When I add photos in collage maker, the application hangs and restarts and doesn’t give the collaged image
Hallo,ich bekomme nur noch diesen Fehler, egal worauf ich in Adobe Express klicke. Website oder App.ich möchte zb ein Layout erstellen oder auf meine in der Bibliothek vorhandenen arbeiten, immer der Fehler “Verbindung wurde unterbrochen”. Verschiedene Browser getestet.
I am facing a critical issue in Adobe Express while editing a video project. I am unable to properly drag or move a grouped timeline/image section in the timeline. The grouped element gets stuck and does not move smoothly or respond as expected.This issue appears to have started after the latest Adobe Express updates. It is affecting my editing workflow and causing delays, especially while working on structured corporate/enterprise video content.As an enterprise user, this kind of timeline-editing issue is very concerning. Adobe Express is expected to be stable and reliable for professional work. Please treat this as a serious bug and investigate urgently. Expected behavior:The grouped timeline/image section should move smoothly when dragged.Actual behavior:The grouped timeline/image section gets stuck and cannot be moved properly.Impact:This blocks smooth video editing and affects professional enterprise content creation.
I created a 5-page animated portfolio presentation in Adobe Express. Earlier, the view-only link was generated successfully, but after deleting the old link and trying to create a new one, Adobe Express always shows this error:“We couldn't publish your link at this time. Please try again.”My project opens and edits normally, but publishing/view-only link creation fails every time.I already tried:Different browserClearing cacheLogging out and logging inDifferent internet connectionTurning remix on/offDuplicating the projectI also have Adobe Premium access through Airtel Thanks.Please fix or refresh the publishing system/cache for this project.
Copying and Pasting do not work in Adobe Express, for days now. CTRL C and CTRL V shortcuts do not work, either with objects or in text edit mode, and neither does right-clicking and selecting copy/paste from menu. Nothing happens. Copy & paste functions work everywhere else on my system. This bug happens in multiple browsers (Chrome + Edge), and I have deleted all caches and browsing data. Clipboard permission already allowed. Cut (ctrl x) deletes but does NOT copy to clipboard. Cannot paste copied content into any external app, but can paste text from external app into a text box in Express.

There seems to be a bug with sizing limitations as I’ve run into errors in an attempt to go over 48in. This is necessary for banner design and printing projects. Adobe instructions suggest it’s doable but the errors prove otherwise.
Issue summary: When I start making a voice over, everythings works out, but it stops recording, when the scene ends. Totally annoying, because some of the scenes are very short… Now it tooked even longer to make a good voice over and although it isn`t as good as it has been before the bug. Product & version: Adobe Express (web) Platform: Microsoft Edge, lastest version Steps to reproduce: Making a video: 1. Adding different scenes 2. Producing voice over, try to make it longer then one of the scenes Expected result: Voiceover should not interrupt, but continue Actual result: Voiceover stops at the end of the scene Please fix that :(
I keep getting booted out of a project due to an error that says "Can't save" I’ve tried to create a new project in Adobe Express multiple times, and as soon as I upload a photo into it, I get an error message that says “Can’t save” (screenshot attached). I have tried clearing my cache, signing out and back in, and restarting my computer.
This thing is ALWAYS directly in the way, it doesn’t disappear, and when you zoom in; the document auto-scrolls so I can’t see the whole thing. Please fix this, so it either disappears, moves, or has a toggle switch. It makes aligning small objects at the top-center infuriating. Also, Please allow zooming in, without auto-scrolling the document out of bounds in a way we can’t control or adjust manually. Thank you very much, sorry, love you.
I clicked the button “use design tools” in Acrobat Pro by mistake and now Adobe Express has injected itself into the default browser and takes over whenever I try to open local HTML files. WTAF.I was not warned/prompted for permission to make this change and there is no obvious way to remove this behaviour. I urge somebody at Adobe to provide a fix immediately. This is unacceptable.

If I choose to "remove objects" to remove a photo blemish it doesn't respond.

I have created a brand and uploaded my own fonts. Now I am testing out the Generate Template feature, every time I try to generate a template using the Branding, the preview of the template appears correctly, then I click on Edit Template and the text on the template does not appear, it is as if the text is transparent. Also each text box has an ! next to it.The text is there in the text box, in fact if I change the font to one of the defaults it appears.
Whenever I try to scheudle an image, it tells me that ‘something has gone wrong try again later’. It’s been going on for over 24 hours. I can post live and previously scheduled items are also okay but I can’t schedule anything new
Unclear why I cannot download PDF. PNGs download ok.
I post 3-5 videos a day through the scheduler, and usually it's semi-reliable. Yesterday, it posted my first post to all platforms, but my second, third, and fourth posts were posted to everything but Facebook, which keeps giving me the "failed" error. I tried to repost, I made a new post, I reconnected the account, I disconnected it entirely and reconnected it, I cleared my cache. Nothing works. Has anyone run into this issue? If I have to post to Facebook separately, it's not even worth using the scheduler. I'll have to manually post to the Facebook/Instagram scheduler anyway, and I'm back to individually posting all the content.
The AI text to image generator is laughably bad. I put in the prompt "yellow, oval-shaped handheld gaming system with grey screen and black buttons." It gave me a yellow circle. That's it. I was then told that I'd used up all of my free generative points. Uh...oh no? They were free, and I STILL feel like I got ripped off.

I keep getting the error “There was an error sending the invite. Please try again.” when sharing a project directly with someone. Tried manually typing in an email instead of autofill and that didn’t work. Then I tried deleting my browser cookies, signing out and relogging in, and restarting my computer and nothing worked. I’m on Windows 11 and Chrome. Also tried Edge and still got the same error.
U used to be able to make shadows from the tree on top but I can’t do that anymore. Premium users should have access to these things. Also, PS Express and Adobe Express freeze during use. Express has tons more bugs after every update. Maybe it’s my iPhone 14 Pro Max.
