Hi all,I'm at my absolute wits end, and I'd greatly appreciate any possible help. I have deadlines to hit, and I can't access Photoshop at all.I initially installed Adobe Creative Cloud on Windows 11 with Atlas OS. However, after the install has gone through, I'm given a white screen with "Creative Cloud is taking longer than usual to load." Allowing this time, I'm then given a popup that says "Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve this problem. However, it is missing or damaged."Initially I ran through every single item on this thread, but I had no luck. Thinking it was down to Atlas OS, I reinstalled Windows 11 with different Atlas settings. When this didn't work, I reinstalled plain Windows 11. This again didn't work, so I downgraded to Windows 10 with a fresh install.In total I've reinstalled Windows 4 times to try to get to the bottom of this issue but I'm absolutely unable to. I'm starting to getting angry/irritating, my ACCD (Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop) always gets damaged and removed everytime i starting/logging in to my PC. I have to download the install file and even the download file getting removed when i've logging in somehow too. So i have to re-download everytime. PC Spec:Windows 11 Proi5-12600k32GBRTX 2080.
Hey everyone!I’m having an issue with Adobe apps – I keep getting an error (screenshot attached), and while the apps themselves open and work, the AI features aren’t available and nothing seems to be connected to Adobe properly.It says it can’t reach Adobe servers, and I’m guessing that’s why AI tools aren’t working.Tried some basic fixes but still stuck.If anyone’s experienced this before or found a solution, I’d be super grateful for any help 🙏

The Adobe website https://www.adobe.com/home cannot be accessed with the current Mozilla Firefox browser in version 128.9.0 (ESR (Extended Support Release)) (Your browser is not supported.) Version 128.7.0 ESR is still supported. However, it is from the beginning of February 2025 and a downgrade company-wide does not make sense. We have already reported the problem to Adobe Support but should report it here again via the Wishform in the hope that it will be processed faster.

Hi Team,I have been having issues with Raleway Italit Font. It keeps crashing InDesign, saying its rendering in the background. Even though the file I am working in doesnt not contain this font. I have tried to unistall the font more than 15 times from everywhere, but it keeps creeping in back. I have cleared all my Cache, uninstalled All Adobe Apps, including Creative Cloud App. I have re-started my laptop 10 times. Re-downloaded the app, and its back again! What can I do to fix this issue?Thank you!
Creative Cloud icon in windows system tray has no tooltip label, lowering discoverability. That's it.All other system tray icons have one - the image atttached shows Teams' tooltip. I cannot show you yours as it doesn't have one.
PLEASE add a scroll bar to the list of active fonts. A scroll bar flashes on and off the screen (sometimes) but never long enough to use it, or long enough to actually see all of the lsit of active fonts. It's maddening.
When installing the Adobe CC desktop app on my new M4 MB Air (OS. 15.5), the app crashes on launch — every time. It opens, showing the expected CC interface pane, but then immediately hangs and requires a force quit. Using Claude, here's an interpretation of the Apple crash report. This appears to indicate a potential compatibility issue. After Effects 2025.2.2MacOS 15.4.1Apple M1 Ultra64 GBAfter Effects is not recognizing log files. I shot with Panasonic Vlog and when I import the video it appears to have a lut applied before I apply the VLog_to_V709_forV35_ver100.cube Lut. When I apply the lut the video displays over-exposed video. I created a new Premiere Pro project, imported the same file, and applied the LUT, which worked as expected. I then sent the sequence to After Effects via dynamic link and the result was over-exposed video as before. Is there any solution to my problem? This is a silly bug, but it's driving me up the wall. I've tried everything. I need help! All my Adobe products show my correct profile picture except Photoshop. It shows my old profile picture. I've tried changing it again, deleting it and re-adding it, and uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop... nothing seems to work. Does anyone have a suggestion as to why Photoshop would be showing my old profile picture?

I am unable to download Pantone Connect plugin from Creative Cloud app I keep getting the -2 error code, which says that it is either a permissions issue or I dont have enough space on my machine, both of which can't be true see as how I am an admin on my machine and it is brand new. I am at a loss
Hi there,I've recently been unable to have Creative Cloud load anymore, I only receive the loading screen with "Initializing" which never progresses past this point. I've tried reinstalling the application using the instructions provided by Adobe and their uninstaller (was unable to uninstall the CC applications I use due to CC being unusable, and Control Panel referring to CC) but I've had no success. I've tried running SFC, checking for updates, reinstalling CC, checking the file system, checking DNS servers, running as Administrator, disabling Antivirus and firewall. Are there any other steps that I could take before doing a Windows reinstall? I'm hesitant to do that as I've had this computer for a while and would like to not have to start over from scratch.
Tengo una imac con Ventura 13.7.5 no tenía este problema hasta la nueva actualización de CC esta última actualización no deja que las fuentes se actualicen en mi sistema operativo, solicité ayuda a adobe pero fue todo completamente inutil el asistente se unió remotamente con mi computador hizo mil y un cosas y no pudo hacer que las tipografías se actualicen, actualmente el espacio de fuentes en CC aparece vacío, no importa si pongo agregar fuente en la web simplemente esta fuente no aparece en ninguna aplicación y mucho menos en CC, cuando las fuentes las trato de instalar desde cualquier aplicación simplemente no se instalan y la rodela de espera deja de aparecer y el proceso se cancela solo, espero alguién tenga una idea de qué se puede hacer. Algo adicional es que cuando elimino una fuente desde la web aparece en CC en fuentes eliminadas, he probado agregarlas desde CC (fuentes eliminadas) pero solo se muestra como exitoso sinembargo la fuente no está disponible en ninguna
even after editing the username and name under "My account", the default settings on adobe portfolio show the payer's name on the top of the screen, whereas the payer's name and account user's name (myself) are totally different.
J'ai essayé de télécharger séparément Creative Cloud et Premiere Pro, les deux ont le même problème : quand je reçois le fichier exécutable pour Windows, quand je les ouvre (j'ai essayé en mode administrateur aussi), ca ne fait rien du tout. The performance of Creative Cloud for desktop is getting worse and worse with each update. I use Creative Cloud version 6.5.0.348 on Windows 11. It always “chokes” in everyday use. My desktop works normally, even software like Photoshop, Premiere, among others, have worked better than the Creative Cloud suite. I constantly have to deal with alerts such as “this process is taking longer than normal”, but my internet connection is also working normally.
Hello, I tried to DL adobe illustration free trial for 7 days today but it did not show up on my creative cloud page, but when i tried again i was told i already own it. I think something went wrong during dowload or install.As I think I don't need to use this app now, i want to cancel the trial plan now. But, I cannot cancel it because it is not shown on my account. I was wondering if I will be charged if i cannot do something about. Could you help me to figure out how I should do not to get charged?
I have a license for two machines. However this morning one of them is giving a message saying that I have reached the limit of my devices and shows my Mac Studio 4 times, and my iMac 4 times. And on the other computer the Creative Cloud icon is now gone from my toolbar and I cannot launch it from the application folder. My Mac Studio is on OS 14.2.1, and my iMac is on Os. 15.3.
