I would like to schedule a call to talk to someone. Please point me to the correct department. We have a paid account and it doesn’t seem to be working. It keeps saying contact admin. 

I have spent more than 3k credits and was creating video for a rough video, story board for a new music video. I hadn’t downloaded them all and was using frames as input to new video. When I navigate to my generation history, the only thing that exists are two files I had uploaded for frame - no videos and no saved elements.  I now have to recreate this entire series and have no credits to do so. Can you reset my credits so that I can use to regen the video that I just spent 2 full days working on…. 

I keep getting the same error message: "Something went wrong. Please try again later." The problem is that my monthly credits are still being deducted every time, even though no image is generated.  

For several days, Adobe Firefly has been 100% unusable for me. Every attempt to generate or edit anything results in the same error:“Something went wrong / Please try again later.”This happens on both of my Adobe accounts: My personal Creative Cloud subscription My company Creative Cloud subscription Both paid plans fail in exactly the same way.However, on the same computer, same browser, same network, if I log out and switch to my wife’s Adobe account (she does NOT have a paid plan), Firefly works perfectly with no errors.This clearly proves the issue is not related to my device, browser, cache, extensions, or network, but instead something wrong with my account or subscription configuration on Adobe’s backend.Because of this bug, I have been unable to work for several days while still paying for two active plans.I urgently request that Adobe: Investigate and fix the account‑level issue affecting my subscriptions Provide compensation or credit for the days I could not use Firefly

I used to work last week. Does not work at all anymore. 100% of the time does not work. Always "something went wrong, Please try again later"

The button doesn’t open the prompt to add another image anymore and it still only allows one at a time per upload attachment window. The user interface still shows 1 of 6 allowed...

You should work on the beards, you only offer pictures of men with a beard, even when I exclude beard, moustche from the prompt, you show only men with a beard. Or has anybody a solution how to get portraits and pictures of men without a beard?

can’t generate more videos after 3 videos

This pops up for everything. Firefly image to video is almost unusable on the professional level.

Is there anyone can help me to use Firefly in Japan?

Our corporate Design team is having massive issues with our company logo being replaced with an old logo - no matter how we prompt. We don’t mention our company name anywhere, we don’t mention the word logo, we just generate the product and upload a reference image of our new logo and prompt “add the reference image in position X” in a second step edit command. And yet Firefly STILL goes out and places the old company logo, going straight against every instruction we give it. It literally overrides the command to place the image and places something else that it thinks should be there instead. Can someone fix the way Firefly does this? It can’t be that it overrides your reference image with whatever it finds on the internet instead. I don’t have Google search activated. I tried most of the partner models Gemini, GPT etc. Always the same problem, we can’t get our new logo onto anything. We also tried specifically telling it NOT to add any brand logos but it still does.  

 Everything is awful, it has not being able to show my AI generated videos, didn't make them, and tan charge me almost all my credits. I got robbed by Adobe

when trying to generate a video with other models of google it does work except for this one. It gives the error message something went wrong please try again later. 

My profile says that I have 500/500 regenerative credits remaining, but then I’m told I have insufficient credits remaining when I try to create an image. [PII removed by mod]

I am trying to create 8 second video clip in Firefly and it is not generating the video.  It says that it is generating video but after 20 minutes, the video has still not generated.  It is using up my credits but not giving a result.  I am trying Seedance 2 and Veo3 and neither are working.i’m left without my credits and not video.  Please help.

Firefly is taking my credits but not generating anything. It will deduct the credits from my account and then say “Something Went Wrong” when nothing loads after my prompting. 

i have a two voice script. No matter what I do, Firefly reads it as though it is one voice and refuses to switch voices. Instead it reads the names of the persons as though it is part of the script. utterly useless

Hello,I used Seedance 2.0 in Adobe Firefly to generate an 8-second video using a video reference and an image style reference. The prompt explicitly instructed the model to transform the original footage into a colorful hand-painted pastel / illustrated style while preserving the composition. However, the generated result was essentially the same as the original input video and did not apply the requested visual transformation or the provided style reference. Since the generation did not meaningfully follow the prompt, the credits were consumed without producing the requested output. This appears to be a generation failure rather than a subjective quality issue, as the requested style transformation was not applied at all. I would like to request a refund of the credits used for this generation. I can provide the original video, style reference, prompt, and generated output if needed. Thank you. Model: Seedance 2.0Seed: 890918Time: 8 sScale: 720p 9:16Date: 17 September 18:03

Can’t reliably make a transparent background, when asked to remove the background of a simple logo, it only removes part of it, it keeps changing the colors in the logo without prompt, when I am trying to keep the colors our specific school colors. It generated an apple when I asked it to remove the background.

I use Firefly to creating looping scenes, so the first and last image are the same. This isn’t something I used to do, but it seems adding “first frame identical to the last frame” in the prompt is far to complicated for AI to understand. Anyway, Sometimes it hits, but mainly not. I doesn’t matter if I use Firefly, VEO, Kling.. 4 out of 5 times it completely ignores the prompt. It either animates nothing at all or goes totally off the rails creating something I didn’t ask for. The last month has seen things get worse… the credits I am wasting are ridiculous. The animations I am creating are not complex, I am literally asking for lighting, mist, fire effects. That kind of thing. Getting 5 to 8 seconds of no movement or something moving around I didn’t ask for is totally frustrating and expensive!
