I cannot upload photos. When i drag and drop or use the upload from a device button the image just comes out blank. why is this happening all of the sudden. fix this please.
Since the June 19, 2025 update, I’ve experienced several interface issues that are making the platform harder to use. I’m using the web version of Adobe Express on a MacBook running macOS Sonoma 14.5. Illegible Font Preview: When choosing a font, the text preview inside the font selection pop-up becomes hard to read. This happens consistently when clicking the “Text” tool and selecting a font, the overlapping layout and low contrast make it difficult to see what you’re choosing. Faint Sidebar Icons: The left-hand sidebar (with icons like Templates, Media, Elements) has very low contrast. On my screen, the icons are hard to distinguish against the grey background. This impacts navigation speed and usability. Bulky black toolbar buttons: The new black button row at the top of the canvas (Resize, Theme, Quick Replace, etc.) feels visually heavy and takes up too much space. About two weeks now I can't open my files on my mobile. The app is running but when I try to open a project it loads and loads and loads.On desktop everything runs smoothly...Anyone else with that issue? Is it a bug, shall I wait for the new update or is it fixable by myself?
I am having issues today downloading a project into a PDF. When I click the download button, the progress screen shows up and within 1 seconds says "download complete" and nothing has been downloaded. I have tried multiple times, logged out and logged back in, refreshing, and nothing has worked. Is this just a me issue, or is there a known issue? If known issue, is there an ETA on a fix? I need to get this document done to drop off tomorrow.
Hi, I'm having trouble importing PSD files into the app, and most importantly, I can't download anything. Everything worked before, but the problem has been occurring for some time. I'm using Mac OS, all application permissions are enabled, I've cleared cookies and cache, updated my browser and system, and tried other browsers. None of the solutions I found online work. Please help, maybe there is another way or some other settings in the system that I don't know about and need to be checked or changed? When I'm logging into app with another Macbook or in mobile app, everything is working fine, so the problem is in this specific computer, every attempt is ending with download failure monit.

When duplicate page and then replace the pictures/image, it comes in low resolution/unlcear. Attached a screenshots to compare. Enclosed below after replacing the image. Please fix the update
Hallo,Scheinbar seit dem letzten Update werden die vom Handy in die App Adobe Express hochgeladen Bilder in sehr minderwertiger Qualität eingefügt. In einer Datei habe ich das Bild neu hochgeladen und die Qualität ist extrem schlecht. Vorher wurde es korrekt angezeigt. Bitte das Problem beheben. Wenn die Bilder normal eingefügt werden (über das +), sind die von der Größe auf einmal viel kleiner als vorher. Wie gesagt, es sind dieselben Bilder in der gleichen Auflösung . Der einzige Unterschied ist ein Update der App
I think Adobe Express ruined my PDFs. 1. It rendered blank rectangles for characters with accents. I ended up manually copy and pasting text to fix this.2. When I download the PDF there is a grey line to the left of some PNGs which were not there previously.3. There doesn't seem to be a way to undo the PDF from using Adobe Express. I feel trapped and upset because I put in a lot of work into this PDF that I need to fix again.
No matter how long I wait, my download attempt always stops at 90%. I have tried refreshing, re-opening etc. This seems to be a long-standing issue??
seit meinem Update auf ios 26 bzw. ipad os 26 funktioniert bei mir der Collage Maker nicht mehr. Kann drauftippen, so viel ich will, passiert einfach nichts. Alle anderen Schnellaktionen funktionieren. Sowohl auf dem Iphone als auch auf dem Ipad. Am Gerät kann's also nicht liegen. Irgendwelche Ideen?
Hey for the last week or so I've been getting this error. "Your media didn't import, please re upload it." This is for every single image I've ever uploaded. Even after I upload an image again it still doesn't import and gives the same error. When I go to "My Stuff" I can see these images multiple times but none of them will import. Anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it? There was an update to the app yesterday but this did not fix the issue. This is frustrating when im trying to work fast as I dont want to have to upload the same image I already uploaded 20 times.
Uploads taking a lot time to display the image or video; audio and video out of sync; play bar not moving when video is playing; quick keys not working; won't start when pushing spacebar. It's just so painful to edit a two minute video when Express is wasting so much time. I keep having to reload the page to clear the problem, upload and download speeds are at just fine according to speedtest. I have another project I need to get to and I'm wasting so much time waiting on Express.
Unable to copy text from Express Comments section into my Express document > I WAS able to do this a few weeks ago. I just spoke to my boss, and she can't do it either. Wondering if more folks are experiencing this problem? I can copy and paste from Photoshop and Illustrator into Express, but NOT from the Express Comments section. Let me know if there's a fix! I've created several social posts using templates in Express, but I'm unable to download them due to these errors. I either get the error that stock assets are no longer licensed (but it won't tell me which ones), or that assets failed to upload - I didn't even upload assets this is purely from a template that I was testing before wasting my time customizing it only to find I can't download the images. These are both from templates I used from Adobe Express. I'm a premium member with unlimited stock downloads.
Sometimes the text on the images are exporting with the red dots underlining the text that are used to suggest a spelling error. Current solution is to turn off spell check for that page (or pages) when exporting.

Hi, recently when I'm working on something (iPhone express app) a box will pop up at the bottom saying an update is available, if I click Install, it will buffer then crash, if I close the box it will also crash after a few seconds. I've cleared cache, data, uninstalled, restarted, signed out and in again, and there's no app update in the App Store for express. I also cannot copy something from another file in express and paste to another which I've always been able to do. Very frustrating. Is there a fix or any advice for this? Thanks.
I can't access my projects. It's down. I have to have this by morning. I have my own business and I use this. It really messed me up bc I have things scheduled to be posted and I can't now bc yalls stuff is down. Pls fix this asap
Every time I try to create an animated charachter I get this message. "Something went wrong while creating your animation. Please refresh the page." I have restarted my computer and have only Adobe Express open. I was able to make these last night and many times before.
I'm trying to simply copy and paste any element from text to design etc. And I get the error "media failed to upload, please reupload it".What am I doing wrong? This has never happened before and I can't seem to find a fix or a setting that helps.Thanks in advance
When I attempt to edit text or move design features (or edit anything) Adobe Express automatically zooms out. I can't edit my documents while zoomed in.
Hi I cannot access the app, I have re-downloaded the app multiple times turned my phone off and on, swiped up on the app to restart it but nothing is working. I am on an iPhone 15 Pro and my iPhone is completely up-to-date. Not sure what I can do to fix this please help!

I need to access Adobe Assets with my Android phone so I can retrieve recently deleted files but it keeps telling me that the browser isn't supported. I've tried Edge, Bing, MSN, Chrome and AdBlock Plus. None work.
