I keep losing credits in generating videos when the AI crashes and I get no video. That doesn't seem very fair. 

3 x in Veo 3.1 I have had no results from simple prompts and credits have been deducted AND NOT AUTOMATICALLY REFUNDED . I have lost 1200 credits this way. Take care people 

adobe firefly all video generation ai tools are not working they just showing “somthing went wrong” any time.

when you click the generation history, all the videos appear, but only a limited amount of images appear.  you can reverse the order and see them, but it still won't show all the images. it gets stuck.

It displays the thumbnail after I enter the prompt then just before I click download the page just bombs out and takes the credit off me. This is happening continually - MAC OS Tahoe. 

I am trying to upscale my images, I will start the process and Adobe will deduct credits but the image never generates or appears in my generation history.

I don't understand how this is happening.It's been 2 days and it's still like this, now I have to go back to the web to upscale. It's really sad, paying for Photoshop and firefly to get a bunch of bugs. fix it!!

Suddenly, this afternoon, I was receiving pop up messages stating that images could not be saved and should be downloaded. I have downloaded and saved ‘Favourites’ to folders on my computer. Access to all other generated images is unavailable.

The download function isn't working—I can't download images directly. I have to go to my history log to find and download past generations.

Starting yesterday, June 10, 2026, I loaded a highly cropped image from RAW to Photoshop Beta.  The image was small enough for a 2x upscale with Firefly Upscaler in the Generative Upscale sub menu under “images”.Firefly Upscale sent a message that there was a problem, not with the image, but, to “try again”.I’ve tried a number of very low resolution images, but, I’m getting the same message.  Firefly Upscaler is not functioning, but, the other Upscalers are functioning normally.  Topaz, under the same menu is working, but I preferred using Firefly.   

I would like an itemized list of my generative credits showing where i have spent them. I am not sure how i have spent them by only generating a few videos this month

Firefly pro user. it keeps happening randomly with no further context. this is ridiculous

At https://firefly.adobe.com/boards, under “Discover workflows for Boards”, most workflows are missing like “Make a branded mockup”, “Make an interior design moodboard”, and others.

Firefly is taking my credits but not generating anything. It will deduct the credits from my account and then say “Something Went Wrong” when nothing loads after my prompting. 

firefly does not generate images. It says error all the time

I’ve input a wide range of videos into the video upscaler with different resolutions and codec formats, but I can’t seem to get this to work. Everytime I import a video and then set up the generation settings to my liking and then press generate, it loads and then gives me this error message.I know the issue is not that the videos I’m importing are already 4k or something like that or that they are too large, so I’m not sure what’s exactly going on here. Also I’ve signed out and signed back in, and tried different browsers, but nothing seems to work.It’s becoming very annoying having to try over and over with no results. The work I need have done involves important matters and as I intended to use this service with the fact that it’s not working is very frustrating. I’m not willing to pay for something that simply doesn’t work… and I’m on the edge of just completely switching to something else.Thank you.

When I go to NEW then to VIDEO it takes me to a entirely different page than it used to.  It used to take me to a page where I can upload my pictures and then turn it into a video.  This not longer takes me to this page and the current page doesn’t allow me to do that either.  What changed and why?  This is essential to my business to be able to generate videos.

I go to my account page. I see all 5 plans. I click on “Manage plan”. I click on “Cancel your plan” and then nothing happens. I get the next screen and the wheel will spin for hours without ever showing the page.  Please help me to cancel all my plans. My project is finished and I don’t need any plan at the moment. 

firefly, Credits were taken 4 times when generating a video of 75 credits, that is a total of 375 credits, all gone, please refund
