I cannot upload pictures to edit. Help! - When I try, it lets me chose the image then returns to the upload page. I have rebooted, cleared my cashe and cookies, and everything else I have found as a possile fix. Help please!

I have already paid for the standard Adobe firefly, which gives me 2000 credit, which I haven’t used yet and it keeps on blocking when I wish to generate images 

It’s done one request and asking for it to do the same on another image, it just says “can’t load”

my last 4 firefly videos are not downloading... the original portraits are not downloading... i tried to upscale to 4k but even that is not working... the last 16x9 also did not upscale to 4K and... in the mean time you have been eating my credits!

Hi everyone,I’m facing an issue while trying to generate a video from an image created using Adobe Firefly (with Google Nano Banana).I generated an image within Adobe Firefly itself, and now I want to use that image as the first frame to create a video. However, when I upload the same image, I receive the following error:“This image has Content Credentials that indicate it can't be used with generative AI features.”This is quite confusing because the image was generated within Adobe Firefly, and I expected it to be fully compatible with other Firefly features like video generation.What I’ve tried:Re-saved the image and re-uploading the imageEvery possible ways exist on internet.Unfortunately, the issue persists.My questions:Why are Firefly-generated images restricted by Content Credentials within Adobe’s own ecosystem?Is there a way to remove or bypass these credentials for internal use?Are there any recommended workflows to use Firefly-generated images as input for video generation?Wo

Firefly Video Not Generated but credits still being used.Credits being taken out of balance when there is an error and video is not generated.Message says please try later but the credits are being used up.Please reimburse credits for videos not created. 

I created a short ai audio clip. I downloaded it to my laptop. It is only a link and I cannot save it as a file. I can’t send it in an email. How am I going to use anything created on this app anywhere else if I can’t save it and send it? I want to create something that I need to be able to upload into 360course training, but I just can’t figure this out. It’s just stuck here in the app and useless money spent if I can’t actually use it. A complete waist of time if I have to go and find another app to start over in. Anyone know how to work through this? How do I save it to my computer without it being a link? How do I send the audio as an attachment in an email without it being a direct link to my account?

Firefly image generation tried my requests and deducted the credits but provided no images. Please can you refund the credits I spent yesterday?

All videos generations are failing. giving me an error message 

when openneing the firefly, and add the refrence images, the genereate tab is locked and cannot generate any image

Wenn ich bei der generativen Füllung mehrere Bereiche auswählen möchte, um diese zu verändern, verschwindet nach der 2. Auswahl meine erste Markierung. So kann ich keine Bilder bearbeiten! Wieso ist das plötzlich so? Das war gestern noch anders.

Tonight I started with 200 credits and tried applying edits to a few images. The images would breifly generate, appear in the lower timeline, and then quickly vanish. I tried refreshing to see if they would appear, they did not. But, I was charged credits as I am now down to 160. 

Pasted text into window. Selected voice. Added emotion effects prompts to the text window (ctrl+A to select all, used ‘amused’). Slowed the voice speed to 95%. Drop the pitch one stop above bottom. Selected the first four lines of text to play and test settings. No additional adjustments required. Selected ‘Generate’ for 38 credits.The generating speech status window popped up. Then ended abruptly after maybe 10 seconds. It usually takes up to a minute or more so I knew something was amiss. But I waited. It has now been about 15 minutes and still no file generated.This is a ‘Community’ Forum, so I suppose it is unlikely my credits will be refunded via this bug report. A visible process for that might be enhancement request.

every time i try to generate an image whether via prompt or upsale or edit it begins the process and then it will say something is  wrong. I will log out. I will try again...doesn’t matter nothing will generate 

Would be great when asked to “Describe your bug in detail” if you could have more than 250 characters (which includes spaces). At least tell me how many I have over, and that it includes the main title.

I cannot acces photos from a named lightroom album.

I have multiple boards, and "your stuff" and "recent boards" is empty for me. But if I click saved link it takes me to my board, so i have to make sure I save a link somewhere for every project, so i can find it later. Anyway to fix this? Thank you!

I’ve been unable to generate anything using firefly for a while now, tried restarting, deleting cache and deleting cookies but no matter what platform I choose to generate on I’m gtiing the “try again later” screen.

Generate fill is not working

CREATE AN IMAGE WILL NOT FULLY LOAD OUT...ASKS IF WISH TO WAIT...I SAY YES...THEN STILL CANT LOAD OUT. ...TRIED EVERYTHING ON MY END...RESTART ETC…..THE OTHER CREATE TABS WORK..CREATE VIDEO ETC...JUST NOT CREATE IMAGE

I'm bringing to discussion an issue that was probably already discussed somewhere, and its about how Firefly is lagging hard behind other Text to Image Generators. In this case, ChatGPT.Firefly and Adobe are my preferred work tools. I am paying to use them and I'm always hopeful that the tech evolves in the right direction. That the way the AI engine eats and chews the prompts is effective enough that I don't have to spend an awful amount of time refining prompts to get satisfactory results.Firefly is armed with a vast array of style options and settings, and along with the prompt refining, it should do the trick in getting great results with little effort, but I keep getting bad results.At the same time, I go into ChatGPT, and with a single prompt, no extra settings and presets, I get what I want at first try. I'm not paying for ChatGPT so I have a very limited daily amount of images I can generate.Case in point, I'll give you the following example, from a series of personal things I'
