               I export my video by MXF OP1a format with XDCAMHD 50 PAL (4:2:2) codecField Order is Upper Firstand I got a black bar on top and bottom to get my video aspect ratio in 2:1But when I finish export, I found that the pixels near bottom black bar crashed a bitIs it happened before or any solution?Thank you!

Bonjour,je suis en train d'étalonner sur premiere pro et dès que je touche aux roues chromatiques toute l'image devient bizarre et dé-saturée. Impossible de revenir en arrière en gardant les corrections dont j'ai besoin à ravers les roues, je dois les dé-selectionner pour que l'image revienne à la normale.Voilà ici par exemple je veuxretirer du rouge dans les mistones et donner du bleu aux noirs et dès que je touche à la roue tout devient comme vous le voyez.Que faire ?Merci beaucoup d'avance

HeWith the latest update of Adobe Premiere Pro BetaMy templates in the Graphics Templates area do not appear in the timeline area.

1. I imported a PP nested sequence into AE.2. Did all my edits and then import that AE composition back into premiere.3. I did this instead of "Replace with AE Comp"  in order to have color grading flexibility.Since i did that premiere pro can't load AE comps at all most of the times, or when it does, when i try importing the one composition i mentioned above it freezes. Also i cant open this specific AE project at all, not even in Safe mode. Ive reset preferences but it didnt work. Is this a buggy way to use dynamic link or could it be something else.Premiere Pro 24.6.1After Effects 24.6.2Macos Sonoma 14.1.1

Meu premiere está com um problema muito chato e espero que alguém consiga me ajudar.Sempre que termino um projeto e parto para a parte de renderizar e clico para escolher o local da extração, o Premiere congela e eu não consigo clicar em nada. Sempre que clico ele faz um som de alerta como se fosse aquele de erro do windows, mas nada acontece. É como se abrisse a janela do windows para escolher o local mas nao aparece pra mim. Não está atrás e nem em outro monitor. Isso aparece as vezes também quando eu escolho a opção "Salvar como". Realmente parece ser algo com a janela do explorer do windows, mas não sei.. O que pode ser isso? Tenho um Windows 11, RX 6600, Ryzen 5600 e 16 de ram.De qualquer forma, Obrigado pela atenção.

I have tried starting in Safe Mode with a new project, writing to the local drive (media also on the local drive) with all options ticked and still receive the same error.   The media is a mix but is predominately ProRes4444 Arri LogC 4480x3096.Timeline is HD 1920x1080 ProRes 422(HQ) I am able to export the timeline by choosing "Match sequence preview settings" - in this case Prores 422(HQ). I`m using an mac pro m2 to edit my videos. but i`m now with some issue, what is: my preview crashs when i play the video, but the whole program still working well. The timecode still rolling, the needle keeps moving... i need some help for what to do about it.

This did not happen with previous updates. While this does not affect the stability of the program, it does make everything take longer as i must reconstruct my workspace and find my old projects that i copy and paste from.

This issue is still happening. Any news on a fix? I'm currently on v24.5 Thanks!

Great. Updated just now because Prem 24.4 (previous to 24.5) was crashing every time the transcribing function was used. It would crash just as it got to the end of EACH CLIP.  Now, the transcribing function in the new Premiere 24.5 isn't working with proxy clips (made from Sony FX6 media) even though it works with the high res FX6 and Sony A7SIII media.  Two steps forward, one step back. Working on Mac Studio 2022 M1 Max 32gb ram, OS Monterey 12.6. Hi. About two weeks ago I turned on PremierePro for the first time in a good few years and at first there were no problems; recently I saw small lag in timeline section window, but after restarting the program it was ok again; and now it doesn't matter how many times I turn it on, the problem remains. I noticed lag in the window where the timeline is. When I click on any element, cut it, move it, etc., although, for example, in the window with"Effect Control" it appears for editing, in the one with the timeline I have to click on a different time to see the change or highlighting of the selected element. I release the preview, everything goes smoothly, but the timeline stands still. Today, not all the windows appeared immediately either. "The Source, Media Browser and Effects" section popped up only when I clicked anything on the main bar. If it matters, I also noticed that the side drop-down lists from the main bar open only after clicking, not hovering over it. The pro

Hello eveyone! I've been using (and teaching) Premiere Pro for 18 odd years now and am genuinely question over this silly issue, my library is no longer appearing in a software panel but in a fixed state behind my software which is infuriating not only to work with but to teach with.  Has anyone else ever come across this issue, and more importantly, know how to solve it?  Re-installing the software has no effect, I've the latest patch and I'm on a PC.  Thanks in advance!  Si 

I've worked on this hefty video project with the 2023 edition and it was totally fine. Upon updating, I now can no longer access it -- the app crashes every time I try to open the project. I would just reinstall 2023 until finishing the project but struggling to figure out how to reinstall 2023 as well. Help would be much appreciated!

Basically all the posts I can find about transcription talk about the transcription process itself being slow. But, that's not all that important to me. The help I need comes once it is processed. I am finding that working with a large transcribed clip (1080, pro res, 1hr40min) is slowing my system in a big way. Often at times when I want it to be moving quickly (simple scrubbing, play/pause to mark and out point, etc). Even when I don't have the text panel highlighted (or even as an open panel at all), just scrubbing that clip either in the source monitor or the timeline drags everything. Transcript is useful, of course, but I need to be able to do the basic functions of editing while using the clip. I clicked "Ignore transcript" for the clips in the timeline, and that seemed to help on the timeline. And I see I can uncheck that if needed, which is great. But in the source window there's no such toggle. Nor in the project panel for that clip. I've got a decent syst

Premier Pro - Version 24.6HP Elitebook x360 1030 G8 - Windows 10 Enterprise This issue came up after the latest update or before the summer.When I try to add files/motion graphics templates (both from my own- and a "public" library) they get highlighted in red when imported into Premiere Pro, as if they are broken. The project file size also increases from about 6 GB to 18 GB, even though the file/template I add from the library is relatively small.For example, if I add a logo that should appear in the corner throughout the video, the file size increases regardless of whether the logo is on the video for 2 seconds or 1 hour.I have tried deleting and re-downloading the libraries, but there is no difference, so I suspect there is something wrong with the program. However, I don’t know how to fix it. Any tips are welcome!

Running the latest version of Premiere Pro (as of 9th September 2024) Cannot get further than two or three edits before the software freezes then crashes. Looking at Task Manager, it reaches a peak level of memory useage that sticks and goes no further. For example, 700mb useage which freezes and doesn't go up or down before Premiere Pro crashes and closes. I did wonder if the RAM was bad, 128GB of Patriot Viper Steel DDR4, so ran the memory checker on Windows and tested each piece. No issues reported, and no improvement when I moved them around and reseated them. Also, checked the Crucial M2 SSD card...again, no issue. Rolled back Adobe Premiere Pro to 2024.0 and all problems gone. Stable and fully functioning and have been working with it all day - no issues. So, this latest version seems to have an issue when manageing / accessing memory which makes the software unusable. Can't see any reason why and nothing I tried or did while using the very latest version

Hello, I'm using a MAC Studio M1 Max chip32gb RAMmacOS SonomaPremiere 24.6.1 and my Exports simply freeze and won't work until I quit and reopen Premiere.I've cleared the cache, did the workaround with the workspaces, downgraded to previous '24 versions but the problem continues.I've tried this with lots of projects, even new and light ones.I have lots of space 1TB (700 gb free), so this can't be a problem too.It's very annoying and time consuming having to quit Premiere everytime I have to do an export... Can you please help? Many thanks,RenatoThanks,

Hey This problem has been happening way too often the past few months, at this point i don't even know why i'm paying for my cc licence. I can't edit properly any project as all my footage is stuck on the "media pending" screen and in the project in the media folder, all the footage have grey thumbnails. I'm on Macbook pro M2 32GB memory with 1000GB storage (ap. 50 GB of free space)I'm working on 4K footages, all stored on my hard drive (no external drive) and it has become impossible to do anything on Premiere.  I tried everything, reinstalling the app, dumping the cache folder, reseting preferences, creating a new project etc etc nothing works, I'm so frustrated and consider switching to Da vinci (there I have no issues playing my files).   If you have any tips on how I can solve this problem, my project is quite small (one sequence, 180GB of footage). I can't even do regular playback on any clips (but they do show up correctly in the finder). Thank youu

Since 24.3 I have an annoying problem that ruins my workflow. Every 5 minutes or so when editing subtititles (I translate them to different language) Premiere Pro crashes. All sections become black, I get hit with some pop up window which is blank and I have no idea what the problem is. Please see the attached picture. The good thing is that I can close said pop-up window by pressing Esc and save my work prior to manually closing the program and starting it again. During one our of working with subtitles I get this problem like...5-6 times? Maybe more. I do not use *any* 3rd party software or plugins. I already tried Reset app Preferences" and "Disable third-party plugins at launch" options. I use RTX4090, have i9 processor and 32GB RAM, so I have enough computing power. Windows 11. Again, there was no such problem in Premiere Pro 23, it started after updating to 24. Also, when I have one 25 minutes video with subtitles, usually there are no crashes. But if I have 5

When I try to mask on any of the 2024 versions it stops the playback and won't let me do anything else.  At the bottom, it shows the mask is applied but you can't see it in the playback and the video won't play.I'm able to use a mask in the oldest 2023 version. Is this the case with everyone or is there a solution? I reinstalled, and reset preferences nothing seems to work accept using the 2023 version.
