Hi, We have one staff member who is unable to sign in to Adobe Sign from Microsoft Teams Approval App. They will get the sign in page, and a constant loop of entering their username and password. Their username and password works for Adobe Pro and the Adobe website. It's the same process we used for two other users and no issues.
Hi, I'm integrating Adobe Sign to a software product and thus do a bit of testing with the API. This means I have sent the same document several times. Now I get an error saying there was a problem with the document and that I should contact support if I tried to create the same agreement with the same document. Well, I did, as I said I am testing. It seems now that I have locked something for security reasons or whatever. When I send a get request to the API to list my agreements, the recent ones are in state cancelled. Is there any chance to reset this lock, so I can go on with my work? Or might there be another problem involved? CheersBenjamin
I have a document that gets filled and signed via a web link. I want to add my Front Desk to the notifications that it was signed and have them receive the final document that is signed. possible?
This has to be possible, it would be so helpful if this was featured.
Hi - would anyone know how to create a pop-up when an option is selected in a drop-down field on an Adobe Sign template document. So when that option in the drop down is chosen a warning message automatically comes up? Thank you
What is the character limit of the Text Input field in Adobe sign?Is it different if the Multi-line data entry option is enabled ?
Hello,We recently started using Adobe Sign within our organization. I am a lawyer and I am often collecting signature pages from many people within my company and outside my company. The issue I'm having is that if I get a contract signed using adobe sign internally, I can't combine the signature page with: a) other parties' signature pages that have been sent to me in PDF (i.e. scanned copies not using Adobe Sign); and b) the fully compiled legal contract which includes many schedules and exhibits that are all separate PDFs.The other issue I'm having is if I send multiple documents at once for signature it will combine them all into one single PDF that I can't edit / separate which doesn't work for me.I thought Adobe Sign would be helpful to streamline collecting signatures internally but it is just turning out to be more of a hassle since I don't have any flexibility in what I can do with the signed pages once received.Any assistance would be appreciated.
Hello all, I am trying to edit a field in an Adobe Sign form to disallow the @ character from being used. The intent of this field is to enter a mailing address, but customers are incorrectly entering their email addresses instead. I'm hoping that disallowing the @ character will solve this issue. Is this something that can be done with a Regular Expression or Function? Thank you in advance for any help!
Help! I am so frustrated. I have been trying for days to set-up a MS Power Automate flow so that completed Adobe Sign documents go to a Sharepoint library. The Sharepoint connection is good, but Adobe Sign keeps giving different errors. First I was getting 'Request Entity Too Large', when trying to log in to the sign in pop up. Now, there is a connection failed icon and it reads "Create and Authorize OAuth connection failed". I have cleared my cookies and cache 5 times. closed all the windows and then reopened them, tried being logged in/logged out in a different browser tab. I have also tried using Chrome and Edge. I have an Enterprise MS account and a Acrobat Pro account with Adobe, I am an admin on both accounts. I don't understand what the problem is and all my days of digging through the support community has not helped me find a solution.
Good morning, I hope this email finds you well. I am sending a contract to a beneficiary and they received the email and when they sign the documnet they cannot preview the signature and it will not allow them sign the document. Can you please advise why the signature is not showing? Kind Regards, Nicola Sherry The email address for the beneficiary is: [Email address removed by Mod: If you need to send any info to the Product team, please send a direct/private message by clicking on the profile of the user and selecting send the message. Seems like a very simple task to have a signer redirect to a custom URL like our website after signing a form in an embedded widget. This creates a seemless experience for the signer. Most other E-Sign products do this with their embedded templates. Is this possible with Adobe Sign?
Hello I;ve signed up for an Adobe Sign account for our firm using my Adobe account. I've been trying to add additinal users but when we do, they activate the account but when logging in they get an red bar showing 'Your account is locked because an administrator has not agreed to Adobe Sign's Terms of Use. please contact your account adminstrator to activate your account.' However, I have nothing outstanding and its showing the user accounts as being active. I can still send documents to be signed fine on my account. Anyone seen this before?
when I send documents for signing, Adobe Sign changes the names of my documents once signed to all the same name, I want them to stay the same names as when I load them into the platform
Hello...I'm very familiar with Adobe Sign, but I can't seem to resolve a very important need - Changing the field designation of multiple fields to a desired signer. I'm uploading a fillable form and need to change over 75 fields to be designated for the sender (prefill). Currently, this has to be done field-by-field which is VERY tedious. I'd imagine there would be a simpler way which entails selecting multiple fields, right clicking, selecting properties, and changing who the field is for (i.e. Sender, Signer/Participant 1, Signer/Participant 2, etc.). I know I can add Adobe Sign "tags" to the fields in Acrobat to designate the different Particpants (i.e. :sender or :signer) then upload the tagged form to Adobe Sign, but that prcoess will also take a bit of time to go into each field and enter a unique field name. So, is there a way to select multiple fields and change the signer designation very quickly?
My Adobe Acrobat Pro desktop application recently updated (Version 2022.003.20282) and now e-sign does not work. When the Request E-Signatures dialog box opens, I input the recipients, but when I press the "Specify where to sign" button at the bottom of the dialog box, nothing happens. No error message or anything, it just sits there doing nothing. I was able to send a document for e-signature through the website, but I normally use the desktop app and find it much more convenient. Is it just me, or is there a new version coming? Please help.
I'm just installing Adobe Sign for Salesforce. I can see how to merge fields and fields from related records. But does Document Manager allow us to pull in a related list of records from the second Object?Master Object 1Related Child ObjectI would then want to select fields from child record and display for all related recordsDisplay:Child Record 1 field 1, field 2Child Record 2 field 1, field 2etc.
Getting this error message when trying to use the Agreement Template. Error also appears when trying to preview the Word Template during Document Builder.
A family member received a pdf of a legal document with fake e-signatures obviously copied from the internet - "Agnes Goodman's" e-signature is an exact copy of Marilyn Monroe's signature, and "John Fletcher" came out as Ben Franklin! My family member refuses to believe he is being scammed and insists that Adobe Acrobat takes your written signature, scans it, and fills it in with something similar it finds online, so that it's possible it could use the signatures of these historical figures. Can anyone confirm that this is impossible to happen? It seems laughable to me.
How do l go back after saving my document (i.e., as a draft), and add a second signature before sending?
I have a paid subscription to Creative Cloud that includes access to ALL Adobe programs. I have been using Adobe Sign for several years on my phone and now all of a sudden it is giving me an error when I try to login through the Adobe Sign App (Apple) "Your free account has expired. Please update your subscription to continue using the app."I am able to use it if I log in through the website but not the actual app on my phone. Any idea why this is happening?

Hello, I am trying to get a large file signed through the Adobe Sign API service and I keep getting a message that the file size exceeds the upload limit (which I expected). What are some tips/techniques for getting around this issue? Are there any ways to upload file in chunks, or perhaps compress the file via API? Thank you,
Hi, does anybody know whether there is an option to edit the e-signature notification emails?
Hi I'm looking for a solution to bulk send a template which requires two signatures.First signature from the CEO (not myself). Second signature from colleagues who all receive their unique document. (the other colleagues may not get each others document)When you choose bulk send you can only add yourself as first sender, but not another person. I would like to assign another person to be the first signer instead of myself. Is there a possibility that our CEO can digitally sign a template once and this is then redirected to the individual persons for a second signature. That way the first signer does not need to sign the document 50 times for example.Thank you for your help! KR
