I have been unsuccessful in downloading the MP4 file of a video I created on Adobe Express with using Edge, Chrome, and Safari. Additionally, I have been unable to save the video to my Google account.

In a shared project, I can only see the first page of the project even though there are 50+ pages.... I was given the editor role as well. I already cleared my caches and cookies, and I updated my pc/my browser is up to date. I tried it on a different account and the same thing was occurring. It was the same on my laptop, phone, and pc. 

Sur Adobe Express, sur chrome Mac, jusqu'ici mon nuancier Marque apparaissait sur mon template. Depuis ce mation j'ai plus que le noir et blanc, mon nuancier de marque n'apparait plus ce qui pose un réel problème. 

I have been using Express for almost a year on my iPad Pro 2024 and have never had an issue with my library or brand assets as they were all made on my Mac on Illustrator 2024 and saved as vectors to my library. All of a sudden today when going to make a social post, EVERYTHING i place from my library is EXTREMLY low quality and there seems to be no work around at all. I am so frustrated and do not know how to fix this. I thought maybe it was an outdated version.. nope. I thought maybe its the iOS version so i tried on my mac online and nope. I have never had this issue. The files are the same files they have been for almost a year and nothing has changed except for the quality all of a sudden. Please if anyone has the answer, let me know!!!

The workspace is constantly shifting left to right when working with text, elements, etc. in the left hand panel. It's dizzying to work this way! Not sure if it's my zoom level or what, but when the scroll bar appears on the lefthand panel the artboard shifts.

the photo cropping tool Currently it is only working for free record, cropping photos as shapes, doesn't work! at least for android.

I spent several hours working on a business proposal yesterday; Adobe Express saved up to a point. I attempted to download the document to share with the client, but it would not download. So, I refreshed the page, only to lose 1 hour and 45 minutes of work. And before you say 'check internet connection,' it was fine. 

Hey! I'm having trouble adding linked PSD and AI files to my Adobe Express projects. When I try to insert a file from Photoshop or Illustrator, nothing happens — no error, it just doesn’t load.

I've been working on building a library of  assets for a client. Every image I upload to Express, whether it's a high resolution png, jpeg or even a pdf, it looks awful (as if it's low resolution). I even did a test with an image I downloaded from Adobe Stock. I uploaded the file to Express (unaltered, exactly the same as how it was downloaded) and placed it at the top of an 8.5x11" page.  I found the same image through Express by searching the image number and placing the image directly from express at the bottom of the same page. Both images were placed at exactly the same size.  Please see the attached screenshot to see the discrepencies between the two images. If we can't upload images or assets into Express and retain their high resolution qualities, what are we supposed to do? I'm using Windows 10 Business and have Premium access to Express.

Is anyone else having issues loading adobe express? I am trying to create thumbnails but I am stuck on a screen with the logo.

I can't seem to export a PNG file from Adobe Express (using iOS 18.5). The icon won't do anything so is anyone else having an issue? This just started yesterday for me and I'm not sure what the problem is.

- Help! I have just discovered the new version of Adobe Express and I can't modify my existing projects... - I can see them all in the "My stuff" tab, but when clicking one of them, it takes so much time to have it open... and then, the program runs in vain. What do I need to do to retrieve my file and work on them?????

I have two assets with a title in a specific font in my brand assets. Both have formerly worked.  They worked in two previous posts today. Working on project #3. One of the assets is loading with a different and italicised font. The other is not even loading into the project. It appears as the outline of the shape that it is but will not load. I've opened multiple projects to create and it will not load. Must abort creation for my social this week.

I read a lot of discussions about this subject, and tried a lot of 'work arounds', I checked ALL the parameters that could 'influence' my result, but I'm still very disappointed how I can get a decent MS Powerpoint-file out of AE! Not even to mention, a simple export-to-ppt is NOT available, but I have to take several steps and work-arounds to get my presentation from AE towards this worldwide used Office Standard !!I tried it via export to pdf, then opening files via Adobe Acrobat and use the 'convert to ppt' etc etc, still the fonts are messed up or - in the best case - are suddenly some kind of grouped together, so I can't do any edits anymore to the content, etc etc ... I lost serval hours of this trial & error-quest, but I'm lost ...I'm using Canva Pro for years now - but I have to make the change to AE in my professional job - and I did NEVER faced these issues there. Hello For the last couple of days, any image which I've imported into an Adobe Express project from a Library are appearing blurry and pixelated. The image remains pixelated when the project is downloaded as a JPG, so it doesn't appear to be just a display issue. If I store the same image locally on my PC and import it into my Express project, the image looks fine. Is there currently an issue with images stored in Libraries? I'm using Adobe Express on a PC using Chrome (Windows 11 Pro, version 10.0.26100). I've also tested it in Edge and get the same issue. Other members of my team are also having the same issue using images stored in our libraries. ThanksGary

Working in adobe express and an entire file reverted back about 4.5 hours with no version history to show for it. The strange part--the file name remained changed from my now-deleted work, even though I renamed it in the middle of all of the work being created. I'm so frustrated. It's a birthday gift for my wife, and I have days of work into this. Just found my best flow. Hopefully someone can help. Clearing cache and cookies didn't work, opening in the app, checking deleted files, nothing. It all just disappeared when switching between files.

Hi all, I keep getting the download error from Adobe Express when I try and download the poster/flyer I created. I've tried downloading it as a PNG and a printable PDF and both generate the same error:How do we fix this? 

Hi,I think there’s some new behaviour in the desktop web version of Express. Every time I click a layer or group in my project, the canvas keeps shifting left and right, I’m guessing it’s to make room for the left-hand menu appearing.The problem is, it’s making editing really difficult because it’s hard to predict when, if, and which way the project is going to shift. Sometimes there’s also a delay, and I end up clicking the wrong thing as a result.Is there a way to disable this behaviour?I’ve attached a video to show what’s happening.Thanks in advance!Kind regards,Nigel

Once you size a shape small enough, you can no longer easily adjust the width or height without zooming in. Should be a manual input for shape dimensions or the drag options shouldn't disappear.

As you can see in the first photo, I have my bulleted text box under 'skills' column as I would like (top and bottom align with column at left). However, when exporting to a PDF, the text jumps and reformats ending up totally different than how I have in my file. I do not have any filters or blending modes on. It's just  a simple text box. I've tried restarting web browser. Logging off/in back in and the issues persists. Super annoying glitch  ^ as its formatted in Adobe Express^ as its shown in Adobe Acrobat upon export. Notice the skills column at right jumping up so it no longer aligns  

Beta logo maker in Adobe Express doesn't work for me. It always appears "creating your logo..." and never worked.

But really. I was quite specific. I wish to use three words: Live Love Link... and I posted an image containing said words... But your "alleged" AI generated an image and video that contained the words LVVE LOVE LOAN. But really, what? I understand that we are not in control here, but in the really real world, when we specify the words to be featured, why in the world did it decide to get dumb the moment it was supposed to be intelligent. Maybe it is me, but I just can;t see wasting another moment teaching your system how to work. When it is ready to actually offer a solid, credible, smart result of the input, let me know. I've spent too much time just writing this message than it was worth. Mind you, I've been using photoshop since version one. Like the OG version.
