one who needs the final signed copy of a document once all recipients have signed it. Also, is there a way to change the term "agreement" to something else, as I don't send "agreements" to recipients - I need to have employees sign documents electronically for other purposes and prefer not to use the term "agreement."
We have several agreements that require multiple signatures. In many cases the same person will need to sign at several different stages.A simple example woule be: A request form may be signed by person A confirming their request, signed by person B approving the request, and then signed again by person A confirming they actioned their own request (this happens often). When I add the recipients to do this like in the screenshot, it does not behave as I would expect. I sign the agreement and it is sent to the 2nd recepient. They sign the agreement. Everything as normal so far. What happens then, is I get an email saying I need to sign a document but it does not seem to recognise that it is me. When I click the link in the email to sign the document it does not let me use my usual signature but instead it asks me to type my name or draw a new signature, this is a tad annoying but also a bit of an odd UX. Moreover, if I log in to my portal there is nothing in the "waiting for you" secti
How do I redact a document that has been signed using Adobe Sign?
When will the e-signature capability be restored? "E-signing services are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."
When I download a document using the Adobe Sign API:GET /agreements/agreementId/documents/documentIdthe document appears locked, and the signature fields are no longer editable. It seems Adobe Sign automatically finalizes and seals the document upon download.I need to download the document with signature fields still present, allowing users to sign manually later. Is there a way to retrieve an agreement document with the signature fields intact and not locked? Thanks!
It seems that for a few days now when a workflow is completed the fully signed PDF document is not being named properly. It should be naming the file whatever is populated in the 'Document Name' field, but instead it is using the generic name of the template file. For example, the Document Name may have been populated as 'FY25 Transfer Request to XXXX Department - 05.27.2025' but the fully signed file that is being distributed is just called 'Balance Tranfer - signed.pdf'. This requires us no manually rename each file after saving it.
I have a corporate account (let's say with name John Doe) and have setup an API application for using Acrobat Sign REST API in my business application.Currently, when signature request emails are sent by API and received by receipients, they see something like this:From email display name : " John Doe via Adobe Acrobat Sign.email body: John Doe requests signature... Requirement: Replace John Doe with a different name. Please guide.
Dear Team,I am writing to inquire about obtaining API access for Adobe Acrobat Sign. Our organization is exploring e-signature solutions, and we are interested in understanding the capabilities of your API, particularly for integration into mobile applications (iOS and Android).Could you please provide us with the following information:1. API Access: What are the steps and requirements to get access to the Adobe Acrobat Sign API?2. Pricing: What are the pricing models or subscription plans available for API usage? Are there different tiers based on volume or features?3. Mobile Integration: Can the Adobe Acrobat Sign API be effectively integrated into Flutter-based mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms? Are there any specific SDKs, libraries, or best practices you recommend for mobile integration?4. Documentation: Where can we find detailed API documentation and developer resources? We are looking to implement a seamless e-signature workflow within our mobile application

Hey Everyone,i am the IT guy at our company and am getting stuck at a problem. In my company we use the browser version of adobe sign and a very few of our employee's have been running into this problem.when they send a document for e-signature to someone they get a popup error message saying something went wrong, do you want to load or go back to the homepage, so they do not have the ability to insert a field that the recipient needs to use to sign or even fill in who this file has to get to, preparing the file itself and inserting our own signature beforehand all works perfect. i would appreciate any help
My employer recently made changes to our adobe licenses. Before, I was able to set up templates for Adobe Sign as well as to access the bulk sending feature. Now both functions still appear in my account, but whenever I select them, I get the error message "This feature is temporarily not available, please try again at a later moment". This is persistent. I tried logging out and in again and accessing the online tool via different browsers (Firefox 138.0.4 and Safari 18.5). The company admin says everything looks fine on their side. What is the problem?
In the past, eSign fields worked properly: wherever I placed eSign fields, the signature was appropriately populated within the placed field exactly where they were initially placed. For the past two months, when following an identical workflow, signatures populate within new fields at the end of the document, even when sending the eSign request to users with official (paid) Adobe accounts.
I am trying to delete old documents (pre-signed) stored in the ‘Saved in App’ folder in Adobe Sign on an iPad. These PDF forms were previously shared with Adobe Sign and automatically stored in the ‘Saved in App’ folder. I have tried several times to delete them since they’re outdated but to no success. These docs are not displayed in Adobe Sign on a laptop, only the iPad so thought they might have been stored locally but could not find them on my device. Please help!
Created a webform once to test it.Now cannot delete it. 1. Go to https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/agreements/#agreement_type=webform2. Find webform3. Try to delete it: IMPOSSIBLE As well tried it in https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/signatures/?signUri=%2Faccount%2FaccountSettingsPage%23pageId%3A%3AACCOUNT_SETUP(where you can delete actual agreements) The 🙎is stuck in "editing", yet I cannot edit, sign, abort, delete, or whateverI want this webform gone, that's all Once again Adobe strikes at "hey, lets make things as f***** hard as possible, because hey we charge a lot for our services so why shoud it be simple"Really I am an easy going, very tolerant person but working with Adobe has not only stolen my last ever nerve, it also cost me more money than my child so far. Please instruct. Refund if not possible to delete.

Testing out the echosign PDF, from Salesforce, by sending the request to different email addresses. When I send the signature request to a Gmail account, the correct email with subject, Signature requested ***************, and link is received. When sending to my corporate account ,Outlook365, I receive a different email with subject "Please delegate*********to an authorized signer" and no link to document. Why would this happen? And how do I fix the issue?
