last two days can upload any image as reference. Not even error message is shown. Just dont conclude the action. Is as nothing was clicked at all

i spent 2000 credits on a video that kept getting errors and not editing the video.  it took like 500 credits every edit but  always jsut handing me back the same video i put in without editing anything

 I can't even use the background remove tool because it's been stuck on "processing". It NEVER finishes "processing". So I can't use this tool.

I am extremely disappointed in this program

I think I described what happened pretty clearly.

The starting viewpoint for this scene should be exactly as that in ref image1 i.e. from the opposite bank of the river at a height, and observing vehicles on the road. The camera should follow the limo that is  moving in west-to-east north easterly direction. It passes the office building on its left and then some green vegetation (see ref image1).  Then it passes in front of the government buildings, to the left of the limo as seen in reference image2.  After passing the last government building, green fields come up and that's where the video should stop.  Do not add an any additional backgrounds except those seen in reference images.  Remember direction of travel is west-to-east not the other way round. 

HI There,i have been generating audio on firefly from my account. it seems to be generating audio in reverse i suspect. it has been giving be rubbish and wasting my credits. pls help solve this bug, 

 Your AI keeps giving me the same image over and over even though I describe in somewhat detail exactly what I want it to do. I've wasted over 100 credits today alone and would like to be reimbursed for the credits I use when your AI decides to not change anything and give me the same image again and again, unchanged.

En dit gebeurt niet één keer, maar de hele avond al.Als ik uitlog en inlog met een ander emailadres/account (met beperkte toegang, zonder abonnement) is er niets aan de hand. Dit geflodder nodigt niet uit om na de proefperiode (vandaag gestart en nu al gedoe) mijn abonnement voort te zetten…..

I added a prompt and the pushed the generate button and it did not produce an image. the program appears stuck

“Something went wrong Please try again later.” Can you be more specific what went wrong??? Why am I even paying for this?

Here are the steps I followed:In Firefly Boards homepage, select a curated board from the Get inspired section. In the window that appears, hover over the link icon next to Open in Boards CTA. Select the link icon.Current result: Hovering over the link icon neither shows a tooltip "copy link" nor does it show a soft message "link copied" when you click it.Expected result: It shows a message saying link copied when you select the icon and a tooltip shows when you hover over it since it’s an icon.  Select a curated boardHover and select the link icon. 

Consistently ‘Something went wrong’ errors when trying to generate with Ray 3.14 using image prompts. Getting this problem:Across multiple browsers After clearing cache After logging out and back in With a single image, two images Changing images Across aspect ratio After changing image(s) being used After changing text in promptI don’t get the problem when I have a text-only prompt.

My hole time and my project are waste by tour website crash issue, bad and worse website... Add and saved project option by the way the website gonna lost

Tried to render it it took forever not competing video. I then lost credits. 

Video generation fails instantly on every model, with or without images and even with simple prompts. The page is buggy and often needs refreshing when changing side-panel options. I paid for the service, work is delayed, and I urgently need support.

It happens randomly; so, it is kind of difficult to capture when this happens.When using Kling or Seedance (most commonly these 2 models), I get an error: unable to generate the video. Credits are deducted. Blank black box on the main screen.I go over to my Creative Cloud app. Often to Sometimes  the video generated in Kling or Seedance is hiding in my Creative Cloud app. The problem is I am not sure when this will happen or not happen. As a result, I hit generate again thinking the video was not generated.  When I look at my credits, the credits are not returned. So… I looked under my Creative Cloud app Generation history. CheersNate

in boards, i’m trying to generate images with different models. GPT image 2 consumes 80 tokens on the high option but gives me 1024*1024 images which is not really high? 

I asked it 3 times to NOT HAVE THE VIDEO FROM MY IMAGE TALK and it kept doing it. I should get some credit refunded. 

The video creation is shit. It prompts you in this page to generate with seedance, and then seedance does never appear in the dropdown. (https://www.adobe.com/ca/products/firefly/partner-models/seedance.html). But then in the platform you see other options like Kling. You enter all the information, you lose the time checking the settings, and when you generate, then it says is not available and i need to contact myself, the admin. All great UX
