Real problems getting Creative Cloud to work, download and install OK, then it needs to connect with Adobe and it doesn't. We've tried all the fixes and nothing works
I recently joined the Adobe ecosystem, and I am creating a fiction Podcast with remote voice actors. I cannot seem to create a folder or a library that can I can share with them so that they can upload their WAV audio files. Is this not possible or do I simply not know how to do it? I am a Pro subscriber, but the people I am working with aren't necessarily. Any help would be great! Thank you!
I can't install any apps because it asks me for this "admin password", but it doesn't redirect me to any prompt to enter my password, I press continue and it says "Retry". I tried running CC as administrator and it still does not work. My user account is administrator. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I used the adobe cleaner tool. Nothing works. (im on Windows btw)
I had problems with Photoshop not working yesterday, I think there was some bug or file missing and it kept crashing. I didn't save any details. So I thought I would uninstall and re install PS, but once it was uninstalled I couldn't re install it so I thought maybe uninstall Creative Cloud too which I did and then it too couldn't be re installed. I ran cloud cleaner tool and then decided to uninstall Lightroom too thinking maybe all need to be uninstalled to re install Creative Cloud, but still it doesn't do anything when I open or run as administarator or change compatability settings. Tried with anti virus off, without firewall settings, default firwall settings allow it anyway. It's only a new PC a couple of weeks old with Windows 11. Everything I've found to try with no success. Ran the Log collector program, not sure who or how I send that to support to check out.
I'm in a shared library with coworkers. Recently some files were deleted, is there a way to restore those, or see who deleted them?
Hi everyone,I’ve been stuck with a Creative Cloud issue for the past three days and can’t get past it. I manually stopped / cancelled all upgrades, because I wanted to install Acrobat Reader first. All updates were stopped but for the Camera Raw update says “Process is aborted”. (I am using the App in German, so the literal term is "Vorgang wird abgebrochen". Meaning, the stopping of the update is being processed. It has been like this for days. I quit Creative Cloud, re-started my MacBook etc. But the message stays the same.Because of this, I can’t install or update any other apps, and I can’t cancel the process myself either.Here’s what I’ve already tried:Closed and reopened the Creative Cloud app multiple timesRestarted my computer several timesTried the Repair option in the Creative Cloud uninstaller — but that also fails because the Camera Raw opertion is still activeTried uninstalling Creative Cloud, but that would require uninstalling all my Adobe apps (Photoshop, Illustrat
Creative Cloud Desktop says I'm offline. In reality, my browser and other internet-enabled applications are working normally. What can I do? Thanks.
I have used Creative Cloud for some years, and periodically the app updates withiut issues, until the latest occasion (probably between 31st July and today); while the app updates (Photoshop, Lightroom, CameraRaw) install as normal, Creative Cloud itself fails to update with error 191. This happens on two different PCs. I have looked through the suggested solutions and tried those that were plausible to no avail, and tried the "repar" option offered when uninstalling the app, which also didn't help. My version of Creative Cloud Desktop is shown as 6.7.0.278, dated today. The log file mentioned in the "advanced troubleshooting" section shows the following: FATAL: Error (Code = 191) executing in command 'AddUWPAppxCommand' for package: 'AdobeNativeClient', version:7.0.2.14FATAL: Error occurred in install of package (Name: AdobeNativeClient Version: 7.0.2.14). Hello everyone, so the issue is simple, I can't open the apps, it requests me to buy them, on thye Creative cloud app I can see it says Your plan : Free membershipWhile if I click on Manage Account it shows Your plan : Creative Cloud Pro, also it says Free trial — 56 days left and under that my billing info. I tried loggin in in 2 different computers, I tried loggin out and in again, I tried fully updating my windows, I tried the chatbot but I got nothing usefull. If someone knows what could be the issue please let me know and I'll do my best to follow instructions and try everything out.Thanks in advance. I have been using the Lightroom cloud app to store photos more long term but I'm wondering if I should move them to the creative cloud files. Is one storage option better than the other?

I am so aggravated that I don't feel like writing a professional post, so I'll just bulletpoint the stuff that drives me bonkers:Subscription cost goes up, while the apps get more buggy!CC app is an absolute joke. On desktop and online. Every single day, I have to jump thru hoops to get LIBRARIES to sync. Today, they won't sync at all. If I want to delete a bunch of photos from a library, i have to click the little trash can on EVERY SINGLE FILE. Why is that?InDesign is probably the single most unstable app in the group. It regularly shuts down anytime I try to use the text editor feature. Lately, it will quit when I'm not doing anything. Adobe, do better, or cut your subscription rate to make up for your bug-infested apps. Adobe for the most part is the only game in town, I just wish they wouldn't act like it and kill all the bugs.
Adobe CC authentication is too strict and/or broken. Each time I reboot or windows reboots for updates I have to sign back in to use any app. Not only that fails to recognize it's a device that's already been signed into. I can't tell you how frustrating this process is, especially when I just want to read a PDF. It's not only reboots but extended time where my system is on and I run an adobe app, though it's gauranteed to do this after a reboot. There has to be a better way to manage this so I'm not signing in multiple times a week just to use these apps. This was a problem I complained about a couple years back and it improved. It's back and worse than ever.
Hi, this alert window was prompted by my Mac OS upgrade to 14.3.1 last week, never saw this until then.So there must be a conflict between Adobe's current CC Content Manager and the new Sonoma Mac OS. How do I patch this- Is there a place I can find the most recent CC Content Manager app and reinstall it? Hello, we have Zscaler implemented on our enterprise, the download Font functionality is not working because blocked from a ZScaler security rule inherent the OLD browser component used inside Adoble Clooud Desktop App on macos. Adobe express keeps on saying "network issue refresh again" after I try to access my documents. PLEASE HELP. Freaking out as I may have lost a 80+ long page document. I cannot access any of them.
New bug this morning. I can't preview any files associated with Abobe? The preview window in both Illustrator and windows explorer say " The file you are attempting to preview could harm your computer" . Don't know if there was an update or something. i made no changes from yesterday when it was working fine? Please help! Windows 11 PC.
Hey guy; I'm having trouble uploading my jpg files to creative cloud in the desktop app. Whenever I try to upload it immediately says "unable to upload" and when I try to use the web option, there's no option for upload, only a create folder option. Has anyone else experienced this issue? if so, how did you resolve it?
Upgraded my Macbook Pro. I used the migration tool. While the Adobe Apps are there with all the associated information, upon boot up, there is is an error with CC. I can neither uninstall, reinstall, or repair it. The apps (such as Photoshop) will not uninstall either due to this issue. I cannot get any gurus on the phone as the tech support numbers have been disconnected. I am at a loss what to do. I can't include version number as I can't run it. Running Tahoe 26.0.1, but the problem started in Sequoia ( I updated the OS thinking that might help). All I have to do is start the laptop top get the error.

Buen día comunidad. Desde hace unos días noto que CreativeCloud no carga por completo. Siempre hay un apartado (como historial, cuenta, plan) que tiene un fallo por lo mismo. Hoy por hoy ya no carga, o directamente no se ve, el apartado de Archivos que deberían estar guardados en la plataforma. Es decir no puedo acceder ni ver los archivos realizados en Illustrator, por ejemplo. Salvo que abra directamente el programa, pero se supone que todo debería estar en la plafaforma). ¿Alguien sabe por qué ocurre? Que yo recuerde no ha habido actualización alguna que indique que ya no estará disponible ese apartado. Cabe mencionar que he cerrado sesión y vuelto a entrar, he reiniciado el cpu y nada. Saludos. ps. Adjunto imagen donde se debería estar la opción de Archivos, que ya no está...
