not letting anyone give a thumbs down on garbage you generate? really nice way to treat your paying customers.  If you generate garbage, we should be able to make sure you know. 

it doesn't show that I have the plan on my profile but I still ‘payed for it? and will but cant cancle or use it

I'm experiencing an issue with Adobe Firefly Boards where I cannot generate images.Issue The problem occurs on both shared Boards and brand-new Boards. On a brand-new Board, the Generate options are completely missing—the buttons do not appear at all. I also cannot change the generative model within Firefly Boards. Troubleshooting completedI've already tried the following: Cleared my browser cache and cookies Logged out of Adobe and back in Restarted Chrome Restarted my computer Tested in both Chrome and Safari Tried Incognito/Private Browsing Disabled my VPN Disabled my ad blocker The issue persists across all of these scenarios.Account I have an active Adobe Firefly Pro subscription. Regular Firefly image generation works correctly—this issue only affects Firefly Boards. Could you please check or reset my Firefly Boards account entitlements or feature configuration? It appears that my account may not be loading the Boards generation features correctly.

I am experiencing an issue with the Generative Fill/Removal tool in Adobe Firefly. After uploading an image and brushing over the desired area to mask it, the 'Remove' / 'Generate' button completely disappears from the user interface. I am unable to process any removals because the action button is missing after making a selection. I have tried clearing my cache and refreshing the page, but the issue persists

The text box in firefly page is hidden? it’s nowhere in sight. Lots of other junk - but no text box so I can’t use it. Why aren’t these pages clear and useable? And why is support not available - for the price I pay, there should be clarity and support. Not endless bots and pages set up for advertising and not usability..

I have a problem on generating AI video by using “veo3 fast” with any prompt. All of the prompts turns “something went wrong” violation. Pls solve this problem.

Why is that the message We can't display the generated image. You can edit and try again appears with either one of the Gemini or Firefly?

on 2 of my edits I asked to remove 1 of 2 boxes as the artwork was upside down and move it from forefront to the side and turn the artwork for readability. No changes regarding the boxes were done. Only change was something meaningless on the side. It happened with 2 edits on different images. Meanwhile, we’re using credits and unable to utilize the render at all as it was the same minus some random removal of an object not mentioned.  The “something went wrong” error also appeared a few times Along with issues uploading artwork for edits where it would add 1 image several times.

I click open video file for soundtrack and nothing happens.

unresponsive and slows down the complete Audio or Image generation, am i paying for this? user experience is pathetic

Me meto a la generacion de imagenes y videos y no me carga nada, ni para adjuntar imagenes ni para generar imagenes o videos. Muy decepcionado de mi compra

I can't delete Generation History images on Firefly. It just freezes. I tried signing out and in and also tried both Chrome and Firefox. Same problem on both.  I am using Windows 11. This problem started this morning.

We just signed up for the 19.99 plan and our 4000 credits are not showing so we can use our plan.

Firefly boards seems to be bias towards me and against another coworker. I run prompts, the same prompts as my coworker and it works, she does it and ALERT. first off, I want to be able to click on the alert to get some detail, as is causes so much confusion, why, how to fix? nothing

I want my credits back if the video is not changed why is it taking credits?

J’ai téléchargé une image de mauvaise qualité dont je souhaite augmenter le rendu.Lorsque je clique sur “Générer”, un message d’erreur s’affiche après quelques secondes: “Something went wrong. Please try again.”.J’ai essayé de changer le profil colorimétrique en passant en rvb au lieu de cmjn et j’ai aussi essayé avec une autre photo, mais le résultat est toujours le même.Merci d’avance! 

Happens with different videos, different lengths. Error message occurs, stating failure but not specifying the issue. Credits get deducted after every failed generation.

Sto lavorando su una lavagna Firefly dove ho già generato foto e video con successo. Oggi, provando a generare nuovi video, ricevo un errore che mi chiede di riprovare più tardi. Il problema è che i crediti vengono comunque scalati anche quando la generazione fallisce.

The Fire Fly AI generation takes forever and after some time “ Something went wrong. Please try again later” message pops up. This is what i see almost every time. This is a waste of my time and the amount I'm paying you. Kindly resolve this issue Adobe.

I am trying to generate an image.  Or edit a previous image.  Either way, it tells me I’m out of credits, but I am not out of credits.

The feature to add a reference picture or remove it, IS NOT WORKING AT ALL - first of all, when you hover your mouse or try to click the x to remove it (on both the home page and generation page), it always blows up the picture and you can't freaking click the x without it being a battle! Some seriously horrible UX/UI design.Also, when you are in the actual video generator, you can't add a reference picture! And if you do, it doesn’t carry into the generation, WASTING credits. Which I also accidentally generated a video with VEO, but cancelled it, and still took 400 credits without returning them. UNACCEPTABLE. I had to go back to the home page and do it, but now even that is not working! I literally have to close the window, revisit the site, just to be able to upload a reference picture.I cannot tell you how much time i have WASTED just trying to generate a few videos. It is ridiculous that Adobe can't even provide BASIC UX/UI functions. Seriously, every day Firefly is becoming more

I tried to delete the images in the generation history and it was taking too long to do so.  I had to quit Adobe Photoshop and go back in again and I tried to delete one image at a time.  It took so long to do so
