i bought 2000 credits to use in firefly and they did NOT register...showed they were gone. I was not able to use them.

Pika 2.2 is not working at all

Does not work squat. HowJa Say was a better and way, way easier to use - unfortunately they went south afterwards.

When I click on the generated image from Firefly 5, there are editing options (by default nano banana pro) I can't cancel it and go back to the image. I get this error message: "Something went wrong Please try again later." I actually click on it out of habit to enlarge the image, just as you used to be able to do and as is still the case with every other AI image provider. The worst part is that the image and the prompt disappears immediately. It’s unacceptable when the credits are lost as well.

I have got 760 credits for 499 in offer and I have made only 7 to 10 images and now it’s showing that I am out of okay. I will have to buy again, so please help me with it. How can it possible that after 7 to 10 images, I will be out of credit

I generate images, sometimes just making up, or sometimes combining with my photos. But it won’t download the results. Just keeps saying it’s downloading but won’t stop/ Can’t go forward.

Não estou conseguindo gerar nada no app, fica pensando e não dá o retorno de imagem, nem mensagem de erro. O que hhouve?

Whenever I click on “Manage account” in the dropdown menu (i.e., the menu that drops down when I click on my profile photo on the top right), I get a screen that says “Welcome to your account, Brian.”  But there are two spinning circles, as if something is trying to load, but nothing ever loads. See first screenshot in attachment 1. I am trying to change from $19.99/month plan to the $9.99/month plan.  But I can’t do that when the screen never loads properly.ALSO, I am experiencing a similar error when I go to www.adobe.com.  I get a screen with a lot of empty boxes.  It looks like something is trying to load, but it never does.  See screenshot in attachment 2.In summary, I can’t load the “Manage account” screen from Firefly.  I can’t load the initial page in www.adobe.com.  And I am not able to switch from the Firefly $19.99/month account to the $9.99/month account.Thank you for your help with this. [PII removed by Community Manager - HT]

I joined and Firefly. 1/4 of my photos turned out as a standard image not the birds' photos that I had taken. Although not satisfied at all it still took my credit. I think those credits need to be put back on my account. Thanks.

Screenshots will show you in order of the edits and how it automatically applied changes we previously directed it to change back into the design after being told NOT to.

Hi,  When I want to use Topaz Astra upscale 4k in Firefly boards I get fails only. I see this for a long time in my board and after a while it is disappeared and also I don’t have an Upscaled video in my board. It takes credits too. When will this bug finally dissolved? Like this it’s impossible to use inside Firefly.  Title edited by mod

The generated composition simply vanished and I can’t recover it anywhere!  This system is really not ready for commercial use.

I used this 1st video and ask it to make a second video and add an additional train of the same style pushing the first train.  It changed everything and its all wrong

I see this when trying to generate an image with some image references and a long prompt. Could you help?

In trying to create a Text-to-Avatar video, the 'English (UK)' accent selection just gives a US English accent, either identical or 99% the same. Is this just a bug in beta or is there a work-around to get this UK accent working? All other languages/accents seem to be working even the Indian English.   

two out of six Nano Banana (latest) gens produced zero visible changes. Edit mode, reference image, usual flow. You can look at my gen history edit history on the chameleon. 

I used board on firefly, when i use topaz upscale, it did not upscale the video, but did took the prompts about 1000

I attempted to generate an image in Adobe Firefly, but a network error occurred during the process. The generation did not complete, yet my credits were still deducted.I did not receive the final output, so I believe the credit usage is incorrect. Please review this issue and restore the deducted credits if applicable.Kindly let me know the reason for this and how it can be prevented in the future.  

Lately there have not been scroll bars in the settings window of adobe firefly text to image generators.  They were there this morning!  Where'd they go?

In 3 of 5 clips generated either Houston (Housston), missed (misset) or FIX (FIIX) was misspelled making the clips completely unusable.  Essentially I’m being charged credits for “junk”!

This error is preventing me from generating images. No images are in generation when the error occurs. I generated one image and this persistently pops up. Adobe is in free mode currently until April 16, 2026 and I have 8000 credits in my account. I need this fixed immediately. 

The process for removing the background from the 121 photos I uploaded is still ongoing. It's been about 4 hours. I can't start a new process because it's also using up my credits. Could you please check it?

Ao utilizar a caneta digitalizadora no quadro do firefly é difícil navegar, me forçando a retornar ao mouse para executar tarefas simples como zoom e arrastar e soltar de alguns lugares específicos (place on canvas). Sugiro uma otimização para que a caneta funcione corretamente, visto que o trabalho de ilustração/pintura/edição de imagens é mais rápido com a ferramenta em mãos, isso me economizaria tempo de ficar alternando entre caneta e mouse.
