I have tried to use "pixel art", and Firefly often returns a "Can't load... safety issue" (see attached screenshot). When I take out the word "pixel", even using the same prompt, it generates properly.   Examples: plumber wearing blue overalls, a red shirt, and a red hat, in pixel art An Italian male plumber wearing blue overalls, a red shirt, and a red hat, pixel art side-view of a blue hedgehog, comic style, pixel art

Why don’t I have everyday free generations after paying for subscription?

When I go to create a new picture with a new prompt, it takes one of the old prompts and recreates that image. It also changes the prompt from the one I entered to the one I reverted to, all while burning through credits. 

I’m downloading as a 2k image. It is only 1264x848,  72DPI  3.07 MB.  I’m losing credits on not getting the right size.

everytime I go to download my finished AI image, it bounces me out and it does not download my image. i want my 80 credits back that I loss trying to download an image. 

I signed up for the firefly monthly plan (I believe my account shows I signed up on August 2nd). I received 7000 credits. On August 8 my account reset to 7015 credits (I also subscribe to express so it shows I get a total of 7250 credits). I’m not sure where the extra 15 credits is from. My account says I will get a reset on August 15. You can see this on attachment 1. I think this is a bug.

i can't generate any video or image? what’s problem? 

i have creative cloud account on my home pc on it firefly is working in browser but on my office pc it is not working in browser but it is showing that i have credits

Firefly Editing Session Became Unresponsive While ZoomingWhile actively editing an image in Adobe Firefly, I attempted to zoom into a specific area of the artwork so that I could mark the area and provide my next editing prompt.At that point, the Firefly workspace became effectively frozen. The image/interface stopped loading correctly, portions of the workspace disappeared or failed to render, and I could no longer continue editing. There was no error message, loading indicator, or other warning.Prior to the failure, I had noticed Firefly gradually becoming slower during the session, but this is the first time I have experienced this particular interface failure.I have intentionally not refreshed or closed the page, because I am concerned that doing so could cause me to lose the editing progress from the current session. After generating a video with Firefly, the downloaded video is cropped. I even made sure the starting and ending frame were both 1080x1080px. It’s very frustrating.

Firefly will not copy an image I uploaded it chages it every time

all ai models are not working, only working a adobe firefly model

 summited bulk editing on some photos on Aug 12 and it still in "processgin" two days later. it charged me a ton of credits and i got nothing,. what is going on?

I've tries 3 times to make a video and it does not follow instructions. The pictures I provided went not used. the last one was just a black screen.Kindly refund my credits. Thanks. Your video app isn’t working 

it’s frustrating that the board as it is does not download as it is in pdf format. I needed it in pdf format because of the embedded links not a flat jpg image. all the texts are all over the place and overlapping each other. been working hours on this just to come to this :(

Only adobe firefly image generation is working, rest is not working, it shows something went wrong with different prompts too.

Bug may be associated with image lip synch generation to a prompt asking for spoken words.

it keeps telling me there’s an error and to go back to the home page

I keep getting the oops, something went wrong prompt.  I’m on a paid subscription for the year, it’s not deducting from my credits yet, but it doesn’t tell me if this is a congestion issue.  I’m past the 7 day trial period (which is never used)

I have been constantly getting errors while trying to generate images for the past week. I purchased a paid subscription, but I cannot use the service at all, which is extremely frustrating. The AI model selection keeps resetting to Google Gemini at every new session. Is this a bug? I'm using the Firefly app because I want to use the Firefly AI model for images (and it's weird that Adobe keeps pushing me to use a Google product).
