Adobe Acrobat Sign

Adobe Sign support European Union Trusted Lists (EUTL) entities such FNMT in Spain but the only 2 factor verification I can see in the Enterprise model are: Email, Password, Social, KBA(not in EMEA), Phone, Adobe SIgn and Government ID. Where the third party entity Certification is used to verify the signer identity?

To put a Deal Reg in the system (in transaction model) a minnimum of 1500 transactions are needed. Can we include in this minnimum amount phone verificatios as valid transactions?

When adding Sign to a VIP is necessary to choose between NUL licenses model or transactions model, but both at the same VIP are not allowed. When the verification in two steps is selected, veryfication via telephone is an option for business and Enterprise licenses, but: only in transaction model? Because every phone validation uses a phone transaction and, as far as I know, this transaction model can´t work with NUL licenses.

We recently went through a branding change so we changed the email and Sender name associated with our Adobe Sign account. I can login with new email just fine, however, I don't see any of our past completed documents and when I try to send a request for signature, the page gets stuck on loading and I never even get to the page to load the document for signature. Chat says they are closed, and the endless menu on the phone gets me no help at all.

I bought a small business account then cancelled it and bought an individual account. When on documentcloud.adobe.com and I select 'send for signature' it freezes on the 'loading adobe sign' screen. I have tried using this on different browsers and on a seperate work station but after logging in the 'send for signature' option was missing. I have tried using the app but it comes up with an error message when I go through the send for signatures process. Any help would be appreciated

Hi,  Is it possible to house two documents within the same web form? My use case is a user first accepting an NDA, then being taken to the "real" document that they sign. So user experience would be:  1. go to link2. user sees our NDA, with a signature block at the bottom 3. user accepts/signs NDA4. user is immediately taken to our contract (our current web form with additional signature and information tags) Is this possible? Thanks in advance!

When first starting out and going through setup, how to you configure OAuth for localhost host testing if it only accepts "https"?scope=user_loginSecondly I'm more interested in embedding a PDF form into my website and having the form filled out and saved instead of emailing. Not sure how the widget plays. Do I create the widget first then manipulate the widget with the REST APIs? If so where are some samples?

I had gone through adobe sign authorization document and understood Auth 2.0 very well but I am creating my own web api and not willing to open broswer for login infact I want to get access token without opening any browser, I think it can be done by grant_type = refresh token but I am finding some issue in it. Any response from your side will be very helpfull for me.

How can I do the following: I have two text fields. If one field is filled in by the user, the other becomes hidden or inactive and vice versa. I get a circular error when setting conditions on both fields that refer to each other. Thanks.

Hi - I'm brand new to Adobe Sign and just created my first web form. I added several standard tags to my doc, but when I publish it, just one of them (the "full name" tag) does not appear on my document. I've deleted the tag & readded to no avail. Here is what it looks like while I'm modifying the web form: ...and here's what I get as soon as click save: Anything I should be doing differently or can troubleshoot? 

I currently own Acrobat 11 Pro, standalone. I am trying to transition to the Subscription products for easier access across multiple computers that I use. My Question: I cannot find any help as to whether the new "subscription" software still allows use of Digital Signature using a self-sign certificate.   I use a self-sign Digital Signature. Everything I read in on-line help is focused on "sending things out for other people to sign" (which I have no use for), but very little discussion about signing things yourself (expect simple "eSign" methods, or using a digital-signature obtained from a paid CA or TSP). My Legal requirements are:1. Document cannot be edited after signing without being detected. I "lock" my signed docs with the final signature applied, and attempted changes to the pdf cause my signatures to "disappear".2. Document signature must be verifiable by recipients. However, the process allows me to provide my "public" key for verification, so I do

With the new sign interface (which I think is a dissater but that's for another day), I can't find the web form.  Even the tutorial on the Adobe site looks nothing like I'm seeing when I log in.  Very fustrating.  Anyone any ideas?

Basically the differences between both. I want to add some more features that are not available in trial account(eg. removing the adobe sign stamp watermark,etc.) and need to know whether the developer account supports them. Thanks.

I have been reviewing Adobe Sign for accessibility and one of the issues I have encountered has to do with radio buttons and screen reader access. I have been testing with a screen reader and the screen reader is unable to read the options in a radio button group. All the screen reader is reading is the tooltip and it is not telling me what the choices select from in a radio button group. Has anyone else countered this and do you know the best workaround or solution for it?  

I am located in Massachusetts and noticed our annual invoice for Adobe Sign Adobe didn't charge us sales tax. We also have never provided Adobe an Exempt Certificate.  Since I underestood that Adobe always charges tax it seems that it has been determined that Adobe Sign is not taxable in the Mass. If so, is there a letter Ruling from the Mass DOR why the tax is not charged, and if not, is there a rationle why Adobe did not charge the tax? Thanks

Is there a version of Adobe sign that allows me to brand the email address that the signature is sent from? I send a lot of documents and they always get lost in the clients' spam folders. I would prefer that the email address is from my company's domanin. I know docusign allows this, but does Adobe? I can't find any mention in any of the product reviews. 

Hello I am using the Adobe Sign service via API. Sometimes a problem occurs when a signer enters his phone authentication code in the Adobe user interface (browser on smartphone).Here is a brief description, step by step:1 - The signer receives the link to the Agreement2 - By clicking on the link, the user (signer) opens the agreement in his browser (usually on his smartphone): the authentication screen appears.3 - If the user (signer) selects the "SMS" mode and taps "OK", the SMS with the authentication code is sent correctly.4 - But once the user (signer) enters the code in the correct textbox (browser, Adobe Sign UI) and taps "OK", sometimes the browser is redirected to the previous screen (selection of the authentication mode, SMS or phone call) and a link appears: "I already have a code".5 - In this situation the user (signer) must tap that link, the textbox (Adobe Sign UI) for the SMS code (previously written) is displayed again (already filled in) and then by touching "OK"

Hi. im looking for some help. I've set up adobe sign for teams at work. but, the final signature needs to be water tight and can only come from that final person. however, the final person is able to forward (not delegate) forward the document to anyone to sign and this comes back as signed. how do I keep the final signature field secure so it cannot be forwarded or delegated on please? also, when I password protect a document. The singer can open it and sign it before adding the password?? It's only protected once signed..   

I have a general licensing question. It seems that we are allowed 150 transactions per year per user for Adobe Sign. If I use Mega Sign to send a single document to 100 unique email addresses in a csv file Does that count as 1 transaction or 100 transactions?
