I used the Erase feature with the BRUSH, and the object was isolated without showing the background! Why was the background removed? People need to see the background so they know what to erase. Putting the object on a white background makes erasing parts of an image nearly impossible!This error must be an April Fools' joke. Please tell me it's a joke.  

Hi! When I ask Adobe Express for iPhone to generate an image, it generates something that look like an standing A4, with some white pillars at the sides. If I download or resizes the image, the white pilars are still there.

clicking on "new" for any social media channel yields the error "Couldn't create additional channel. Please try again later." There are no channels at all. This would be my first channel.

Hello, I designed a business card with Adobe Express but when I want  to download it in any PDF format provided by Adobe Express, the main logo gets resized, being smaller than in the actual design. This error is not present when I export the design as a .png file.Can anyone help with this problem? Thanks! best regards Benjamin

I have been working on a template for a business and I opened up the document this morning to continue editing and all the media, text and layers show to be "locked in a group". I have researched I've tried to unlock, but have been unsuccessful. I had no locks on this before, why is it locked now and how do I unlock it?

The ipad is now forced to use Adobe Express in Landscape which has completely destroyed the user experience. I have been using Adobe Express for ages (in portrait as my only method of working) and now, I can't change orientation and no longer find the ipad functional for work.  

My adobe express libraries won't update . ( adding items im photoshop ) I have quit, restarted , shutdown everything multiple times over a few days and can't get it working - also tried creating a new library HELP ! thank you in advance 

The feb 05 file is now displaying a graphic from another file of mine that I worked on from march 05. The feb 05 file still states it was lasted edited of feb 05 which is when my orginal work (now lost) was done. The graphic that is now in that file did not exist at that time since I made it on march 5th when I added into another file.My orginal work which is a wedding program card that I need to get printed today is now lost and overwritten by your system. I did check the file version history to see if the overwrite was logged there but it wasnt and history past 30 days is not saved.I assumed the cloud backed software would save my work if I hadnt come back to it in 1.5 months for when I needed to access it but no, now I have to remake my program card 2 weeks out from my wedding. Im using desktop web from a Macrepro by going to my files and seeing the feb 05 fileexpected result: see my wedding program, actual result: see white Illustrations of a surfboard on a white background&nb

Hi there, I am also having this problem, and have replaced the fonts, and there are no blanks spaces (as in unauthorised for licensing) and as the imagery is my own, I am at a loss as to why it won't download. I have ungrouped everything and tried to 'replace' option, but nothing is selected to be replaced so I am stumped. Can you test the document for me to find out what is causing the blockage?

On windows both with Edge and Chrome it is happening that when we click on a Generate Image object the tab where you input the desired image and select theme and style/composition quickly appears for then disappearing leaving an empty space.We tried changing resolution or reload but nothing seems to work.Any feedbacks? 

Hi there, I've seen some posts about this already, but haven't found a great solution to apply to my particular problem. I have a couple of document templates in Adobe Express (web version) that (invoices and receipts) that I've been able to download with no issue for about 2 months now. All of a sudden it won't let me download pdf versions at all - it gets to 90% and stops then gives me an error message. I've tried clearing cache, checking for updates, replacing/removing images etc, but nothing is fixing it. I just don't know what has suddenly changed to stop me downloading these documents.They are only 1 page each, so its not an issue of the file being too large. It seems i can download things as a Jpeg (it still gives me an error, but it does download).I also tried starting a fresh template, with no changes to it, and it downloaded absolutely fine with no error.  So it seems to be my existing files.  Is there a limit on how many downloads one template c

As of today, one of my shared libraries no longer appears inside Adobe Express. I have tried refreshing my browser window, deleting cookie cache, using different browsers (Chrome and Firefox) - all with the same results. I am able to see the library in my Adobe account overview but NOT when inside Adobe Express web application.The library is not new - it has existed for over 18 months and until yesterday was working just fine.

I've created an infographic using the latest graph and chart inputs. However, when exporting to PDF (print and standard), they aren't visible. They export fine as PNG.  No animations have been added.

I am trying to use the multi-select tool on a project and it is not working. I have tried:Updating the App (iOS 18)Deleting and Reinstalling the AppDuplicating the fileUsing an old fileUsing Desktop (PC Windows 10)Using home WiFi and using Cell Data No matter what I do, I cannot select multiple layers at a time, either on desktop or the app. This is extremely frustrating and problematic. Please help!

Every time I crop, it just adds black to where I cropped.

For a little over a week, I have been using the Adobe Express "Schedule" feature to post to social media, using the Google browser. Previously,  in the "Destination Website" field, I was able to paste the name of my website. Starting today, I am not able to paste the name of my website into this field.  Therefore, I switched to Safari browser and the issue did not exist.  However, after a few post, the same issue occured / started that existed with using the Google browser.  With both browsers, I turned my VPN off and it had no effect.

I am trying to translate the information letter of my research from English to Turkish using the AI Translation tool. It has 3 pages and it succesfully translated the second and third pages, however for the first page I keep getting the error "unsafe content, some words violate our policy" without telling me which words. I read it again and again and there is no word that could violate the rules. Could you help me please? Thank you.

Hello,I have created two videos this evening using uploaded video files from my Nikon D750, which I have done several times before. The video quality looks great in the timeline and on playback in Adobe Express.  When I download the video, some of it is fine but most of it is choppy and shaky.   I've tried re-downloading the files multiple times but have the same issue every time.  I also tried playing it in different media players, but it truly seems to be a problem with the video file.  Again, the original videos are NOT choppy and shaky and it plays back just fine in Adobe Express.  It's the final download that seems corrupted.  Help?

changeing colors on my fonts causes a crash everytime. everytime  I believe im fully up to date and I run the pro suite through our business account at the SENECA Nation Of Indians . I believe our contact person is Jessie Garlow we just had an adbobe training with people form the california adobe offices come to Niagra falls NY for our deprstments training and they suggested I make a ticket becasue theyve never heard of this. i thought at one point i had too many colors saved .  every single time I click on the color box that says fill, it takes about 20 seconds to open, my sofeware freezes during thsi time , i cannot click on other things or even revert back out of trying to choose a color.  then lets me scroll very clitchy like to selecet a colr , after I select a color it crashes, then I have to reopen it and the correct color is on there but this is insanely slow and a huge problem. and again its every time I try to change a font co

I can't download by files from this new version. Its stuck at 0% and it's really frustrating because it's urgent, I need it. What's happening?

On Express iOS, lately there have been an excessive amount of refreshes, and many are quite slow in restoring. Please upgrade your cloud server capacity, because every other app and service on my phone is performing just fine right now. This is a step backwards!
