Adobe Acrobat Sign

1) I would like to send one email to my delivery staff.2) That document would contain approx. 5 PDF's - all are different deliveries to different clients to be completed.3) Each PDF doc with have a signature field.4) Delivery guys will obtain a signature after each delivery.5) HOWEVER - i have noticed when if i have  mulitple files attached to one email ( in this case 5x deliveries), they automatically consider all the signatures to be the same person, therefore - change one, change all.I do not want to send 5 separate emails for each delivery packing slips to my guys.thoughts?I want to be more digital and cut down on physical paperthank you !P

Hi Team,Please be informed that we are facing problem to Select Email Template from Email Template folder in Salesforce because when we create Agreement there is button “Add Files” when we would click on that button it would allow to select documents from SALESFORCE CRM & FILES, SALESFORCE DOCUMENTS and Upload from My Computer only not from Email Template folder even there is no option to open Email Template folder in this so how would select Email Template in Salesforce.Request you to please assist us. I have a document that has 6 recipients. In this document I need data field check boxes that are accessible to anyone. However, if checked, I need an initial signature field to be required by the recipient who checked the box. How can I accomplish this?

Hi,I have a document in 'Out for Signature' which I need to cancel. I have followed the simple steps to cancel an agreement however I get an error message as follows:---Failed to cancel agreement: Quote for xxxxxError:Unhandled Error: 171019165635414.app-b1---I get emails saying it's been cancelled but the document is still showing in 'Out for Signature'Help!ThanksNeil

I have a PDF form that lists multiple benchmarks that have to be signed off. Ideally, I want the accountability of the signature function. However, with a few dozen signatures required, it is cumbersome to have to Save after each one. Is there a way to sign multiple times in a single form, and save once? Or is there an alternative that I'm not thinking of that retains the accountability of the signature, but doesn't require the repititous Save? Thanks for any thoughts on this!

I created an agreement template and it's working fine when I click on button agreement is sent but agreement status is "draft".When I click on the Send button I get an error that agreement is already sent.When I sign the agreement mappings are not triggered and status is still "draft".Any solutions?Thank you.

Hi,I want to know about how to mark "name & date" on first page of  multiple .pdf files? Not multiple pages, just only first page of pdf file.

I sent an agreement to about 110 people in batches of 10 (was the maximum allowed).  In the manage portion on the dashboard, it is not showing the people who actually signed the agreement.  We received the email confirmations, but is this because every person in the group/batch has to complete the signing?  You would think there was a better way to send out to mass quantities and get individual confirmations in the dashboard.

Wollte soeben einen 27 seitigen Vertrag hochladen...Adobe Sign sagt mir, dass der Vertrag zu groß oder das Dokument zu viele Seiten beinhaltet. We are currently using AdobeSign to sign delegation of tasks logs. Many times, edits need to be made to add dates when personnel have changed. Is there a way to edit already signed and certified documents by adding a text box?

Hello,I am trying to send documents for signature to multiple parties, but its not working.  After sending the documents the system is saying that all of the parties received the email, but then on the dashboard where it says "out for signature" it only has the first email address listed out of the group of 10 email addresses that I had sent to.  So, the system is only sending the documents for signature to one person at a time even though its saying it sent to all 10 email addresses.  What is the issue here?  Of course there is no technical support or any explanation, though I have spent $120 for this service.  I also tried seeing if this was a membership limitation but I can't find anywhere that my individual membership limits me from being able to use the group send function.  If this is the case then obviously I need to upgrade and this isn't an actual technical glitch or problem.Thanks for any help.

I have signed up for Adobe EchoSign, but have a new laptop and need to download an app that will allow me to sign in on Adobe PDF documents? Adobe Reader does not have it and I have no idea where to get the Adobe Sign download that is now replacing EchoSign? I'm getting a fairly undescriptive error ("Read timed out") when I go to generate a document with Salesforce CPQ. I have the Adobe Sign for Salesforce CPQ connector installed and the agreement template I'm using is linked to my quote template. I can't seem to see anything that is wrong with either of them, and the error isn't giving me anything to go on.Has anyone seen this before or could anyone help out with fixing this error?

hi, I've created 3-4 different documents, each one has a separate signature page. IF I send them together in one outgoing email through adobe sign, when filled out together it seems the signature will auto-fill. i wasnt to avoid that, bc some signatures are not for the same person (say one is for the person who is financially responsible and the other for the client (which may be different people who work together)id like to add, Ive noticed a few other fields might repeat. im wondering if its the name of the field (like, 'text box 1' or something)thanks in adv

I have 8 people signing the document.  The signers only number to 6.  I used the generic signer for another.  But how do I add 8?I am going to send it to 7 and then send it out yet again for the last signature.But it would be nice to have infinite options with the number of signers.
