Adobe Acrobat Sign

Hi I'm trying to figure out if and how I can have a signed upload a document.One of our forms basically asks "Did you file a report this month" and the signer clicks a radio button for yes or no. If yes, they must upload an attachment. Is uploading an attachment possible?

How do you use the image field in adobe sign? I know how to insert it and adjust the overall size, however when I tested it out and sent a document to myself, it just gives me errors when trying to upload the image. I tried inserting a .jpg and .png image and neither worked. Is their something I am doing wrong?

Hi, I need to send a form to multiple people to fill, but it is a feedback form and therefore I want people to have the option to be anonymous and not sign. How do I send it without it requesting a signature field? Also, is there a way to generate a link where the form can be filled so I can send the link in one email with all contacts BCC'd?

I need to create a form where somone can fill it out and then send it to another person. When I create a button and enter an email address for the individual I want the form to be sent to, the form still emails the form to me. I want the form to eventually return to me, but I need it to have the freedom to be sent to others once the form has been distributed. *Previewing the form does not match what actually happens*

I have should have Adobe Sign as part of my Creative Cloud membership (one-year, prepaid) subscription.  However, when I sign in to Adobe Sign, there is a notice that appears stating that "Free accounts are limited to 5 transactions per month" and suggests that I upgrade.  Why do I keep getting this message?[Screenshots removed by the moderator]

Hi there,Up until two days ago I had no problem sending documents with signing positions like this:1. Person A1. Person B1. Person C2. Person D2. Person E3. Person FThis gave the ability for the document to be sent to everyone is position 1 (Persons A, B & C) at the same time.  Once they had all completed it, it moved on to position 2 (Persons D & E).  Once everyone in position 2 was done it moved on the position 3 (Person F).All of a sudden I can no longer put multiple people into a single position.  This is very frustrating as our agreements often require this feature and one of the reasons we switched to AdobeSign.Is there something I need to do to allow this to work again?Thanks in advance.Mark.

We've been having issues with our clients filling out forms on our adobe sign app on our ipad and halfway thru the filling out the app will just disappear and we open the adobe back up and the form the client filled out halfway thru is empty..so they have to start all over again. and then kicks them out again. Very frustrating!From a previous chat with another adobe tech . TOld me to reboot our new purchased ipad and download adobe again..I did that this morning and still having the same issues. Please help!

HiI would like to create a google doc (and sheet) that pre-populates the signature or signature-block when imported into Adobe sign. I already have the users email address and would like be able to put something like:{{Sig_es_:signer3:name@org.com}} into a cell/in the text of a google sheet/document that adobe sign recognises when imported. Is this possible/supported? Thanks(Not sure if this can be done in the background when google exports to pdf. You mention support for google docs - how are google docs/sheets supported?)

It would make Adobe Sign much more functional if there were an 'Edit Multiple' option.  As is, if I want to change who a field is assigned to, I have to do so one at a time, for all fields in a document.  It would be much simpler if I could highlight all the fields I want edited, and just change the Assigned To dropdown for all of them at once.

Hi,I'm currently researching if our approval process can be implemented using the Adobe Sign product.  Any input would be greatly appreciated.Here are the steps in the process:1. Create 1 or more pdf forms that require signature (i.e. 10 forms).2. Combine all forms into one 1 file so approver only needs to apply signature once.3. 'Stamp' the signature on each form in the combined file and then split the file back into individual pdf files for each form.4. Automatically name the individual pdf files according to specified naming convention.Are there functions in the API that would support this?Thanks

Hi, for the past couple of weeks we have stopped receiving notifications for signed agreements.I am referring to the option "Send an extra copy of every signed agreement to these email addresses", under Global Settings.I have tried submitting multiple documents from multiple email addresses. The documents show up in Echosign, so we know the document was submitted and confirmed correctly. However the email notifications do not go out.There was a search result on Google that suggested checking the email server settings to make sure the emails aren't being filtered by the server. Our email server settings have not changed for years and these notifications were working fine a few weeks ago. I also added a Gmail address to receive the notifications, and it didn't receive anything either.The EchoSign account is a Business account:Augusta-Echo-Agreements@augustapreciousmetals.comPlease let me know if you need any other info. Hi, Looking at a plan for medium-sized business - we send a lot of documents - I have been told each plan only allows 150 per user per year, we send around 200 per month alone,Is that limit just for templates or actually sending out?Is it really the case that it would cost in the 1000s to send 1200ish per year? Hi, is there a way to hide the email addresses when you receive the final email confirmation that the document has been signed by all parties? see below as example. I have hidden the email address.the document is signed by the last signature it automatically sends the document to all parties. can we turn this feature off if you cant hide the email addresses?Many thanks

i am in developer account and m using api for send document and get it signed..my pdf is dynamic so its not fix that i have "x" amount of pages...so i want to add signature fields in all my pages footer area..or bottom of every page....is that possible ?...please help me ..thank you

How do you customise the template email to go with send for signature
