Buen día comunidad. Desde hace unos días noto que CreativeCloud no carga por completo. Siempre hay un apartado (como historial, cuenta, plan) que tiene un fallo por lo mismo. Hoy por hoy ya no carga, o directamente no se ve, el apartado de Archivos que deberían estar guardados en la plataforma. Es decir no puedo acceder ni ver los archivos realizados en Illustrator, por ejemplo. Salvo que abra directamente el programa, pero se supone que todo debería estar en la plafaforma). ¿Alguien sabe por qué ocurre? Que yo recuerde no ha habido actualización alguna que indique que ya no estará disponible ese apartado. Cabe mencionar que he cerrado sesión y vuelto a entrar, he reiniciado el cpu y nada. We have 20+ shared client CC libraries and some of them are loading and some of them are not, and its appears to be random. I have signed out and back in several times. Sometimes, zero libraries load; other times a handful of them load, but never all of them. last week we did not have any of these issues. what happened over the weekend?

Hoje pela manhã, eu estava trabalhando normalmente quando ocorreu um erro que fechou todos os meus programas Adobe. Quando eu os reabri, todos mostraram uma mensagem como se minha conta Adobe não estivesse logada.Acessei o Creative Cloud e reconectei minha conta, que apresentou um comportamento estranho de dizer que haviam 2 computadores (meus antigos) logados na minha conta e que meu computador, que eu estava usando a minutos atras, não estava. Desconectei dos computadores antigos e acessei novamente pelo meu.Consigo abrir os programas, mas sigo sem conseguir acessar, as fontes do adobe fonts e a gestão de planos da minha conta. Alguém sabe o que está havendo?Conversei com alguns colegas e disseram que, para eles, estava tudo funcionando normalmente.Não estou conseguindo contactar o suporte da Adobe.

Hello to beautiful community members I need help with my issue, I am having issues with my Adobe CC account It keeps loading and after a while it says unable to load plans, I am unabe to use adobe generative tools or any other tools which requires connection to the servers. Already checked the host files cleared those and gave access to firewall, but still nothing, can't even use the firefly.. Does anyone have any fix for this issue or do I need to reinstall the windows ?
There's been an update or change on Creative Cloud loader on Mac. I am automatically loaded into the wrong profile under my corporate email and there's no option to switch to the correct profile. When I sign out and sign in again it just goes back to the wrong profile. Has anyone else found this and worked out a solution?
For years now, Adobe has provided the worst update experience of any major vendor. Messages such as "it's taking longer than expected we are working to resolve the issue" with no reasonable way to cancel the update (you will be stuck for hours on cancelling) are simply not acceptable. Why should I be waiting on Adone's apps to do updates? I've paid for them, I'm now paying to run my compute to wait on you. In the last three updates, I've been stuck in this situation on two occasions. I know what will happen next. Photoshop will be broken and I'll have to remove it and then reinstall. More wasted time when I could be editing. Creative cloud is supposed to support and enable me. It doesn't when it wastes my time persistently. Why hasn't this been fixed? It seems to me Adobe are spending far too much effort on AI tools and not nearly enough on sorting the basics.
Suddenly, my Cloud is syncing all day long, with no end. I've tried uninstalling, restarting my computer, and a couple other things I've read online. I can't access any of my files at all. I'm so frustrated. Using on Windows computer. Help?
I am beyond confused,I got super excited, 25.5 adds so many new effects, I find out a month late, no biggie, I can update the software and try it out... so I go on my mac. Doesn't exist I am stuck on 25.4.1... uh alright, that's fine, I'll check my windows PC! Same thing. I don't know what's going on, wether this is not available in the UK yet, but the update has been out for basically a month and I've seen no sign of it on my end, does ANYONE know what to do or how to get it? It even teased me with a "whats new: 90 new effects" DESPITE my version number. Yes I have reinstalled Premiere pro... yes I have checked for updates... yes I have tried the links that lead to the new software update and installed via there... none of it works.Yes I meet the minimum requirements, I have a R5 5600G and a GTX 1070, my other computer has a 4070 Super and a 5700X, both are definitely fast enough. I have an M1 mac (8gb model unfortunately), but both computers have 32gb of ram.

I rarely used Creative Cloud, but now that I don't need it, I canceled the payment, and it wasn't a refund, but more money was paid. I'm a really poor college student. Actually, I can't use it anymore because I don't have money these days, but I don't have the money to pay for my phone right away. Please help me with a refund. I don't have money to buy anything right now.
Hola a todos,Estoy teniendo un problema con un archivo .psdc guardado en Creative Cloud. Al intentar abrirlo en Photoshop, me aparece este mensaje de error:"No se ha podido descargar 'Presupuesto.psdc' debido a un error."Este archivo es importante y no encuentro manera de acceder a él. Ya probé reiniciar Photoshop, la computadora y revisar la conexión a internet, pero el error persiste.¿Alguien sabe cómo puedo recuperar el archivo o qué pasos seguir para solucionar este problema?Muchas gracias de antemano por cualquier ayuda que puedan darme.
Sucede que tenía el apartado de aplicaciones beta y debido a un error me reinstalaron el creative cloud pero cuando me di cuenta no podia descargar photoshop beta, alguien me puede decir si le ha pasado lo mismo

Hi guys, So I'm having this issue where adobe will keep asking me to sign into the cloud. but it will just repeate this message over and over.I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have signed out on the broswer and back in multiple times, I have deleted the key accsess, I have tried to use the log detector tool but keep getting this message? (I have full bars and connected to 3 different wifis to try get it to work) I’m still stuck, and it’s really stressful because I need these programs for college and use them daily. I haven’t used Adobe apps for about two months while I was away from my laptop on holiday, but I kept paying for my subscription. Not sure if that could be related.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hello Adobe, My account paid the money, but not all the apps are working. Try talking to the chat operator; maybe they can help me fix it. Then I can use . terrcable savers I'm unable to use all the software. Each time try to open it, it does not work. Who is ready to help me fix it?
How do I install the Creative Cloud Desktop app in another language? The default install is in the system default language.Another particularly annoying feature of Adobe is that it confuses Brazilian Portuguese with Portuguese. These languages are quite different and I always have to manually change all applications to English instead. Ideally there should be a Portuguese from Portugal (pt-pt) version available. If this is not possible, do not assume that a Portuguese system will use PT-BR by default instead. Believe me it is really annoying for a lot of people I talk and work with here in Portugal but also in other countries who speak Portuguese but not Brazilian Portuguese.Many thanks

I no longer see the Fonts tab in the Creative Cloud.I had some fonts I had "Installed" within this tab so that they work in other apps like Figma for example. NOw those fonts are disabled, and that tab to manage my fonts no longer exist. Is that a problem on my end or an update done to the app? anyone else have this issue?

Providing I run CC Desktop 6.6.0.611 (issued in April this year) along with LR Classic 14.3.1 and Photoshop 26.7, everything runs smoothly with not problems showing up in Win11 Resource Monitor. BUT as soon as I try to update LR or PS, CC Desktop insists on updating itself to 6.7.0.278 and then Adobe Crash Processor starts producing up to 30 instances of CRDaemonHeartbeat.db-journal files. I assume this means that one of the dozen or so background progs that are updated with CC Desktop app is crashing. I have not noticed any effect on LR Classic or PS so far, but I don't like progs misbehaving on my computer! I have regular system backups and have gone back several times to prove that is it simply this update of CC desktop group of files that is causing the problem. Any solution in sight from Adobe? So I was just using Lightroom Classic and PS the night before and everything worked well. The next day nothing worked. Not the creative cloud, not LrC not PS. Tried opening them outside of CC and still doesn't work. There were no driver nor windows updates since the last time I was using LrC and PS. I tried searched around the net for hours and nothing worked. I tried downloading AdobeCreativeCloudCleaTool.exe, that does not work. I thought maybe I'll just uninstall everything from the W11's Add/Remove page, does not work (no response like how I open CC, LrC, PS). I tried the steps here: https://helpx.adobe.com/my_en/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html After downloading creative_cloud_uninstallerwin, running the service is just like the others, it'll run at the background (you can see it in TaskManager) but nothing happens.So I'm stucked with unable to open these softwares nor can I uninstall them.
