Once I adjust the x-axis in the Transform Panel, it will jump to a value I never input before. 

In a simple brochure I'm creating, I went to outline the text on a box of bulleted points I typed up. The text outlined just fine, but the bullets (looked like hyphens "-") disappeared. However, only 50% of the time. Certain boxes would keep them, others would not. No rhyme or reason evident.   I did find a workaround eventually. If I increased the size of the font, outlined it, undo it, reduce the size back down to the original, and outline again, then it worked just fine.   Thought I would mention it.

I just bought a surface pro with the snapdragon, i guess its an ARM system, is there any other option for downloading Illustrator besides this AI Beta!? the Beta AI Version keeps Crashing constantly and i get this message below! Please Help!    

Hello.Already two weeks I have the same problem. I can't zoom in and out on objects or text even I can not rotate. What is going on?

Chrome on Mac. Clicking Share. Doing quick export. Changing from PNG to PDF. Extension does not change. but I expect it to.

Since the beginning of the beta being open, I am unable to use Illustrator for the Web on my android tablet... I use a Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra and I am up to date with the latest updates on the OS, Google Chrome and all security patches, etc. I even tried chrome canary and I get the same error screen. Why is this? Is it ever coming out of beta?

Tutorial - make a logo.......... Did what was asked and cannot get it to sample the brand colours from anywhere.  when i just open new document in the the Illustrator (Beta) i can sample colours and apply eyedropper a lot of the time, but some will not work.  Random! (this is just into squares, triangles and rectangles I have created and filled with random colours.  Some work and some dont!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) I did move the body and winy to top level as described, but problem seems unrelated as undid everything several times and still have the problem.  BTW could not use the eyedropper in the colour panel  (is this part of the problem?) but used "I" shortcut abd this will work between the most of the objects I created, but still cannot get tutorial to work.     Using windows PC.  Would describe myself as partially competant at Illustrator.  I havent got this stuck on doing anything before!   Help appreciated as very frustrating. T

When in the application, it won't let me access my download stating that "someone else is viewing the document" which isn't the case. I only have one tab open with illustrator so I don't know how to fix this. I have tried going out and back in multiple times over the course of multiple hours. 

Not only can I not save my file, I cannot save it to my computer or creative cloud. I cannot copy it and paste it into another application. I have made this logo 2 times. I do not want to make it again!

Please hurry up and develop a desktop version of Illustrator for Microsoft Surface Copilot. I cannot get anything to work on the online beta app.

Using Illustrator on the web crashes often with me. Sometimes I want to add effects or just using other tools and suddenly I get a an Error on my page where I have to refresh it or close it. I don't think it's because of my system, because I have all the requirements. Everything is up to date with me (browser, adobe, windows etc...). 

In illustrator online, the workspace not all your changes are showing up on there. It is showing me an outlined version of my project. You can not show any color changes or making any lines thicker or thinner. It is a guessing game on how it is going to show up when you export it. Was excited to have this feature as I am noy currently have access to my main computer with this program and wanted to work on a fun little project. I have given up on it and will wait till I am back with my main computer to do anything with it. 

adobe illustrator web not exporting file. i can't save it or export, i tried different formats and waited a day. 

I added a svg path and text to the pdf file (see attached) and in pdf viewers (MacOS Preview, Adobe Acrobat Reader) it looks fine:   But when opening it with Illustrator Web the image and text are missing and no error occured.   Thanks in advance

When creating a new board, I select custom. I select inches and set horizontal to 24" and vertical to 12" to match my meterial for laser cutting. AI always sets my board size to 20.5" x 12" no matter what I do. 

Hello,  I recently led a class of 37 students in a tutorial using Illustrator Web (beta). A few were using our institution's Windows devices in Chrome and these students encountered a problem with saving the file.    Students noticed the file was not saving periodically.  Some students lost their work.  When instructed to manually click the save button (cloud icon), they were told the file could not be saved.  We attempted multiple times to save the file. We attempted saving from the hamburger menu. We attempted accessing it from the Adobe cloud file storage area. But the file could not be saved.    Perhaps related, for many student the "Rename" option had been disabled (to change the filename from UntitledDate12343637 to ProjectName) -- as a work around, we had entered Document Settings, clicked on the file name, then used the "rename" option.    Work around:  Some students were able to use "save as" to access their file agai

Hi, I'm an illustrator user in Korea. When trying to check template in Illustrator Beta, "Unable to download asset" error occurs I attached the screenshot below, so please check it out My PC is Windows1022H2, and the same error occurs on other PC. Please let me know if it's an error or not If the error is correct, please let me know when it can be fixed normally.   Thank you 🙂 

Hello, There is a small menu that appears below a shape when certain tools are activated. For example, with the Selection tool activated, below the shape appears a menu with a "Edit Path" button and some other options.  If you click the 3 dots at the end of the menu, there is an option to Hide this menu ("Hide Bar").  However, after hiding, there seems to be no way to make it visible again?    My programmer boyfreind helped me resolve this by going into F12 inspector, and deleting settings in my Local files -- but I imagine that there should be some option in the app itself ?? Just an idea.

Hello. Asus Vivobook S15 here, first timer on web version of Illustrator, decade-long user on the app. I want to report a bug, when I hit <export as>, and choose my options (transparency, png, I left 1x and tried all options for artboard just to make sure), I hit the export blue button on top right, and it seems unresponsive. Doesn't export, or ask me for a destination folder. Is it a bug? Or do I miss something? Best regards,Tasos.

My Macbook Pro M3 can usually support any app / workload without issue. It's the first time it actually froze for a few minutes and wasn't responding, and it happened when I opened a file with illustrator web
