Adobe Acrobat Sign

I liked the old "I need to sign" button. It was replaced by adding me; however, although the radio button clearly showed send in any order,  it sent it out for signature in the order entered which means the document was sent to my client without my signature. I have to wait until it returns from them to sign it. Not good.The new page does not remember previous emails. I have clients I send documents to regularly. With the new page, I need to look up and type in their email every time.

I get preparing document to send then this screen.  I have acrobat reader dc, installed,  Windows 10, Tried different browsers, etc.Any ideas?

Is it possible to keep my files separate when sending them for signature?

Hi Experts, I have a scenario where a user already has echosign account and I am looking to add him to the group which is managing the signatures. I logged in through admin account but I don't see any option to add him. How to add the user because the only option I see is create user and system is nor allowing to create that user again as the user already exists.ThanksUday

I received an email request to esign a document.  I selected the option from the email to "click here to review and sign" the document, but I get stuck on the screen that says "Preparing Document".  In the background (which is grayed out) it say "Thumbnail Not yet Available" but portions of the document are there.  The document never fully generates allowing me to sign.  I have tried signing in to my account and selecting manage documents, but the document won't load under that scenario either.

HiI want to automate different areas of my business. I want to put in an autoresponder, links to certain eDOCs that need to be signed by user when certain programs are started.There can be 6 or more different docs that I want to pre setup, that if they need to be signed, my autoresponder will send a link to the appropriate eDOC and the user will get it, it will be opened, signed and returned to eDOC document management  etc. automatically. Is this possible with the $10./mo program?thanksDave

How do I add a new signature and date field when sending for signature? It only gives me the option to prepare doc, which high-lights all black spaces on the document. I would like to have option to add fields in "Step 2" of the process.

We have our licenses sent out through Salesforce for eSigning. Many customers send them back via regular email. I have been cancelling them out of the 'manage documents' area but now I can figure out how to upload them back into Salesforce to be attached to the customers account. I fear I have done this all wrong and now can't attach the documents. Does anyone know a way to do it? I am using a PC.

Hello:I am having issues accessing the "access code" for my Adobe Echosign Documents. According to https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/alternative-signing-process.htmlI should be able to access the Access Code through Manage>Clicking on the document.However, that Access Code is not visible. My view has the "replace signer" and "upload a document" link but no "access code" Can anyone advise?Many thanks!

I am using text tags to create an Adobe Sign-compatible contract for our company. My goal is to restrict as many of the variables as possible and most recently, that has been the font appearance qualities - name, color, and size. While the text tags in my document worked before I edited those text tags to include restrictions on font appearance, afterwards, none of them worked, even the ones I did not alter. However when I isolated those text tags out of the document and into a separate document, the same text tags all worked. I tried going back into the document and ensuring that the reference tags were all in the same font and size as the definition tags (Arial 11pt) and other than their placement and field dimension, they are the exact same. Here are the reference and definition tags I am using. They all worked prior to adding the font element and I have made sure the definition tag remains on a single line. Hello - I have created a widget I want to use with multiple customers, and am using the widget's url in a personalizeUrlWidget request, and it's working great. I'd like to add a callbackInfo block to allow the ADC system to ping our system once the agreement has been signed. Is there a way to do this from within the personalizeUrlWidget request? I see the availability to add the callbackInfo when I create the widget, but I don't want to create a new widget with a unique callback url and then have to personalize the widget after that. We need to use Echosign on PDF documents of which one is never the same as the one before is this possible? Meaning on one document signature maybe on  page 2 on another signature maybe on page 10 and so forth also maybe on different location of page. There maybe as many as 100 variable documents. Hi Community,I'm having trouble editing the actions of an ERF I've created. What I would like to do is redirect where the SUBMIT button sends my form. For my work, I've created a blank ERF for my employees to fill out when they go out into the field. I'm trying to make it so they can fill it out on their smart phones and then when they hit the submit button, it returns the completed form to our work gmail account. Whatever I have done, sends the form back to the original sender.Is there a way to change the action so that the returned ERF always and automatically sends to our work email?Thanks!Francis

Is there a way to set up a questionnaire that the sender can answer that will generate specific wording in a document? For example, when sending a contract, the question appears: Is Bob a current employee? Then the document would include different wording for the answer "yes" and "no".Thanks for the help!

Hi,When I send out for signatures and get the PDF back, I save it. Then it could be X amount of days before I need to send that same document out for signature again. When I upload that same PDF document again to EchoSign the checkboxes that were checked are no longer checked. EchoSign is dropping off the checkboxes. I have to compare the PDF to the EchoSign doc and re-check the correct checkboxes. Has anyone else had this issue or know how to resolve this?

My employer's one-page Excel file requires my signature to appear on that single page. I convert it to a PDF, upload it to Google Drive, double-click the PDF then use the Open With... option to access the Adobe Sign extension. At this point Adobe Sign magnifies the PDF so it is spread out over two pages, with no way to scale it back. Why does this happen and how can I fix it?I don't believe that it's the extension causing the issue because I've had this happen from within the EchoSign site, too. I'm open-minded though so tell me if I'm wrong.

Hello, Our team has been using eSign to digitise our contracts process for the last 6-8 months, and we've run into a recurring issue with date validation. Essentially, while we are able to customise the date validation to accept only the MMMM DD, YYYY format, there are still two problems that are causing issues for us. a) We rely on Text fields with Date Validations to indicate contract start and end dates. How can I make sure the start date field is equal to or greater than the end date field? Obviously, if someone signs a contract that is listed to start July 1, 2016 and end July 1, 2015 it's relatively useless as a legal document. b) Is there a way to ensure that the date fields are validated within the real realm of dates i.e. avoiding February 31, 2016, accounting for leap years, etc. Alternatively, is there a way to input a calendar function to select these dates like most airline booking sites do? I am open to figuring out how to custom script something to meet these requirement

I have a form where I'm requesting CC info. Is there a way to make a set required length? For instance if they choose bank account I want a set 9 digits allowed for routing number? Same thing with CVC its a min of 3 characters and possibly 4 so I want to limit the field to 3-4 characters.
