In order to embed a video made in Adobe Express to an Adobe Express webpage my students had to delete the http:// and replace it with new. at the start of the link in order for Express webpage to embed their video projects without making an account for YouTube or Vimeo.
When i export a profile maker in https://new.express.adobe.com/home/tools/profile-picture-maker then it export not round but in a square.Please check if this is a bug or a problem at my side.Thanx
Hi,I had an Express scheduled Facebook post fail yesterday and only just realised the next day. Other similar posts were OK all week. I get that posts might fail for some reason, either on the Adobe side or the API with Facebook/Insta BUT as aminimum there needs to be a notification sent to my email associated with my Adobe account to tell me that there has been a problem. Unfortunately I missed out on a key opportunity to get that post out which was part of a series leading up to an event. That is unacceptable. A notification would help solve future issues. Not sure why Express didn't just try again later? Please consider adding this as a matter of priority or fix/add a retry. Thanks.
I cleaned out my cache and restarted my computer - but I still can't remove the background on a file. It used to work fine - but it is not working at all. I am including the logo as it is and then the logo once the background remover is used. I just downloaded it so the latest version.edition windows 11 proversion 25h2os build 26200.7171 I click on remove background. I download my file - it is a jpeg file and I have included it. And then it removes most of my logo and doesn't remove all the background - see my other attached file.
When I open any project on Adobe Express the text does not load. Eventually it quits trying to load and so there's no text on my projects. If I try and a new text box, I'm unable to edit the font or size. I have cleared my cache and tried Chome and Microsoft Edge. Please advise.
I have found the Eyedropper tool to stop working every time is saves. It brings up the tool itself, but when I tap, it doesn't sample the color. Just goes back to the window. Restarting the program seems to be a fix, but even switching between images in Adobe Express Breakes the EyeDropper. I need to restart the program on every image I am editing.
Anyone else experience the inability to have your photo upload to Instagram? there must've been a recent change now when I post using an Adobe photo it posts as black. the app for Adobe & Instagram and my phone have all been updated. I even went so far as said, delete both Adobe and Instagram and reinstall them this has been going on for a little over a week now a little frustrated paying for an app which my primary use is for creating content to post on IG
Every time i select a page and click translate and select "English" and "Don't change tone" it says "Please select a page to translate" even tho it's already selected. This seems like a bug I tried it in Safari and ChromeThanks for your help
When I use the erase tool in 'remove object' , the object is gone but I can still see the brush stroke marks that I have made in every result.
Hello, I have attempted to use the generative text effect in Adobe Express several times during the last few months. The text effects will not load - in fact, when you click on the button to add text, nothing loads at all. I have tried clearing my cache/web data/cookies - everything. I have deleted files on my desktop thinking it might be an issue with the processing speed. However, a colleague at my office just confirmed that she was experiencing the exact same issue. I have tried using both the desktop application and the web application - and the same issue persists on both platforms. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I am using my computer, & my device details are outlined below. Computer Information:HP ZBook Firefly 14 inch G8 Mobile Workstation PCProcessor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1145G7 @ 2.60GHz 2.61 GHzInstalled RAM 16.0 GB (15.7 GB usable)
I created a brand yestesterday and set the sharing as "Everyone at MYCOMPANY can view and use". Today someone inside the MYCOMPANY org tried to use it and they don't see it by default can't search for it. I confirmed they are logged into the organization properly. They were able to access the brand by using the "Anyone with the link can view and use". This is on the web version of Adobe Express, premium membership.
Just wondering if there is a Known Issue or if there is a workaround, because I am unable to do ANYTHING with Express without getting a crash and this same error message.
Hello, I was a University emplyee and as such was able to use Adobe products for free. I no longer work for the univesity and recently just lost access to my account connected to my work email. However, I had several important projects saved in that account I absolutely need access to. Is there a way to tansfer ownership of the projects from my university account to my personal account?
Express fails to load save or edit. Remove object feature is not working.
When I'm in file view and chooses projects, I can't see all my maps with templates. I know it's there but I don't think my colleges do.
Lately Adobe Express has been lagging and when you refresh the page it doesn't show up as it's supposed to. One problem i'm having is my graphics are not showing the correct graphic in the preview. When you click on it, it shows the correct graphic. Is that happening to anyone else? Microsoft Edge is the platform i'm using. Version 138.0.3351.121
Is any one having the same issues? It says to refresh and then it gives me the same message.... PLEASE HELP!
When exporting PDFs from Adobe Express, the resolution drops by 25%! For instance, a social media post designed at 1080x1350 ends up in a PDF download at 810x1012 pixels! For a social media post this may not be quite the end of the world (unless absolute quality is the goal), BUT when going to print this is clearly not desirable.
I connected Metricool to Adobe Express today and now this re-authroizaiton pop up keeps appearing (what feels like) every 5 minutes. How do I turn this off?! It happens even when Express isn't even an open tab in my browser. I disconnected Metricool from my account because it's not worth the constant pop ups but it's still happening. For reference, I'm on Google Chrome. It pops up for about 30 seconds, ends with "Authorization Successful" then disappears.
I edited the video using the remove background feature that ended up being arund 11 minutes. After downloading it, the screen goes grey after around minute 7. I was able to divide the video into two parts and download it that way and then works without a problem but still don't understand what the issue is.
MAX: Potential bug - Within Express, scheduler pops up and then disappears. Impacting multiple users. Happening on both PC and MAC-Lisa H.
Hello, I am encountering an error with Adobe Express Animated Characters on the website, mobile app, and desktop app. Whenever I upload an .MP3 file, I receive the following error: I then decided to convert the file to .WAV. It successfully animated a file of 1 minute and 30 seconds only once, but since then it has not worked for at least 36 hours. I require a prompt solution, as my entire project relies on this, and experiencing intermittent errors is unacceptable. I have also tested recording my voice using the provided website function; however, it only animates recordings that are less than 20 seconds long. I still receive the error displayed in the image above whenever I upload .MP3 files. Additionally, the .WAV method that worked once now results in the following error. I have tried all devices, browsers, and cleared cache and cookies, but to no avail. Please advise, as I am now only receiving an internal server error. Furthermore, considering I have a premium mem
All my hard work is completely wasted when I send it to Adobe Express!I have been working on Photoshop web, as it is the only way to run Adobe decently on Linux. But I still don't know why the images only download in PNG, and I need them in JPG.I even thought the problem was my browser, so I tried them all - Brave, Firefox, Librewolf, Waterfox, Mullvad. But Adobe wants to force me to use Chrome. I ONLY USE CHROME WITH A VPN! That's when nothing works at all!So I try to open it directly from Photoshop web in Adobe Express. ADOBE EXPRESS SIMPLY DESTROYS MY IMAGES. THE QUALITY IS POOR!This won't work Adobe, FREE PHOTOPHEA IS BETTER THAN YOUR WEB APPS! FREE CANVA IS BETTER THAN ADOBE EXPRESS!
It would be really helpful in the UI of when working on a file/project and being able to see its file location or similarly to Microsoft products which normally allow you to click on the file name at the top and be able to rename the file, and locate where in the cloud storage it is located.This would be really beneficial to enterprise/business account users who are often working across multiple files and projects at a time, often with multiple different teams.
