Pague la membresía esta mañana y el sistema ne dice que se me acabaron los créditos. Se supone que pagué una membresía. Pague 6 dólares para generar algunas imágenes y ya. Eso se llama estafa. Su uno pague la membresía mensual es porque tiene uso ilimitado durante todo el mes. Como lo podemos solucionar. 

I really love what you are doing, but the credits are a huge issue. Many of the creations AI has made are completely unusable. Yet every bad creation we pay for. When it comes to video, I've thrown everything out but one. It was great the first couple of days after Max, but the moment it got saturated with bad inputs from the millions of users who flooded it, it became pretty unreliable. Allowing customers the ability to redo a creation without costing them valuable credits would be a great service to your customers. We already pay a lot to be here. Taking on extras just seems greedy. 

Quite simply does not work. "Can't load. We can't display the generated video. You can edit and try again." Do I get a reduction in my susbcription cost because I am forced to pay for AI features that dont work?

I paid for the subscription and now I can't generate a video. 

bonjour . je travaille actuellement sur un film destiné à un public large .. j'ai dans mon scénario des marionnettes à realiser . une de ces marionnettes est un enfant ..  vos filtres interdisent sans nul doute tout ce qui peut etre du domaine de l'enfance . , je suis furieux de constater que nous clients professionnels sommes soupconnés de détourner ces images .. je vous mets plus loin mon prompt :  . je ne pourrais pas continuer à utiliser vos services si nosu continuons à devoir constamement changer notre scenario pour obeir a vos filtres idiots  ( j'ai enlevé le mot enfant , le mot fille etc.. mais rien n'y fait . si je mets "un adulte vient en sautant à la corde je pense que cela marchera  , c'est un comble !!  ) :  PROMPT: le fond devient completement flou . Comme une vitre dépolie. à gauche du personnage en ombre, et venant du fond, l'ombre d'abord floue puis nette, d'une marionnette avec des couettes, une robe à large volants et brodée de dentelles

Once hidden, the history menu (Image strip) stays hidden and won't come back. Its really quite annoying as Firefly often gets things wrong, so edit after edit is necessary to get the results needed. 

HelloI can't perform operations in the Firefly program. I want to scale the image, but it's giving me an error.

I purchased credits (I have 963 available) however when I'm trying to generate an image it says I have to purchase credits . Find attached a screenshot showing the insufficient note and the credits available

Hello Adobe Firefly Team, I’ve been experiencing issues with Firefly while generating images. The tool is not producing accurate or proper visuals as per the given prompts — the output often looks distorted or unrelated to the described design. I’ve tried rephrasing the prompts and using different modes (Text to Image and Generative Recolor), but the issue persists. Please look into this or suggest how to resolve it.Thank you for your support.

Hello, I keep trying to open Firefly boards (beta) and at first it was stuck in the loading screen with the green and blue dot not letting me remix, create, etc... after updating my chrome and all my broswers it started to open fliefly and then it started loading and even opening but started giving me errors.  It still gets stuck on the "remix file" option but the other just gives me "Something went wrong message" saying that a unexpected problem has occured.  

tive vários problemas com a app. Primeiramente, pedi uma imagem  com vistas do interior de uma nave espacial. Quando a tentei usar para fazer um vídeo, a notificação que apareceu dizia que infringia as diretrizes e não podia ser usada pela IA generativa. Depois  usei uma minha, mas não aceitava o segundo quadro ou seja, uma imagem que retratava a 3 amigos meus e a mim própria. A ideia era fazer um vídeo para uma rede social em que os 4 paravamos á frente da câmara e ficavamos surpreendidos com o que viamos no ecrã. Neste caso , podem explicar-me o que é que a imagem infringia? Que eu saiba, nenhum dos 4 estavamos despidos, nem incitávamos a atos ilícitos. Após várias tentativas  o vídeo foi por fim gerado. Quando peguei num fotograma final para fazer uma sequencia em que os personagens saímos de sena, a app voltou a recusar as mesmas fotos.... Também pedi a geração de uma paisagem com fotorrrealismo mas gerou uma especie de cartoon. enfim.. estou muito desiludi

the more I edit an image on edit tool the more it changes the lighting of the original image without my request, it turns greenish

os erros de diretrizes de usuário são exagerados. porque não consigo colocar uma imagem minha e do meu filho animando-a connosco a dançar?acontece isso frequentemente com fotos que eu próprio tirei. li com atenção as ditas diretrizes e em nada foram violadas.a IA que deteta violação das diretrizes é mal feita o que describiliza a adobe. se uma é mal feita, tudo o resto pode estar mal feito.fiz um upgrade recente dos meus serviços e estou arrependido. já subscrevi serviços semelhantes da concorrência face a esta limitação ridícula e mal programada da vossa parte.

I've tried to upload a small video file, a large video file, but nothing works. The upload just continues to spin and spin. Anyone have an opinion on this or has anyone been able to use it? Yes,  I have an invite and a pro account from Adobe.

  Started getting errors for innocuous generations. Now I cannot use images as references.  

A Ia ao invés de usar a imagem de refer6encia como parametro para gerar a imagem solicitada, está incorporando a referência a imagem final Isso m6e fez perder muitos créditos tentando gerar novas imagens, gostaria que fosse corrigido e que meus créditos sejam repostos.

Worst AI generator EVER.

Until sometime in the last week or two, images downloaded from firefly were named a shortened form of the prompt, allowing them to be easily sorted on a local computer.  Now they are all simply named `Firefly.jpg` which is not helpful at all

Bonjour, Firefly refuse mon prompt alors qu'il n'a rien de problématique avec. Je l'ai changé à plusieurs reprise mais rien n'y fait.
