Adobe XD

So 2 of my XD Flows are getting combined and are being shared as a group.As you can see below.There are 2 links, separate Home selected and no interfering links in-between but still when I am selecting 2nd Flow, they all are sharing as one Link!Though it's only happening when I am clicking on the 2nd Flow, as you can see there is no inter-linking between both.Kindly help!  

Adobe XD da circa 1 anno crasha spesso e volentieri. All'improvviso, su un file qualsiasi, schermo nero e tutto non funzionante.Devo spegnere il mac forzatamente. Succede solo mentre utilizzo XD.Ho scritto all'assistenza, che mi ha consigliato per almeno 10 volte sempre le stesse cose (disistalla, formatta, nuovo user, aggiorna,...).Alla fine dopo 1 mese ho lasciato perdere. Oggi dopo l'ennesino crash, il file su cui stavo lavorando (salvaot in locale) restituisce l'errore in oggetto: (Codice di errore: 86).Ho letto che in tanti hanno avuto questo problema, da circa 2 anni, e nessuno è risucito a risolvere.Praticamente credo quindi che il mio file sia andato a finire male, e che dovrò rifare il lavoro.Inaccettabile.Io pago ogni mese per i servizi, perchè giustamente mi servono per lavorare.E mi ritrovo a dover fare il lavoro per 2 volte. Attendo le solite risposte: crea un nuovo user, hai controllato gli aggiornamenti?, apri il file su un altro cpu e vedi se lo

We have a team of 10+ people using shared XD cloud documents but a few of their accounts have been closed/disabled. Is there a way to delete the files without access to their account. Their files are now broken/taking up space in the cloud?

Been trying to open one specific file but it keeps connecting for the past 12 hours. Tried opening from the owner of the file and  from shared file in cloud, both doesn't work. Tried logging out and back into ccreative cloud, but the issue still persists. All it says is can't connect, but I had on issue opening other files in Adobe XD. Hello guysI need some help. Please tell me how to solve the problem of "connecting" in Adobe XD. I've tried restarting the app and it still doesn't work, I've logout and log back in to Adobe CC and restart the computer but it still doesn't work. However this issue only applies to one of my XD files, my other files have no problem.  

So after weeks delaying my delivering of a capital project due to XD laggings, I've discovered that one of my small component files has summed 2.2 GB in weight!!!... So no wonder why each time I save or update whatever in the layout, I've to wait for 10 minutes to work. Even 15 minutes to open the file from the cloud...WHY?!!!...  Then, I recieve yet another messager... about more than 20.000 elements in components. What kind of app is it, do I have to depure by hand the memory of XD itself?... 30 minutes and still loading.   <Title renamed by moderator>

i satreted my project and when tried to acess my activated fonts ,i  find out that i can't acess the fonts i have activated ,i searched for solution from community and came across some comments  and tried it but i can't use it , also saw some tutorials but it also didn't help, i sign out and  restared machine but problem remains same,what should i do now?

The Mac CC dock icon bouncing without reason. It Bounces up  twice and then stops. 5min or so later it does it again... and again... and again... I keep going to my XD window to see what's up but I don't see anything.

Hello,I am currently trying to paste a link into a comment in the design review mode of my Adobe XD file.  However, when I save it, it is converting the number string into Xs.  Assuming this is a bug.

I've been working on shared XD files across my company. When the recent update took effect and the profile feature was implemented, I can no longer access any of these shared files. If I click on the XD icon in my start-up menu and hold, the display opens up showing all of my previous files, but none of them will open. When I click "Shared Files," it is empty. I have gone to my email invitations for these shared files and whenever I click to open the file that way, I get an error message that says "Sorry We Can't Open This Document: You don't have permission to open this document. Contact the owner for access, or check to see if you're logged in with the right account." When I click the "Contact Us" button in CC, I get a message saying "Are you signed in with the right profile? This profile has no active plans or assets. Sign back out and sign back in using the same email, but select one of your other profiles that has an active plan or assets." But, since then I've trie

I am able to flip regular objects or groups, but when it becomes a component, the flip option is disabled. Why is this? 

Although it happened to me before, this time I can't seem to fix it. I reinstalled the softwear, and restarted my computer and still it won't open. the first screen appears, then nothing happens. 

Hi all, has anyone the same issue. I open my XD file (saved in the cloud) and XD brings me empty artboards. I also tried to open previous versions but all of them are empty, without even any artoards...

Hi I have built a lottie animation and exported it out from AE using bodymovin. When I place the lottie in XD that all works fine. I have set the playback to be timed and not to loop. When I preview it, the animation plays correctly but at the end of the animation it does not hold on the last frame and it looks like it is going back to the start frame. The animation is some trimmed paths that start from nothing and animate on to reveal an illustration. Is there anyway to hold on the last frame of animation. If I extend the comp in AE it hold on the last frame for the duration of the comp after the animation is finished but this seems an odd way to have a hold on the end of the animation which you are unable to make indefinte. Thanks in advance Mike

Hola, no se si seré la única que tiene este problema pero ya es demasiada casualidad que me esté ocurriendo en dos ordenadores, cada cual más potente: tengo un MSI Gaming (Windows 10, ya no es compatible con Windows 11) y un Macbook Pro (actualmente Monterey 12.4) En ambos dispositivos, he trabajado con Adobe XD y no paso más de un artboard donde el ordenador directamente empiece a fallar y acabe bloqueandome cualquier acción: cambiar la canción desde el navegador, buscar una página... Simplemente deja de funcionar y todo va lento. Si pagando 12,09€ al mes me va a suponer estos dolores de cabeza, no sé si sale rentable un programa como XD teniendo otras competencias.

When we go to update our components on older documents, a lot of them are causing errors. There is no clear reason why these components are not updating. If we could speak to someone from Adobe who could walk us through how to fix this isssue, that would be great. Thanks! How can I see the missing fonts when it device previews?I can not see it even if I download it on the device.

I have some character animation sequences I've created in Adobe XD, and it seems like I need to export them into some sort of video format to show the animation effects I've added. The only problem is, I need the backgrounds to be transparent. When exporting them as a .mov, I know you can select the option to ignore the stage color, but all that does is make the background a solid black instead of white. It's still there, and still not transparent. I considered using a program like PS to remove the background but the animations have a gradient, so that option seems to be ruled out. Below is one of the frames for example. Any ideas on how I can solve this?

I was presened first with a conflict between an old file I had and it's cloud counter part. The file had an exclamtion point on it's card next to the thumbnail. So I opened i to try and resolve the conflict or save a new version. After taking the time to open it displaid explanation text of the error. then when I clicked okay. It popped up a notification saying there was a problem with the file and it closed the just opened file without giving me recourse. Now I have this on my home screen in the first slot. The thumbnail is a file i'm actively working on and i was able to open it without any problem.  <Title renamed by moderator>

I have been saving everything cloud based lately as I haven't had any issues until today. I have updated my XD and now my files are missing. I saved every file before I closed XD down. When I loaded XD backup to start working on projects I could not find any of my most recent work and ones that I had saved right before closing XD down. I was able to find older versions locally saved, but its not showing all of my work all the way back to March. So all my work from March 12 to now is missing. When I'm commenting on my prototype in the specs link, i'm pinning this comment in a sudden place.but pinned point fixed on the screen, not object.

This a bit more complicated than the simple slider. I have set this XD file up completely accept I cannot get the sliding to the next state working when component is clicked. For, example a click within state moves to 2nd, then a click within the 2nd state moves to third. If you need mire explaination let me know. Please advise. Thank you. Attached.

So, as a UX Designer, I often use joruney mapping and flow charts to map out information architecture and user touch points, in order to analyse user-behaviour. I am aware that there are a lot of lovely software out there to do these jobs for me. However, I'd like to keep my workflow within Adobe's ecosystem for two reasons: It integrates better with the other Adobe software. I am already paying quite a subscription-fee to Adobe, and prefer minimize this cost if possible.   Furthermore, I am surprised that these features has not yet been made in either Illustrator, InDesign or even XD. When XD was announced some years ago, I really hoped that this would be part of the software's functions hence it is such an integral part of doing UX and Experience Design before you start prototyping.Please Adobe, I know I am not the only one whishing for this.
