I used the Firefly upscaler 2X to bring the image to 6144x4094 resolution. I pressed the download button on the top right corner.  The image is saved at a lower resolution:  

I put the image into the image box to change the facial expression pressed play (Generate)The generation time was/ is exceedingly long: 23+ minsThe video is just a short clip w the prompt, the model and so on.

‘Upscale’ button doesn’t appear selected when clicked, with ‘Prompt’ button still appearing to be selected. The number of credits being used changes though. However, no option to click upscale below the prompt box instead ‘Generate’ button is still there, and remains greyed out.This problem is happening across Aleph and Firefly, on Chrome and Safari.Before clicking ‘Upscale’:After clicking ‘Upscale’: 

i can not generate audio files, did many times, I have credits, inserting a  text, but it is just stopped not generating results 

Why Adobe - WHYYYYY did you change how “Remove Background works? It was so fast and simple, but now I have no idea how to use the creative cloud quick tool in the Adoeb Express CLoud?????!!!!!!

Constant crashing and freezing during every action. I have used multiple devices and browsers with the same result. Beta has been extremely buggy for me which is why i would always switch it off but i can no longer shut off beta. 

Every image I upload as the first frame for Firefly Video generation is flagged with the "content credentials" error. Even when I create a completely new, flat white .jpg.  

I tried to make a video using Kling 3.0 - the free version - and the generation just errored, without refunding my daily generations like it did on another device.

the main page of fire fly shows up blank when I upload it

totally wasting credits - does not listen to simple prompt of having brids fly off an image and not to change the rest of the image… it keeps changing it….   I had detailed prompts from chatGPT to make a video and it totally made some ninja with white eyes - nothing has come out good!!!!!!

When i started to use the adobe firefly initially it gave one video and image generation and after than none of them is working it says everytime. “Something went wrong please try again later” so kindly help me with the issue and i’m uploading the screenshot of the issue im facing  

Okay so im trying to generate comic book page images and the gpt image 2.5 flare keeps generating some panels for the page wrong how matter how many times i get specific

It seems that the images are not being imported to canvas completely, they show up there but theres no real control over cursor.

Hello My credits were deducted and I did not get a video. I used Seedance 2.0 - 15 sec - Credit cost 600 I can’t see the video file it disappeared when I clicked on it - but it said credit Generation failed. But if you look at my account I had 4000 Credits I generated 4 videos each for 600 credits - 1 failed - and now I have 1600 credits remaining -  I should have 2200 credits remaining.  

Menualy remove button is very thin.  Size 100 but brushes very thin. Cannot braush easily.  Please solve my problem. Thanks.
