adobe express keeps asking for a free trial although I have an adobe account

I have been using the web version of Adobe Express to create a webpage for my kid. Now I have to use the new version and it no longer works. After I publish it, the link I send out takes my friends to a webpage with only text and many of photos are gone. Has anybody else had this problem, and if so what is the solution? Many thanks.

My ten minute video will not download. I have played in numerous times and it plays the whole way through. I have cleared the cache. I have signed out and back in. I have turned my computer off and back on. I have checked the internet. This is a joke. 1. I am losing money right now and 2. It is only a 10 minute video. Ridiculous. 

I created a project in Adobe Express, a coloring booklet. Now that I'm ready to print I find I must upgrade to Premium-WHY? Each page was created and saved, without issue, over the past few months. I need to print the days and days of work I put into this and cannot do so. HELP!

I am switching to Canva, You turned an otherwise simple and intuitive app to something that is now unusable for most of my colleagues and content creators. Previous projects that companies paid hundreds of thousands of dollars, RUINED overnight. Adobe is so out of touch with their customers, they can't even provide a solution when they have thousands of disgruntled users. Never using another adobe product again until they address this.

I can't type anything in the search bar, all I can do is search for previous saved searches but I can't type to search for anything new

For a while now, the MP4 to GIF converter has been severely bugged, with the most glaringly obvious issue being its discoloration of the original video. This is most noticeable with the color green, which suffers the worst discoloration in the GIFs. However, as someone who used this service before, I can confidently say that this was not always the case. The example files provided are one from June 6, 2024, and one from today. As you can see, the second one suffers from distorted colors, with the green hair turning into some sort of beige color as well as having a sepia tone in general. What good is this service if it provides a defective and uglier product? Tried all usual fixes but has not gone past 17% for last 2 hours. On Safari and Chrome.

Why can't I access the premium benefits that I am subscribed for?

I work in a corporate business that uses UK English, not US English.Therefore, it is preferred that the option to spellcheck for UK English is available for users of Adobe Express.

I have the job of connecting Adobe Express Embed to a web application and have created a new Adobe account for this purpose. I followed these instructions. When calling the full editor according to this documentation, I always get the error Adobe Express is not available. You do not have access to this service. Contact your IT administrator to gain access. I have been looking for a solution for hours. Without success. Even a new account did not provide a solution. new.express.adobe.com works with my account. I was able to edit an image there. developer.adobe.com shows my Adobe Express project. Under "APIS" the "Adobe Express Embed SDK" is listed with my API key and under "Allowed Domain" my developer domain "localhost:44325". So everything looks correct there. adminconsole.adobe.com shows my user and developer, but no administrator. Therefore, I assume that my user/developer is already the administrator. I ask for help, because I can't get any further.

When we create anchor links for an adobe express website, they are navigating to the bottom of the page rather than navigating to the Heading that the anchor link was copied from.  We are trying to have links from table of contents to website items. This is a new bug and random. It does not happen for all anchor links or all of the student's web pages. 

I'm pissed off...I had been working on a video ad project all day yesterday, and it was fine. Auto saved, etc.Opened that project up today, still fine. Made upates to it after team review. While watching on eof many playbacks, the program got stuck mid-playback (spinning wheel for a little while), so I decided to refresh the page. Something I do often enough and with no issue. When the program reappeared, it had reverted to an old/original version of just video footage - none of the graphics, text or effects applied, etc. I went to my projects and it is only showing this old/original version. WTF?! I'm using Express on Chrome browser

I’ve tried accessing the site on both Chrome and Safari on my Mac, but the problem persists. I also cleared cookies and refreshed the page several times, but nothing worked.This issue is quite frustrating as it prevents me from working properly on my projects. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this as soon as possible.

when exporting multiple pages from one project, I noticed the downloaded zip has the correct modification date. Upon unzipping, however, the folder has a modification date set 7 hours into the future.- Fully updated software and macOS- problem happens when saved both locally and via cloud storage- problem does not come up when pages are saved individually- problem happens from laptop and mobile any help?

I'm sorry I'm not doing this. I just was on the phone with a tech who told me I should accept mediocre results and that he you couldn't control your AI monster and that I had to send him pictures which I've done now you want me to go through more hoops to get an answer is Adobe express going to be working properly in the near future like today tomorrow or ever I don't feel that I have to go through all these steps because your software isn't working. It is not me. It is unknown issue that be finished by today why don't I just come on over to Adobe and come over and sit next to one of your text because you want me to do 3/4 of work just to file a complaint and get an answer to a question. The question has Adobe express been repaired to full functionality. Is it true you can't control what AI does as the text said. Is it true that I need to now lower my expectations from what was working on Thursday to what it's now doing today on Monday? Am I in Monty Python's flying

Bonjour, lorsque j'enregistre ma voix pendant plus d'une minute et que j'écoute ensuite, ça coupe à 30 secondes automatiquement, impossible d'avoir l'enregistrement complet. Pareil pour l'enregistrement vidéo, il y a pourtant indiqué en-dessous de l'enregistrement 5 minutes max, j'en ai fait 1 minute et lorsque je visionne ça coupe au bout de quelques secondes. Sachant que je suis en premium.

When I replace an image in a template that lives in a library we have created, when the new photo is swapped in (jpg) it converts the file to a video, and creates a timeline. This has been a new thing that has happened since last week. Examples attached

I have seen you have changed the QR Code Generator App.We use this app daily to generatoe QR codes for automation that point to a file within a specific folder. For example a QR code where I enter 1382208 finds the file 1382208.dxfBut since the new update this week, the program isn't able to find the file because you have forced to add https:// to the front of the QR code so now it's looking for https://1382208Could you revert back so I can continue to use this feature or I will have to find an alternative QR Code Generator.

The AI text to image generator is laughably bad. I put in the prompt "yellow, oval-shaped handheld gaming system with grey screen and black buttons." It gave me a yellow circle. That's it. I was then told that I'd used up all of my free generative points. Uh...oh no? They were free, and I STILL feel like I got ripped off. 

I have tried so many times to solve this issue but every time i upload something i get a red triangle. For a product this good, this is a simple and annoying glitch. Im going back to canva because it takes me 5 times the time to do the same here.
