Hello, I purchased the Affordable High-Quality Voiceovers. I received a webpage that gave a link that stated, click here for more characters.   When I did so, it took me back to the original web page of purchase. I am trying to import an Illustrator file into Adobe ExpressWhen I do, the colours become significantly desaturedSometimes the fonts do not import correctly either What are some tips for ensuring accurate import of .ai into Adobe Express?  References attached. The desaturated one is the Express file.

When I use our custom font in Express, the overshoots (difference between flat and round parts at the top and bottom of letters) appear at an unexpected size, and look exaggerated. Overshoots are suppressed at smaller sizes, this is controlled in the OTF fonts by the BlueScale value. In our font this value is set to 0.08333 so overshoots should appear at 68 pixels font size, following the formula given in the Type 1 font specification. Yet when I use the font in Express, the overshoots appear already at 64 Pixels font size (second line in the screenshot), and they are 2 pixels high, as you can see in the screenshot, which looks irritating.  When I set the BlueScale to the standard value, the same phenomenon appears at a smaller size, and the letters look even more distorted: Why is the display not according to the spec? Dear Adobe, I would like to make a back-up of all the previously made videos. Adobe Express notified me that I needed to create a folder [Spark video MP4s], but I fail to see how these files can be downloaded. The following options show: open, change name, delete, place or copy. The open function doesn't work and placing the file somewhere else or copying the file doesn't resolve my problem. Please let me know how I can download all the previous videos made in Spark.

Any time i try to download any file type of my work, it says error downloading, contact support. Tried different browsers, computers, cleared caches. Nothing works. I can't download anything 

I'm unable to create new or retrieve Brands already created.  I've tested in Chrome, Edge, and the Express App.  I had a similar issue in the past and it was resolved inadvertantly by adjusting my 3rd party settings in Chrome. I've tested trying to access my Brands from new projects, exisiting projects, 2 browsers, and the macOS App.  Nothing. 

creating a Brand doesn't work, the entery jyst  spends around never processes 

Not sure where I'm supposed to submit a review of this software but it's horrendous and I'll be cancelling my subscription.Your software randomly edits text incorrectly all over the page anytime I go to edit a PDF. I'd be better off pritnting everything off by hand and doing multiple copies. I've had to to revise a court document over 13 times now because your software continues to change text within the form that I have not touched or editted in any way.You should pay us to waste our time with your product. Embarrassing. 

I logged into Adobe Express one day, and all the content and artwork I'd created was gone. It doesn't appear. I'd even added a new "brand," and supposedly (because I'd worked with it before) it was deleted. I've never had this kind of problem with any other program. Help, I'm desperate.

I have been using Adobe Express app on my iPad to make gifs for months but today I noticed a massive decrease in the quality of the final product since the latest app update. They weren't sharp at the best of times but now are just horrific even when choosing large. I went back to use older clips to compare and there is a huge difference. Is there any fix in the pipeline for this? Attached example of what originally would come out vs how it converted today, same clip same everything just so much lower quality.

Hi, I'm a premium member and utilized a preset template in Adobe Design. When I went to download the document I received the following error:  " We are unable to license some content. Please replace or delete the asset".   

This is a really big bug! I can mute the audio layer in a multitrack video project, but changing the volume to 9% seems to still play at 100%! Please fix. It's drowning out my video. (Note, audio volume control seems to work fine for the audio in videos in the main timeline).   

I had to do a school project given by my teacher on Adobe express when I opend the classroom link it was responding but then the page showed the system requirements are not complete I clicked on the link provided to know the possible issues and tried to solve them but it didn't help at all. I want to know the exact issue and the way tro solve it.

I have an internet connection. I was using the program today, and suddenly "connection interrupted" appeared. It happens on both desktop and web applications. I've already restarted everything, but every time I try to open my file, the same thing pops up. What do I do? it is urgent, help.

Wanting to download a few PNGs from a timeline video. When I set the indicator on frame I want then go up to the Download button, the timeline jumps do a different place. 

Hi! I'm trying to convert a PDF with Hebrew text into a editable doc like Word, or even rich text, but it comes out as gobbledegook - all numbers and symbols. Is there any known solution to this? Many thanks in advance. 🙏

Jobs created in the past with Adobe Express has disappeared in the “Your stuff” folder. I can only view webpages for which I have retained the URL. How to solve the problem? 

I have been using this feature from the very beginning but now it seems to have broken.Whatever image I try to remove the background from, it says "The minimum supported image dimension is 10 * 10" although all media are 4000 * 3000. Please help.

I am using a Mac on Firefox and have selected my English speaking video to be translated to Spanish, but I receive the following error. unable to download my proyects o pages. When I try to, the download failed. Please fix this technical issue. 

It is quite annoying when the sidebar is popping out constantly when you click something. If the "Your content" is clicked, the sidebar stays. Even in new scenes. But I figured out, that when an image is replaced, the sidebar pinning is lost and the sidebar is popping on/off again. It seems like a bug.How to test:click the "You content" in the left sidebar. The sidebar should be fixed in every scene when clicking an object.Replace one image.The sidebar is unpinned again and popping.

Hola! Estoy diseñando una gráfica y desde ayer no puedo agregar PNG ni ningun otro formato de imágenes a mis páginas. Las arrastro desde el ordenador y no cargan. Intenté con la opción "Cargar desde el dispositivo" Y tampoco funciona. Probé con otros formatos de imagen como JPEG y no. Es un error. Lo tengo desde ayer a la tarde. Uso New express en el navegador Brave.
