Adobe Acrobat Sign

When I click in the link to view and sign the document it says I have already signed it which is true, but I want to print off a copy of the document how do I do that?

Is it possible to create a document, edit it, but save to send it later?  I don't see an option for "Save" once I have started editing the document. 

i changed our email address in the profile but im not getting verifiation of the signature being sent . its still going to our prior email address

When sending out our Credit Card Authorization forms to customers, they are not able to add the quantity nor expiration date on the required fields.

I load a document, add signatory Email IDs, and then click on Next to adjust the signature blocks. In case, I have missed to add someone in CC  or loaded an incorrect document, the tool does not allow me to go back and make the changes. I've searched far and wide but there is NO option to change the email address associated with my account. I want to use my work email, not my personal... do I have to delete my whole account, cancel payments and lose all my templates?? HELP!!! Seems so basic. 😞

Hello.I have a document that I want to put in a widget. I've uploaded it, added some fields:- name on first page- name, signature, and date on last pageHowever, once I click 'save', the widget doesn't "see" the fields I added. instead it added its own "signature block" at the end.How do I get it to see the fields I added?Thank you!

I'd love to see some more features for public widgets which make it more convenient for the user to fill a document in a public widget.I.e.:- Autosave: We have looong contracts. If there could be an autosave feature (tied to a session or permanent cookie - we're talking anonymous users here), that would be great- Autocomplete/Autofill: We have the case that some users want to fill the same public widget document several times in a row. It would be great if they could be offered the ability to save what they've entered in the form (again, tied to a session or permanent cookie) so when they sign the document another time, they don't have to enter everything again. Hi,We are updating our widgets to reflect a new 2017 legal document.  I was hoping there was a way to just add the new document within the current widget I have created rather than having to re-create it 20+ times.  Is there any way to do this?Thanks

How can I have 2 signatures for 2 different persons?I see it's possible if I send the application to 2 emails, but I have the application embed on my client's site. ThanksMirko

After a contract has been finalized and an email is being sent to interest parties,  recipients on the CC line do not receive the attachment.  Only recipients on the TO line receive the attachment.

How do you send a document for signature, without it adding a date signed block automatically?

I'd like to add a signature field to a form that's already been sent (but not yet signed). The document shows the signature field visually, however, I forgot to add the field to require an electronic signature before sending it.Can I edit it before the person signs it? Or do I need to cancel it and start over?

Hello,Its been 2 full weeks since I have been able to login to my account that Ive had for a year. All my important work documents and customer agreements are in this program. I have inquired about this most everyday and I get the same canned response: Please be informed this is a know issue now & the concerned team is still working on it. Once the issue is resolved you will be notified over the email. This is no longer acceptable to me , I need an answer as to what the problem is and when someone will actually fix this login issue. In 13 days there has been nothing done and I have lost all confidence that it will ever be fixed. This is ADOBE, how a login issue can't be fixed in 2 weeks is disgusting. Escalate this to someone that can actually get my account in working order.

Trying to create a Template...I would like to be able to add form field layers for signing an Invoice where the account information is going to be different each time I use the form...I can create a template in the library but then how do I upload document to place this template over???I go to Add Template to LibraryI press Create a reusable form field layerI upload the doc and put in the fields and saveNOW, how do I upload an existing document to place this template over???

When does Adobe typically update their standard forms for the current year?  The W4 and i9 are still from last year.

When downloading a copy of signed doc to dropbox for others to see, they are not able to open the file to view. I am assuming because it is saving it as an encrypted file. It only saves as an encrypted file from my mobile acct (which others have problems viewing). My desktop acct is fine.Please advise.Ebru Cobin

I would like to change the name in my profile from my first and last name to my business name, so when my customers receive a request for signature on forms, my business name is displayed in the email as opposed to my first and last name. How can I change this? I tried to edit my profile however my first and last name are not editable fields.

Recently, I have not been receiving e-mails notifying me the signer has signed the document with the signed document attached.Not going to spam.

How do I require that all of the fields in a template be filled out? I have the issue of a signer only choosing to fill out some of the fields instead of all of them and submitting an incomplete document.

Is there a way to edit the prefilled sections after I have sent the document for signature (but before it has been signed)? I have clients who change their minds about services, and it would be nice to be able to edit the prefilled portion of the document rather than having to cancel, re-create and resend every time.
