hello everyone,i just got this problem in last days and not able to find out the root cause.Basically not able to select Opportunity object from  Salesforce object list (neither in the "Choose from other objects"). I can see all objects expect Opportunity.Is there any suggestions to double check in the system?I'm able to create Opportunity records and manage them.RegardsThanksDavide

I've created a web form to send to individuals. How do I set it so that once the individual signs, it goes to another email instead of just me?

Every few days Adobe is relentlessly sending reminders to folks I sent Adobe Sign documents to. Adobe published a method to stop these reminders, but it doesnt work. My customers are getting very annoyed. I want a final, all empowering method to NEVER allow a reminder to be sent for any reason AND a way to stop all the reminders from this recent job. Thank you. 

 For NDA, including two parties (group) I want to request the signatures for each.I know only the e-mail of the delegators of each party.I don't know if one or both delegators will or won't take a signature role for the document.I don’t know if the party will provide one or 2 signatures. How shall I setup the signature workflow?

I would like to disable the email that gets sent to the original signer when their email is replaced on an agreement.Currently its set to send an email [Account email address] has asked [New email address] to replace you as a signer of [Agreement Name]Is there any way to turn this off? TIA! 

I have had a recurring problem when clicking "Request E-Signatures" a blank, white pop-up appears, where the insert recipient emails dialog box would be. I have chatted with Adobe Customer Service twice and each time they uninstalled and redownloaded Acrobat. The problem was "fixed" for at most a week, but then occurred again. I have restarted my computer and signed out and back in, but the problem persists. I have checked and Acrobat says it is up to date. The details for my acrobat are below as well as an image of the problem. Requesting signatures works on web, but that is not a reasonable fix if it's supposed to work on the desktop version.  Adobe Version 2024.002.20964MacOS Sonoma 14.1.1

I have a UK corporate account the date format is US ....i.e. 9/1/2024 is this standard or should it be UK format?  thanks

I do not want to insert the addresses and send the email through AdobeSign but would like to instead have a link for each document that I upload and then copy and paste the link into the body of my own emails.Is this possible?Thanks!

When sending a document to be signed via e-sign, the sender info has "(my last name) household" as the sender.  How do I change this to my company's name? 

I have a simple table with three columns and multiple rows. The columns are as follows:Training Course NameCheckbox Read Only field displaying the value of the training per hour. It also has a condition to hide until the corresponding checkbox is marked, i.e. $0.25If an employee has completed a training they can check the box it will then show the value of the training.At the bottom of the spreadsheet I am totaling the value of all the training they have completed with a simple calculated field: [Amount 1] + [Amount 2] + [Amount 3] + [Amount 4] + [Amount 5]I was hoping that this formula would not count the value if the field is hidden, i.e. not checked. It does not however.Any ideas how I would change my setup to get this to work?

I have a requirement in a document which has to be sent to multiple customers in order and required them to fill sensitive information which I do not want to show to other participants. How can I hide some of the content in the Adobe Sign with other Signers on the document?

When sending a pdf for signatures including the senders, I set up 3 participants on a template.  Using the template, I type in participate 1 and 2, and then me as 3.  These sig fields are noted in the template. Problem is the final confirmation email that all 3 participates receives after everyone signs the pdf says the send name twice.  As in-Attached is the final agreement between: Sender, Person1, Sender.  It repeats the sender as if three people signed it and not two.  Although it works fine and just has two sigs, the email makes the end user ask why did it say three people?  It repeats the senders name twice. Can anyone help with this issue?thanksjim 

Hello, I want to secure weehook by two way ssl authentication option which adobe provides. I guess adobe will start using certificate after I upload in to portal.  My goal: only adobe should be able to call my webhook endpoint. My questions is:How do I validate this certificate on my side (webhook)?what things should I check?technology: .net framework 4.7 thank you.

Hello, I'm not receiving signature request emails from Adobe Web form/ Acrobat Sign. Performed multiple attempts with different email addresses, but emails are not being received. Is there an issue?

Dear Community,Is there a way for a signer to add comments to a document? I know of some workarounds which are not really satisfactory:- the signer can refuse to sign. He/she can then state the reason for the refusal- the sender can add a text field. Of course, the field will be wherever  the sender has put it. That's not the same as a field placed by the signer at the exact location where the comment needs to be inserted.Is it possible to add comments? If  not, do you know of any other workarounds? Could someone please assist me in retrieving an agreement by the name of an uploaded file? Currently, I am using the getAgreement call to fetch all agreements, filtering them by status as "signed" and then by name. However, I want to directly fetch the document with a specific name.

Hello,  we are having an issue with emails bouncing but it only seems to be to the address of the account that created the document to be signed. adobesign@adobesign.com has been added to the safe senders list and as you can see from the attached other email addresses in our domain are receiving emails ok. Can anyone assist?

We have a lot of documents and merge mappings developed in a sandbox and need to move them to production. Is there a way to migrate them automatically? Recreating them in production is time consuming and a bad development practice.

According to this article,  I should be able to  create a new webhook from the Webhook interface in the Account menu of the Acrobat  Sign site. I can't seem to find an option for Webhooks anywhere  on https://acrobat.adobe.com/ or https://adminconsole.adobe.com . How can I get to the Webhook interface? I have an Acrobat Pro account with Acrobat Sign included. 

I'm reviewing the documentation, but does anyone know if it's possible to build a merge mapping in APEX instead of the user interface?This would help with migration and source control.

Já consegui fazer algumas requisições como para pegar o Code Authorization, Refresh Token, Transient Documents e Create Agreement. No momento estou trabalhando em cima do endpoint para realizar o download do document que é api/rest/v6/agreements/documentId/combinedDocument e estou recebendo o status 403 e o seguinte JSON:{    "code": "PERMISSION_DENIED",    "message": "The API caller does not have the permission to execute this operation"}Relacionado aos escopos, ativei todos a nivel account para fim de testes mesmo, porem, ainda sim, a resposta persiste.
