Hi! I'm looking for some help connecting LinkedIn with Adobe Express. I have all the necessary "Super Admin" permissions, but it's not letting me connect my LinkedIn. I've tried it on both desktop and mobile app; I've cleared my cache & cookies, deleted the integration and reconfigured it, and still nothing is working. Is there a fix for this?  

It's been impossible to work in Adobe Express these past few weeks, and I need to create a huge number of thumbnails. I NEED YOU TO PAY FOR CANVA SO I CAN WORK. It's impossible to clear the cache after every upload and refresh the page more than 30 times! IT'S NOT POSSIBLE! It's impossible to create 1 thumbnail per image under these conditions. It takes 15 minutes for EACH thumbnail, a task that only takes a few seconds!!!

There are no edit controls.  It's like this in Firefox, Chrome, and Edge.  I have restarted the browser, tried a different browser, cleared cookies and temp internet files.  

STUCKcan't find how to combine images because there is no menu for combinecan't figure sizes because there is no way to do sizes before combining.

A few days ago I was able to import and edit images from my computer and lightroom into my Adobe Express template I was creating. Today, when trying to import images, they are loading as white squares with a red triangle warning in the upper corner. How can I fix this??

All of my work is gone - videos, graphics, everything...gone. I know where to look, I logged out and logged back in and I've tried to log in using incognito mode. Neither of those solutions worked.

When importing a document from Adobe Illustrator (in .aic or in .svg), Adobe Express will just randomly change any fonts included seemingly randomly to another font even if both Illustrator and Adobe Express both contain the same font. This is especially an issue if you use Adobe Illustrator to say create a logo and then want to bring that in to Adobe Express.

Suddenly, I could not find the folder that had more than 93 files in Adobe Express. More than a year’s work. Any suggestions or alternatives to the service?..

If you choose the TikTok Video Template and attempt to close the sidebar that auto opens, the whole site crashes. video attached. I am on the web app through Google Chrome, using a Windows 11 computer.

I’m unable to download my video on Adobe Express. The process always fails at 75%, showing an error message and preventing the download from completing. I deleted cache, cookies, restarted my computer (mac), use chrome, safari, app, mobile app, and I still have de same issue.

Hi folks!Somehow the blur effect – whether it's set to "in", "loop", or "out" – is not working as it should; nothing happens at all. Previously, the blur effect worked just fine in my video edits, but suddenly today, while editing, I can't get any blurring to appear – whether I'm using a video from my device or a stock clip.Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?Interestingly, one of my video preview frames does show a blur effect, but when the video reaches that exact section during playback, Adobe reports a technical problem and stops rendering the video. Restarting the app or computer didn't solve the issue, and I tried to apply the video again with 0 results.

unable to upload any photos into express. I get this error no matter what type image I use. I've restarted my device, checked for updates, even took random photos with my phone. Videos appear to still work but photos are a no go.  

Brands and Libraries have failed to load FOR DAYS. This is really effecting my ability to complete projects. I can see why many are switching to Canva.....

I encountered an issue with the favorite (collection) feature in Adobe Express.When I click to favorite an image, it does not appear in my collection folder.When I try to remove an already favorited image, it reappears after refreshing the page.Currently, I am unable to add new assets to my favorites, nor can I remove existing ones properly.This issue prevents me from managing my favorite assets effectively. Please look into this bug. Thank you!

I created a video file for Instagram (Reel format) but now I am unable to download it which is really frustrating as I want to post it on Insta. I tried different browsers and cleared the cache but still no chance of downloading. What else can I do? Also, I had the following problem last week: I created a reel and changed it around a bit. I send the sharing link to my boss so she could give me feedback on it. When she clicked on the link, the video that was shown was not the final version but some incomplete version from the middle of the process. Pretty frustrating. This happens most of the time that the versions of the videos differ from user ot user. What I mean with that is that whenever someone accesses the app from a different device, the state of the video differs. I thought this app was helpful if you want to work together on a project online but it seems to me that the data in the cloud isn't always synchronized.

I was making an edit to a video IG story that worked before, now some of the clips say they cannot be read?  But only some of the files.  Getting red triangle.

Is anybody having trouble seeing their files and libraries in Adobe Express?

When going from Adobe Acrobat to Express, multiple letters turn into glyphs.Font used: Calibri.Common prolem letter combos: ff, ti, in, ttExample: compe•tor, wri•ng, interac•on, a©en•on, ma©erSometimes it changes the word altogether like Left turns to "LeL"This has been very frustrating when trying to add a few graphic design aspects to a doccument. When transitioning from one program to the next, especially when it is recommended in the program itself, I would not expect to have to go through and proof everything and retype things all over again just to add graphic elements. 

Why does Adobe Express keep giving errors when I have antivirus on? Is there some kind of silent malware embedded in it? Can someone explain to me how Canva works in free mode with all my antivirus on, and to create a simple thumbnail with Adobe Express, I have to turn off both the antivirus software and the browser's custom protections? Do I need to pay extra for Canva to work with minimal security? If so, then I should just migrate to Affinity, right?

Dear @Amitej S, We are experiencing the same issue when exporting from slides to PDF. The format is changing, and we have several sets of slides which also need to be accessible. Can you please support us? 

In Express, the default for Facebook post is square, which is incorrect and needs updating. A square post leaves awkward boarders that FB has to fill in. Their standard post dimensions are no longer 1:1, its more 1080x1359. This renders the default social media format selection in Express uselss. Only thing is to create custom format every time you want to create a new facebook post. 

Hi there, I'm using Express in a Chrome browser on Windows 11. I have been using Express a lot for the last couple years or so, I used to love it and had come to rely on it for quick design work, but recently I have been finding it more and more unusable for extremely simple tasks. Right now, for instance, I am working on a very simple design with some text and one image. I am simply resizing and re-positioning text, and the lag is AWFUL. It seems like every time I change a pixel the app is doing a ton of computing. Please, please, give us a way to use this lightweight tool without the baggage of every-expanding "smart" features weighing it down to the point of sinking. (I could cry from the all the AI.)

This makes using hotkeys difficult because one has to click out of the text box and then press the hotkey. QOL issues really nothing huge. Also Dark mode addition would be amazing.
