I'm working on a laptop and when I select a template for a presentation with multiple pages it keeps launching once I click on it rather than showing me a preview. Could you please get your developers to investigate?

Hi all, According to this website Manage Instagram and Schedule with Ease – No Facebook Required! you don't need a facebook business page to connect to instagram accounts. Please update your backend so that I don't need to create a facebook account. Also, according to facebook business page you can only connect one instagram account at a time.  So what is the timeplan here and does somebody have a work around?

I'm trying to download my file as a PDF in Adobe Express and I keep getting errors.  Please assist!

Su plataforma digital Express presenta multiples fallas en documentos digitales en donde se eliminan y resetean cuadros de texto retrasando las actividades del consumidor. 

La plataforma presenta error al cargar todas las imagenes pueden pasar horas sin que se cargen completamente ya probe con diferentes navegadores  en Prievado pero la falla sigue presente asi ya no se puede trabajar hay alguan solucion o mejor ya busco otra herramienta ?

Adobe Express is no longer publishing my posts to Pinterest.  The following is all the attempts I've made. used the Retry button in the postdisconnected and reconnectedemptied my cachetried publishing from different browsers duplicated my posts and tried to post them immediately All attempts result in receiving the error message from Adobe it failed.   

The Regular Nunito font (not Sans) is not correct. The letter L (lowercase) does not have the serif but it should have. Correct: Incorrect:Any one else is having the same issue? 

I created a video in Adobe Express (the web version on my Mac laptop, using Chrome) and then today I realized my downloaded file was missing the first third of the video. I went into AE to check and found that the video was missing that chunk there as well. I was able to go into version history, retrieve an earlier un-chopped version and then save the full thing again, but it was very unnerving and I see it's happened to other people too.

Hi everyone,I’m a big fan of Adobe and have always appreciated the power and quality of their tools. However, using Adobe Express via browser has become incredibly frustrating, especially for those of us who rely on it professionally.As a premium member, I expect reliability—but the app just isn’t delivering. External images often fail to load, showing the red triangle with an exclamation mark. Even after refreshing the page, the issue persists. I try opening a new tab, and sometimes even my past projects won’t load at all.It’s not just annoying—it’s a real loss of time and money. I genuinely wanted to avoid switching to Canva, but at this point I’m seriously considering it. When we pay for a professional tool, it should work—plain and simple.Is anyone else experiencing these issues? Have you found any reliable solutions?Thanks,A very disappointed user.Giorgio 

Bonjour,  Quand je réalise certain prochain et que je sors de adobe express je perds la moitié de mon projet. En effet le montage et la répartition est correct mais adobes n'arrive pas à charger les vidéos pour continuer le projet. Voir photo.   

I'm working with a video editor in Adobe Express on a project. I write up comments in the window and hit submit, and absoultely nothing happens. The comments disappear and the editor never gets the note.

Hey team! We've encountered a bug that seems to remove any established crops and resizes the image. This only occurs with assets in our brand kit or a CC library. For instance, if we have a circle crop on a designated image and click on it, it removes the cutout and resizes the image.    We've cleared the cache and have fast internet. 

Edite una de las plantillas de adobe express y al momento de exportar me ha aparece un mensaje que no han podido conceder la licencia. Estoy pagando por esto y me parece un robo este tipo de errores.  

A QR code I generated in Adobe Express last week (4/30) no longer goes to the URL I assigned to it — it redirects to adobe.com/express/fetuer/image/qr-code-generator Is this some glitch or a result of a new update? Any way to fix it without generating a whole new QR code? I had materials printed with the QR and now it doesn't work!

Hi there, somehow a whole Branding Folder including Logos, Colors, Fonts and Templates disappeared, for me and my clients. This is really frustrating, since I spent a long time creating everything just find out everything has disappeared. I can find some of the Templates in my library, although i never saved them there. I'm using the same E-Mail to log in, I tried deleting cache, all the steps that were have recommendend in other threads, but it won't come back. Please help, as I really don't want to do it all over again?!

adobe express connection interrupted on PC

I thought it was strange yesterday that my entire brand library was deleted from Express. I reuploaded my assets, fonts, and color themes only to find today that they were again wiped clean. Please help.

Leider lässt sich Adobe Express nicht unter Google öffnen, es erscheint eine weiße Seite und das war es dann. Mit dem Microsoft Edge lässt sich Adobe Express öffnen. Da ich sehr viel mit Google arbeite, ist es ärgerlich für mich. Woran kann dies liegen? 

When downloading a printable PDF the final document is not showing the fonts, and size, it was created with or correct formating of paragraphs. When downloading as a PNG, font and formatting is correct, attached examples.

Hi there - I am getting the dreaded 'You're offline' error message. Tried different browsers, different computers, app / web / mobile. All the same error. This is not an issue with my connection, it is an issue with 

Twice now I have edited my resume (originally pulled through from Acrobat) and it's just disappeared from my account? It's getting really frustrating, because obviously I'm editing it so I can apply for jobs - but once I have edited it seems to simply vanish and I cannot find it again...

When I import a doc with a multi-layered list to stylize it, the downloaded document loses the fidelity in the numbering... 1.2.1 will simply turn to 1

So when i publish a webpage using Express, the link works fine for a little while and it can be viewed by others but as a few minutes pass the link just goes to a 404 and the same page can't be found anymore? What's going on?
