1. Substance Sampler version 4.3.3. Empanada2.Windows 10 pro3. trying to export material to substance painter, but with layer brightness/contrast filter on top of image to material layer nothing is exporting to substance even to files.4.SHould export something not nothing  Thanks for info 

Get a generic error when trying to submit a photogrammetry job for processing - "An unexpected error has occurred. Please contact technical support via Help > Report a bug..." In examining the log, the error is a File_ReadError: "File read error. Please check network, storage and access rights. ("C:/MyPath/011627.png"). I've tried several things to address this:I've confirmed the files are located on my system drive (same drive as the program).I've moved them up in the folder hierarchy thinking perhaps a long filepath was the issue.I've renamed them to only include numbers thinking that special characters in the filenames were the issue.I've tried using fewer images (I took a total of 240 images - 48 angles from 5 different elevations).I've tried running Sampler with admin priviledges.I've tried importing masks as well as allowing Sampler to mask the images itself.I've tried resaving the files with a different color space because the log had referenced an issue with the sR

Hi! I am trying to use the latest photogrammetry feature in Sampler 4.0 and running into issues. I was sent some images by a client of a person standing against a white studio backdrop in same positon and a camera taking pictures around them turntable style. The lighting isnt perfect but fairly neutral, and gets the person from all angles. I used the masking tool to generate masks and almost all of them are perfect (side note: would be amazing to have an easy tool to mask out things or make corrections on the fly for these auto generated ones, some just needed a slight brushing to fix a floater etc) Whenever I hit next steps... no matter the settings I use low or high / sorting order etc I get the error the photos cannot be aligned and to retry. Whenever I retry I get an unknown error telling to submit a bug. I cant for the life of me figure out what is going on, I tried less images, more images etc and still get same error. If I cant use it for stuff even shot in a studio I

No cossigo hacer un objeta 3d desde las imagenes, tengo varias vistas que me ha dado el cliente, pero me da error al procesarlas, son vistas distintas sacadas de un producto en inernet, yo las he igualado como he podido para que tengan un encuadre parecido y las he pasado a B/N porque solo necesito el modelo para luego imprimir en 3d. Podeis decirme cual es el error?Hay solución? es muy importante

I have already downloaded the Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013 and sfc /scannowit there were no corrupted files found but still show this error: The procedure entry point vkGetPhysicalDeviceMemoryProperties2 could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files\Adobe Substance 3D Sampler\usd_ms.dll. My other apps work fine, Photoshop, After effects, Premiere etc.Hope to hear from you because i need to finish a project

I've just downloaded 3D sampler and was ecited to use it but the 3D Capture feature is not available. I am running Sonoma 14.3.1 (latest update) on a MacBook Pro. Has anyone else seen this issue?

Hi, I recently reopened an old file, but it displays nothing, just plain default material information.The file has an image input with an "image to material (AI powered)" node to make all the specific modifications on material properties. But now, after opening it again, the node displays the following text "Not available". What could just happen? I'm currently working under Windows 11, that is the only change I made to my system.The app version is 4.3.0 - EmpanadaIs there a workaround or something to do? I got a lot more files that I did work before with the same approach and need to make them work again.Thanks in advance.

On the attached screenshot is some photos of the ground which i took, but sampler is putting most of the photos in the their own photogroup. How do i put all photos into one photogroup, or stop sampler from doing it.

Substance 3D SamplerI have a question.If it generates PBR from a single photo already tile.And I don't want to use the Tile knot.It gets such a mistake.Is there a solution for this?Greetings, Arek

Hello all, I have updated the substance sampler to the newer version, but it cant even open it. It says program is not responding.I closed all the other softwares i was working on but even so it crashes.I installed the previous version and works perfectly.Any ideia of what may be?

I just bought Sampler 2023 on Steam and it won't launch at all, I click it to run, it says "running" and then stops. Sampler 2022 used to work just fine. I've tried everything to run it and nothing happens. What should I do?

When trying to open 3D sampler in 4.2.2 it doesn't launch. I have never got it to launch. When trying to use 3D sampler in 4.2.1, the 3D capture feature keeps crashing.

After updating to the latest version 4.2.2 nothing happens when I try and launch Sampler.  Running Windows 10 and the latest Nvidia Studio driver V546.01.  So far have tried the following to troubleshoot...- Restarted PC- See if Sampler is running in the task manager.... it is not.- Deleted the folder AppData/Roaming/Adobe/Adobe Substance 3D Sampler- Uninstalled using CC Desktop app- Reinstalled- Tried launching from CC Desktop app as well as directly from the .exeAll I get is nothing for a few seconds, followed by the cursor briefly changing to the wait cursor (blue circle). No loading screen... nothing.Please help. 

Hi, i just got Substance Sampler on steam but i can't get it to launch, i have tried:Veryfing files.Reinstalling the app.Tried to delete the files on C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\AllegorithmicHowever no folder for Substance Sampler was created.I see other people have similar issues to mine and it seems it's about the current version, is there a chance i can rollback the steam version or do i have to wait for an update? My specs:Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz (12 CPUs), ~2.6GHzGPU: RTX 2060RAM: 16GB DDR4SSD 1TBLaptop model: ACER Nitro AN517-52

I have 4.2.2 running on a 13th Gen i7, Radeon 7900XTX with 32GB memory.  I upload 20 JPG images that were cleaned and saved under the latest version of Photoshop.  After submitting them the app runs for about 10 seconds and then says there was an error.  "An unexpected error has occurred.  Please contact technical support via Help..."  I've done that twice.  Anybody else having this issue?

Hello, so I was trying to load up my Sampler app as I always do and this time the app itself just won't open up. There's no loading screen presented or anything popping up. It's as if I didn't touch the open button. I am on the latest version which is 4.2.2 on Windows 11. It's strange as I was able to load up the app just earlier today and all of a sudden it doesn't work.

HII have a problem with Ambient Occlusion.After exporting to a .SBS file, everything is displayed in black. How can this be improved?Regards.  

Hello, I have a simple question.How can I globally rotate the heightmap in Substance 3D by several degrees?The standard tool (equalizer) is too flat.The same Material (AI Powered) does not work enough.Is there any tool for something like this?

I have been using sampler to create tile textures for a couple of years now.  Back in April I created a dolomite collection and I want to expand that collection by adding a new pattern (herringbone).  I last visited this file in April of this year and all was working well.  Now when I open the file everything is just spinning (see attache) and it says my assets are not available.  I suspect the software is having trouble reading the paths to my files.  I can’t even find a way to replace the assets with new bitmaps as everything just keeps spinning nor can I open some of the layers to see how I might have set the hue and saturation of the image so that I can recreate these substances in a new file. This is the absolute buggiest software I have ever used.  This project is due tomorrow and suspect I won’t hear from support for several weeks.  I think I’m done with Substance!

Please fix floor tiles and get it right.  I cannot set the gap size width to go any lower than .08 without it disappearing completely.  In previous versions I could go all the way down to .02 with a noticeable change in gap width.  I use Sampler to recreate bathroom tiles and with this limition, it is useless to me.  I'm uing 3.4.1 on Windows 10 and 11.

HiI wanted to ask about generating material from a single photo using the Image to Material (Al Powered) method.Example:If environment rotation is set to 0.5 it is ok.If I shift the environment rotation to 0 or 1, it loses detail.It looks as if for a certain light incidence account there was missing information about what should be displayed.Can this be improved in any way?Thank you, best regards, Arek---------------------------------------------------------------------------

When using the Image to Material Feature, it seems, there is one fundamental bug. That feature creates a noticeable seam, that does not exist from a seamless source image.please find attached the following files the source image file a .psd file the sampler file The image below shows a noticeable seam on the edges of each tile.Even more noticeable when "Make it Tile" is applied to it, just for using the Color Equalizer.   I tested several other methods, and no matter what I tested. There is always a noticeable seam.If you are using the source image in Photoshop, you will not get those seams.That means something in Sampler causes that issue when making the textures tileable.I would say, that's a major important point. Because it looks like, every texture that will be created with that feature will have a noticeable seam.I hope I am missing something substantial here and the seam issue could be fixed with a very simple trick.Thanks for all your thoughts and ideas, 

Hi, Taking my first stab at using Sampler for creating patches to pull into Painter. However, when I load the embroidery filter, it get stuck at loading and the loading bar around the filter and the material is extremely chaotic, flashing and not circling the itcon smoothly. (attached video for ref). If i let it run Sampler eventually crashes.Updated to the latest studio driver, restarted, uninstalled/reinstalled and still getting the issue. Other layers like emboss seem to work fine.Any ideas?
