Adobe Premiere

In Premiere 2026 whenever I insert paste, even though I position the playhead on the last frame of the outgoing clip, a single frame of that clip (the one I am positioned on) gets moved the end of the clip I am inserting. Then I have to go to the end of the newly pasted clip and remove the single frame at the end of the edit.  Weirder issue - If I advance the playback head one more frame to the right, so that it is now on the first frame of the clip which is about to be moved right after the paste insert command, then there is STILL a single frame artifact….and this is the weird part, the single frame is pulled from the B side clip of the clip that follows the pasted clip in previous location (wherever I copied it from). I have double, triple, and quadruple checked my in/out points on the clip I am copying. I am definitely not setting my in/out points one frame too far on the either the A side or the B side of the clip that I am copying. But the bottom line is that I cannot copy, then

I record video and audio from my VR headset, I also record video and audio from my desktop.This works fine, as the main audio is switched from headset to desktop automatically when the headset is off. And my 1st microphone is the VR mic. However I wanted to record audio from my headphone mic. while recording a regular 2d game. and I can not get the mic audio into the premiere pro, first it didn’t want to add the 3rd audio line, but even when I have opened up a 3rd audio channel, there is no recorded audio there, the mic is picked up by OBS. But can’t get PP to show the audio line in the editor. 

Not sure this is the best forum to ask, but because I’m searching for a previously watched session that was very helpful in some editing techniques, I’d like to find it. The Adobe MAX homepage gives me 2025, but I need to go back further, perhaps 3 years. Any suggestions? I know the presenter’s name - Christine Steele.Thanks.

After I Import a video into Premiere Pro the audio is slower than normal. I was able to fix this by speeding it up to 900%, but I only have a few seconds of audio because most of it was cut off. So my question is, how can I stop the audio from getting slowed down?

Not sure which version this started on, but is definitely present on 25.4.0. We've been exporting AAFs and OMFs to our sound engineers for many years now, but this one is certainly a head scratcher.. We are working inside a fairly large Premiere Production, I'm not sure if this happens only in Production environment but I've done enough testing that I can consistently reproduce it. We typically have 3 track layout, A1 has host audio (a roll), and A2 and A3 have broll audio. Nothing fancy.  After exporting AAF, Pro Tools and Audition would import 4 tracks instead of 3 with all sorts of anomalies, duplicate audio, missing audio, cross fades turning into end and start fade outs etc...  I've tried every imaginable setting on the AAF export dialogue, but what ultimately solved this entire issue was UNLOCKING all of the tracks prior to AAF export... (We always lock our tracks after we lock picture so nothing gets accidentally bumped).  Incredible that

Are there layer blend features similar to that in photoshop? Multiply, color burn, lighten, etc…?If not, is there anyway to accomplish similar results other than simply adjusting opacity? 

Since upgrading to the 2020 Version of PP I'm regularly getting black frames at the ends of clips which didn't happen before.Happens on multiple machines, on my windows and mac systems. So far mostly happens to canon 700d footage.I can cut off the last frame and everything works again, but thats just very time consuming to get back to every clip after it is stabilized to check for the ending and if left in the render will fail. 

Hello Adobe Team, I would like to request support for the Georgian language in the automatic captioning feature of Adobe Premiere Pro. Georgian is a widely spoken language, and adding it to the auto-captioning system would be extremely helpful for content creators from Georgia. Currently, we are unable to generate accurate subtitles automatically, which makes the editing process more time-consuming. It would be greatly appreciated if you could consider adding Georgian language support in future updates. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I am not sure if I have corrupted footage or if its a bug but I keeo getting notification in PP and when exporting it says it cannot export and it is aslo saying Source color space ((rec.2100 HLG) cannot be exported with current settings of selected format! I have cleared cache, updated software and laptop, rendered all footage, and it still fails about midway when exporting 

Hi,Starting this week when I send items to the render queue or try to create a proxy from within Premiere Pro nothing shows up in Media Encoder.Media Encoder opens and the dialogues in Premiere all show up as expected but nothing is added to the queue.However from After Effects selecting Export > Add to Adobe Media Encoder Queue... the selected composition is added to the the queue.I can add to the queue directly from AME by Adding Source or Adding Premiere Pro Sequence, I just can't add to the queue, either as an export or create proxies, from within Premiere Pro.This is very frustrating. The only thing I've found in these forums which seems to describe my issue says, 'after a time it fixed itself' which is extremely unhelpful.I've tried clearing all the caches, uninstalling (from the CC app) individual applications, restarting, and reinstalling. I've tried uninstalling the whole CC suite and reinstalling, to no avail.If anyone has any ideas I'd welcome them,Thanks.VersionsAdobe Me

Oi pessoal!Estou com um problema estranho na aba Text → Transcript do Adobe Premiere Pro 2025.Quando o Premiere transcreve meus vídeos em inglês (idioma padrão), o botão Delete funciona normalmente — consigo apagar pauses e filler words sem problema.Mas quando eu traduzo a transcrição para o português, o botão Delete fica cinza/inativo, e não consigo remover as pausas nem as palavras de preenchimento.Percebi que isso acontece com qualquer vídeo:Em inglês → Delete funcionaEm português (traduzido) → Delete desativaParece que, ao traduzir, o Premiere “congela” o texto e ele deixa de ser reconhecido como transcrição original, apenas uma camada de tradução.Mesmo assim, eu gostaria de saber se existe alguma forma de manter o texto em português e continuar podendo editar as pausas (ou se é uma limitação do sistema mesmo).Alguém mais está passando por isso ou encontrou alguma solução?Valeu!

I’m using Premiere Pro 26.0.2 and I’m running into a workflow issue with the Project panel.In previous versions, when I clicked or opened a bin (folder), it would open in a separate panel/tab, allowing me to have multiple bins open at once (for example: 24fps footage, 60fps footage, audio, titles, etc.).Now, when I click a bin, it replaces the current view in the same Project panel and shows a back arrow at the top. I can no longer have multiple bins open simultaneously in separate panels the way I used to.Also, when I right-click a bin, there is no “Open in New Panel” option available.This is a major workflow slowdown for organizing and accessing multiple bins at once.Any help would be appreciated.

In pro 6 - I am able to create my inital mask at lets say 0 secs to 30 seconds on the clip, then 31-60 seconds I want to do a different mask. I could do this easily in premiere pro 4.   Where I can have different masks through ut a sequence.  But now in pro 6 - the 2nd mask is not taking. It shows it the effect window as implremented, but in the preview window, it does not show the mask in display why is this in prem pro 6

Since I cannot find my previous bugreport after the redesign of Adobe community, not even in my profile > recent posts I have to start another one. This time it concerns the fresh 26.0 version of Premiere Pro.Render and Replace feature is glitchy in v. 26.0. It fails with timeremapping. Steps to reproduce:start an empty project, import media, cut it on your timeline take one clip and timeremap it. Try to render and replace. Result: Render and replace fails in vertical sequences. Steps to reproduce:from the previously created horizontal sequence copy and paste a clip in a newly created vertical sequence.  Fill the screen with it using the context command. Render and replace. Sometimes you get an error like above, sometimes you get this one: Render and replace fails with the new object mask. Steps to reproduce:in the horizontal sequence select a non-timeremapped clip, select it with an object mask, track it, place the unassigned mask on the opacity Render and replace the masked clip.

Premiere Pro 2026 no me deja usar la herramienta de máscara de objeto porque no me descarga los Machine Learning Models. He reiniciado, me he deslogueado y nada... sigue dando error. Tengo más 100GB libres en mi ordenador. Cómo pudiera forzar esa descarga para que me funcione la herramienta? 

自分でプロジェクトを作成したときはA1やA2ですが、クライアント様から共有されたプロジェクトでは全部Uでした。これは何を意味しているのでしょうか。追記：また、自分がA1からUに変えたいときはどう操作すれば変えられますか。 

Hello everyone,I need your help since I'm experiencing many problems with Premiere Pro on my Macbook Pro M3 Max 48GB. - All footage is on an SSD- Project files on computer- Media cache goes to one folder on the computer- Ram stored for Premiere is 48 GB- Sequence Settings (it's the same with all sequence I tried):DSLR1080 x 192029,97 fps48000 Hz - StereoWorking Color Space: Rec. 709 Attached an example.What can I do? I tried to import the same media on DaVinci and it's sooo fast, however I would not like switch the software.

Hi!I am running Adobe Premiere Pro 2025 on my Mac M1Max Sonoma 14.6.1 (23G93).Out of sudden, the program crashed and after re-opening it, this error notification popped up. I am using the Dehancer Pro plugin to color grade my footage and the plugin is no longer usable in Premiere. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing Premiere. I've tried reinstalling Dehancer as well us upgrading and downgrading to newer versions and nothing has worked so far.I am working on a time critical project where I need to be able to use the plugin. Does anybody have any solution on how to find a workaround for this "Video Filter Missing" issue?Thank you!

Anytime I create a multicam sequence and try to color correct within the multicam sequence, after a few adjustments the lumetri window grays out and I cannot make any adjustments. If I embed the multicam sequence within a new sequence I can make adjustments all day long with no issues. But, again, when I go into the container that holds the clips, after a few adjustments I can no longer use lumetri. It grays out. Hello everyone, I recently started working with Adobe Premiere Pro again and I’m having an issue with my old masking workflow that no longer works. Background:I recently rebuilt my PC (new CPU, motherboard, GPU, clean Windows install). Since then, I can’t recreate a workflow that used to work perfectly before. My old workflow: Static image on V1 Video overlay (e.g. rain, fog, light effects) on V2 Blend mode (e.g. Multiply / Screen / Overlay) Then I used Opacity Masks to draw a custom mask directly on the overlay, so the effect was only visible in specific areas of the image  The problem: The mask tools (Pen / Ellipse / Rectangle) either don’t appear or don’t work as expected Masks don’t affect the overlay anymore Even when a mask is created, it doesn’t clip or limit the effect like it used to This happens with simple image + overlay projects as well  What I already tried: Reset Premiere Pro preferences New project and new sequence GPU acceleration ON (Mercury Playback Engine GPU) Diffe

So I have updated the Premiere Pro from 25.6.4 to 26.0 and it updated smoothly, then I continued the editing. When I was still in Premiere Pro and decided to move files from one bin/folder to another folder, the software was suddenly not responding then crashing. Well it’s complicated because this happens everytime I reproduce the steps until now. It won’t happen if I do cut/copy then paste, but files can’t use cut feature. Please help me with this case ASAP because this didn’t happen in previous version. Only 26.0 version that causes this issue.
