I am developing a workflow on microsoft flow to send files for esignatures to clients. But upon configuring it and testing using password protected files it seems not working .. the workflow completed succesfully but the recepient never receives any email for esignatures. any work around or solution for this? 

Hi, apologies in advance if this has been answered before, but I couldn't find someone with my exact issue in the forums.My situation is this:- I have a 700+ pdf document (tax declaration) that needs to be signed by the HR managers every 2 pages.- Basically, every even-numbered page has a field in its bottom-left corner that should be signed.- I have the HR manager's hand-written signature scanned and added to the available signatures already.Is there a way I can 'teach' Adobe, where the signature needs to be inserted and have it do it automatically? I'd really love to avoid having to insert the signature 300+ times in each individual field.To clarify, I DO NOT need to send/email this file for someone else to sign, I have the signature already scanned and just need to automatically insert it every 2 pages in the right locations.Thanks a lot for your help!!

I am uploading a transient document using Adobe sign REST API. The transient document is multi-page PDF document which already contains signature field in each page. But Adobe sign is not considering these signature fields and inserting it's own signature field at the end of document.How could I configure that in "AgreementCreationInfo"  and make Adobe sign to use the existing signature fields in transient document and not insert a new one.

See Title, Need Help in launching Acrobat Pro Trial version. Adobe took my CC money.  Adobe Help? was useless. I need to Edit and Merge numerous documents for Monday A.M. deadline and don't have time to rescan numerous documents (~6 pages) through an Epson ET-4850 scanner (15-20 pgs at a time) to make "new" large PDF's with the existing Acrobat Reader version.

Hi,I am sharing documents for signing to multiple contacts but one of the users is unable to see the documents for signing.  If I share as "complete in any order" and have not added the signature field he can only see the blank additional page where signature would appear on completion. If I specify the signature fireld, he can only see the page that the signature field is on and not any of the other docus contained in the file. If sent as "Complete in Order" he can only see the page that has the signature on too and not the full document.Has anyone else seen this issue before and is there a solution to this?Thanks!

Hello Guys! I created an interactive PDF for my master service agreement.  I export it in Indesign in high quality (300dpi)and once i click Prepare form > Tools > Convert to Adobe Sign to request E-signatures in Adobe Acrobat; it rasterizes the form so the text cannot be modified. However doing so it comes out super blurry and in low-resolution and there seem to be no option to fix the quality. Can i fix the raster to a good quality?  Is there a way to fix this? Thanks!

Are signature preferences globel or can you do them by document? I have one AdobeSign doc that I do not want signatures for but if I uncheck here at account settings, is this for the entire organization, my account only or can this be for a specific document?   Thank you!

Greetings Adobe Pros,I have a government form that we have automated, but, when we pass this form through FORMSTACK Integration to adobe sign, the signature fields are creating a page wide white bar that blocks out all other scripts and i cannot figure out why. See screenshot bellow of the after signature fields and you will note the selected areas are not actually programmed to do so in the original doc. The Tags used in the sign fields are as follows which control the sign box size, which works, but this white bar effect has me stumped. Hello! I have a very specific problem: need to sign a number of official XML documents using XAdES send by overseas accountant. I've looked through the help and searched online but at this stage I have no idea how to do this. Can I do this somehow with Adobe? We have a filled PDF form that gets completed prior to uploading to Adobe Sign. Not all fields are required. When we upload it to Sign it auto populates every field with "assigned to anyone" for approvers. This requires the user to go into every field and change it. If they don't the approver has to click through every field before they can just use the signature fields.How do we stop Adobe Sign from making them default this way. 

Greetings, I have business documents that need to be signed by clients multiple times a day.  They appear to have auto populate signature and dates that populate when I create the pdf for signature when I'm in the "Request Signature" link.  Prior to entering the "Request Signature" link, I "fill" the pdf with the dates that are required.  Unfortunately, these dates that I just filled in, are then written over (blanked out) by the auto populated dates.  This is also happening in the signature fields that I "fill" with my own signature prior to entering the "Request Signature" link.  Needless to say this is a big pain and I believe it has just started happening recently...within the past couple months I believe.  The Advance mode turned off seems to work the best but unfortunately I do not have an option to turn it off when I use the original pdf form.  The "fix" I received from CS was to create a "new" pdf and then apply the signatures.  This has

When I'm preparing a document to request signatures, the form fields are auto-populating; see the below screenshot. If I try to turn off "advance editing on," (below screenshot) it's not letting me do that.  Usually, when Adobe detects the form field, it gives you the option to place them on the form like below, but in my case, it is auto-populating the form field and neither giving me a choice not to place them on the form nor allowing me to turn off the "Advance editing on". Please advise; the Adobe Support Community is the last hope as Adobe technical support tried for more than one hour but had no luck.  

I'm working on creating static pdf templates using text tags but since the last week when I refresh the browser or open completed agreements the viewer is displaying the text tags instead of the filled information for any participant, this is happing on the Adobe Sign Platform even on the browser console is throwing a lot of errors, I tried with different browser and developer accounts, seems a global issue. Could you please take a look at this? Regards,Adolfo  

Hi, Support has recommedned I enquire here as they could not assist. When creating a form field using Text Tags, I want to set it both to read only and additionaly "Default value may come from URL" so it can be prefilled from URL paramater. However checking the documentation this doesnt appear to be supported by any of the Text Tags field options. Currenty after uploading as a Widget/Web Form via the API, I have to manually edit those fields to update the properties. https://helpx.adobe.com/in/sign/using/text-tag.htmlhttps://helpx.adobe.com/in/sign/adv-user/web-form/url-parameters.html Any thoughts on if this is supported somehow?Or is there a way using the API to prefill these fields before sending the Web Form link to the signer? ThanksChris 

I've double checked recipients email and also copied and pasted.  I've also just emailed him and he still works there!  the document is going out for signature but I'm getting the:Client - Project Agreement: Undeliverable  We were unable to deliver your document to the email address any ideas?

i send a two page (static) document to my customers. I want to include a one page pdf (invoice) to the template before sending. This doesnt seem so difficult, but i cant see anywhere where it can be done. Thx, Bob

I have created a web form for my organisation to use. Is it possible to have the completed forms delivered to a different person/email as I do not want to receive the completed forms. 

I have a document which is signed by one party. But now second party who is supposed to sign is no more in the organization. Is there any way to edit signed document and update second party's details in the document

J'ai donc déconnecté mon compte, en me relogant, signature et initiales disparues, on me demande d'en ajouter. J'ai voulu testé l'application sur mon mobile, et pareil. J'ai donc créé une nouvelle signature, mais celle-ci à de nouveau disparue. Impossible de l'enregistrer comme avant. Que se passe t-il ? J'ai bien vérifier les mises à jours, j'ai les dernières versions.

J etais en train de tester la fonctionnalité d envoie en nombre sur 3 de mes adresses mails personnelles avec un remplissage de formulaire. je ne comprends pas pourquoi je n ai pas pu beneficier des 30 jours d essai. deplus j avais commencé a créer un modele pour l envoie en nombre et tous mes modèles sont a présent innacessibles  comment faire pour obtenir le déblocage de mon compte merci cdlt p laurent
