Adobe Acrobat Sign

Hi,I'm using Adobe Pro DC Teams Edition, it comes with Adobe Sign Individual.I've downloaded the Adobe fill and sign app on my iPhone X and I'm reading that it should sync my signature I've created to Adobe document cloud and then be available to sign documents in Adobe Pro DC.The signature I've used is not appearing in DC.How can I get it to sync?Thanks

Hi, I am integrating adobe sign with my Java web application. My contract document has a default signature block. AdobeSign places a signature box at the end of the document for signing and not on the signature block already present in the document.Is there a way to make sure that the signature box appear on the signature box only and not at the bottom for single signers as well as multiple signers.Thanks for your time. Dear Community,In this forum I would like to ask does anybody know if Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES) that fit eIDAS regulation (EU zone) are valid in other major countries like U.S., Canada, Australia, Japan, China etc?Or I need to have both QES and Advanced E-signature to sign documents globally?I also found information about Cloud Signature Consortium that is a member of AALPAdobe Approved Trust List Members, Acrobat Has anybody tried it?Maybe you know other options..Would appreciate any comment!Kind Regards,Oleksandr Andriienko

Title says it all :Can not get developer account in UK now that I already have a user account..I signed up as for free user trial and then realised I wanted a developer a/c - but I just get redirected in circles, new web pages opening all over the place - seems like 2008...Any ideas?Right - I then tried to sign up with a different email but the stupid system decided it was the same person - so I now have two accounts that both go to the same place.I can't get to the REST API samples.

Is there no phone support for Adobe Sign? I'm not seeing or hearing options for it...am I missing something?

We currently have the annual subscription to the Adobe PDF Pack. We only have the one sign-on/admin account. If we wanted to integrate this package with SharePoint, would anyone using SharePoint then be able to fill, sign and send forms? We want employees to be able to fill out a request form, send it their director for approval and then have it route to Human Resources for final approval.

My client was unable to sign because Signature field is not even highlighted from his PC. It is a simple document. Our client reviews a content and sign. He was using Chrome. He removed and reinstalled Acrobat Reader but it didn't work.Later on, he tried from a different computer, then, Signature field was properly highlighted and could sign.I attached the screenshots.

Hello,We would like to create and send a document using Sign that automatically changes a variable in the document's text depending on the value that has been filled in by a recipient.So an example would be:We send a document that starts off with the text "Dear [COMPANY NAME]".At the top of the document, a text field asking for the signer's company's name will be available. Once the signer fills in their company name (for example: HelloWorld Corporation) the document automatically adjusts the variable in the text to their company name "Dear HelloWorld Corporation".We've seen this being used before. I'm trying to find a solution for the same problem with the error codes: INVALID_WORKFLOW_ID and MISSING_REQUIRED_TO_FIELD.I can't find anywhere a solution, an answer for this, event though many have asked.What fields is this error reffering to MISSING_REQUIRED_TO_FIELD?I've used the minimal schema and the complete schema; i've filled only the required parameters and then I've tried also with all the parameters filled in. I created a Adobe Sign developer account, and got Application ID and Client Secret.Then, I went to AEM, Tools > Deployment > CloudServices > Adobe Document Cloud eSignature services. Clicked Configure now,  created eSignDCSS. Hello, I have created a template that 20 others need to have. They all have acrobat access but I don't know how to share my template with them?

I have an application that has an unknown number of signers in production of the template.Of signer type A I can have between 1 to 10 names/recipients. The template caters for 10 names although only 1 may be required.Of signer typ B I can have between 1 to 10 names/recipients. After Setting up a SAML SP Initiated workflow for my IdP on the Adobe Sign Platform, I am facing issues Post Authentication. Hello,Is it possible for the end user to check agreement id on Adobe Sign portal?We are planning for integration with Adobe sign where the user can provide the document id/agreement id in our portal and after that, the portal will start start tracking the status of the document.I was not able to find agreement id on the portal ! ! as an administration.

Hello Everyone,I am using API to send agreement. I have set the callback url but its not triggered when the agreement is signed by the user. Is there anything I have to do for enabling the features in admin account?  Is there any configuration will done by adobe for this feature? Please help.Thanks in advance.

I received a DocuSign document that I need to add an additional signature to. I tried to add an Adobe Sign signature to the document, but the document says a signature already exists and won't let me add this signature.  Is there a way around this?

After I enter the email address, prepare message, add files and then hit NEXT it automatically logs me out.   Then when I sign back in it gives me an error message"Invalid email or password, or your account may be locked."

I've tried various companies' e-signature platforms and several allow for more security making signers access the document via a link rather than sending document attachments to emails.  Can Adobe sign do that as well?  Also, can I pull back a sent document, edit it (adding more pages, adding more fields, adding or deleting users), and then re-send it?

I have signed up for the Adobe student service with provides basically all of the apps available on Creative Cloud. Prior to me changing my account email address everything worked fine but now I get an error anytime I try to send for sig. I have seen topics on this forum about the same issue but can't seem to find a solution.Please helpKenneth

I understand how to prepare the document for signature.  For compliance reasons, we are supposed to deliver our company disclosures along with the agreement.  How do I include them in the same email but not in the same file for signature.

I scanned an existing manual form and used the Prepare Form tool in Pro DC to add fields onto the form that my staff will prefill, it's meant to prompt us on what information is important to collect.  We then need to send the form to customer email for signature only.  When testing this, all of the fields I added with the Prepare Form tool are active from the email and prompt the customer through every field, I only want them to be prompted with the Signature field for signing and sending back.
