Comprei hoje o Adobe Express com 14 dias de teste grátis e após R$ 21, por mês, só que não inicia fica só exibindo mensagens de erro.
When publishing the website, it will work on the computer browser without issue. When trying it on my phone, it was working until mid-day today. Instead of going to the website, it is asking for you to log into Adobe. Why is this happening and how can I resolve it?
Hi all, I'm encountering an issue with opening Adobe Express files (even newly created ones) in the latest version of the app on iPhone ( iPhone Xs Max iOS 16.3.1 ). While the files open perfectly fine in a browser on a laptop, they freeze when trying to open them in the iPhone app. This happens consistently, and I haven’t been able to pinpoint what might be causing it. Has anyone else experienced this or found a solution? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
I've received this error all afternoon—video and simple static images. I reloaded browser tabs and tried different browsers.thanks in advance
I created a QR code at https://express.adobe.com/tools/qr-code-generator, but Android cameras don't recognize it unless you go turn on Google Lens. I tried scanning half a dozen other QR codes around my house, and they all work by just pointing the camera at them. What's wrong with the Adobe Express QR codes? Is there anything I can do (other than generating QR codes elsewhere)?
When uploading (or attempting) to upload a .wav file, edge fails when I select the file type dropdown as I can't see *.wav files. In the file list type, there are two entries for *.wav. This is causing the dialog box to hang in edge.
Below is an image, please notice red circle hightlighting text icon box. This box is recative and in doing so is actually extremely annoying, especially for thoes with sensory overload etc. Having it static would eliminate this issue. As well, just FYI, while I was writing this Bug issue, I noticed your Bug report box as well had an issue, when you add a photo into it, then continue go back to add text it has an error of which you cannot see what you type. Therefore you must add text, and then input img.
non riesco a scaricare il file perchè dice che ci sono delle immagini stock che non può dare la licenza.il problema è che non sono nemmeno seganlate come scritto.ho cambiato una per una le immagini, un grande disagio, ma ancora lo stesso errore....
Hey could you guys look into why can’t you schedule a Instagram image as a story (19:6) using the Adobe Express Scheduling tool? An error message states video files should be a certain format… Instagram allows pictures to be shared as stories. Can you please fix and include the option to share a story on Facebook like other platforms do? Finally, why can’t you add a new feature to include unlimited social media accounts… most other scheduling apps or tools offer this functionality… Thanks in advance. Best regards Paul
When trying to install The Photoshop 2024 aplication I just bought and entering the redemption code that I'm reading directly from the package, I'm being told it's invalid. When hitting the 'need help' link I'm being told " Sorry, this page doesn't exist". NOT VERY HELPFUL! Might even say pretty damn useless. I did manage to find something about serial numbers being locked. Wondering why a product would be sold with locked serial numbers. Trying to find an answer to that led nowhere. How's THAT for feedback?

For the past month or so I have become unable to download videos from Adobe Express Online Video Editor onto my company devices -- however I am able to log in to this same Adobe account on my personal devices and download the files just fine. My company IT has not been able to determine the issue. I would appreciate any troubleshooting recommendations to help figure this out. Thank you.
Adobe is not downloading trandparent videos
The video preview appears to be broken (For all functions including trim, resize, merge and editor) for Firefox and Chrome. It only takes the first frame and flickers when you play it; audio plays fine. The functions still work but without the preview you are doing it in the dark by audio cues.
Hello, I can't download my presentation. It initially had an error saying that I must delete or replace the items which I did. I attempted to download again and it just said failed with no reason. There are about over 50 slides, alhough I don't know if that is a problem. I am attempting to download it as a PDF. I also attempted to share it to my google drive to access it that way but that one also failed. I tried a different browser as well.
I keep getting this notification when I'm working on Express making a flyer. How can I get this fixed? Its frustrating.
With my desktop App I was unable to download a 25 pages presentation that was entirely created in Express in pdf format - resulted in an error message.
I tried cache claeringa nd history clearing, but again and again it getting stuck inthe below screen. I gave enough time to try various ways, nothing works. Only turnaround i found is running through ingonnito mode. Is it a bug ?
Download does not progress fully and at 2-3% it says downloaded, but it is not downloaded actually. I also have issues starting from today about using pictures from database where they turn into red triangle marks on top left. Can anybody help?
As many other people seem to have had this issue with the eyedropper tool, I am also constantly having issues with it ignoring the background and showing white. When I select the white displayed on the cursor, it turns the selected item red. Please respond with some form of expectation with how swift this might be fixed, or if there are any actions on my end to attempt to troubleshoot it. This has been consistently happening for months now.
I don't know if I'm the only one, but I've been facing a funny situation since today.Adobe express refuses to program a 7-image carousel publication, telling me I've exceeded the 10-image limit.Then the connection with my Instagram account stopped and I couldn't do it again. Even though it says I have 1/1 available.I don't know what's going on, but all my programs won't be sent.What can I do?
I have always been able to go to https://express.adobe.com/tools/reverse-video and reverse short clips as a non-paid user. Today, I find that Adobe Express will upload a video but not process it and download it. Have things changed which are preventing me from reversing a video online in Adobe Express? Thank you for your help.
When I'm trying to work across a large artboard (holding space bar and click + dragging the mouse), the screen keeps zooming in to 100% and auto centering to the middle of the page after I let go - which is incredibly frustrating.
Trying to create a video but it refuses to play through, stops to 'buffer' but really it just has an issue at the same spot repeatedly. It's loaded because if I spam the play button it plays for a split second before 'buffering' again. Issue persists between different browsers.
In the last 2 weeks I have been experiencing this issue quite regularly: I cannot type in the search field when looking for media, plus not being able to edit text on screen when I've created a text box.
