When I login to CC, either via Chrome or the CC app, the Files folder is suddenly missing from the left sidebar. How can I get that back? Thanks.
Just got a mac Studio with Apple2Max chip and macOS Sonoma. Used migration assistant to copy files to new mac but after updating Photoshop I get a message "CCLibrary.app is damaged and can't be opened" when I launceh Photoshop. Clicking OK closes the message window but it immediately pops up again. I have tried the Repair option for Creative Cloud app but that has not fixed the issue. If I close Photoshop the message goes away and it does not appear if I have Lightroom open, only if Photoshop is open. Any ideas?

Hi, my account is not managed by an Org, but I still cannot access the Photoshop beta tab in the Creative Cloud app. I have followed help articles to clear the cache, restart, and attempted to edit an XML file (But, that file does not exist in my install, or the path listed was way off). The only app under "Pre-release" is Illustrator. Photoshop version 26.11Windows 11 I would appreciate any help if what the next step is to solve this. Thanks!
I rarely used Creative Cloud, but now that I don't need it, I canceled the payment, and it wasn't a refund, but more money was paid. I'm a really poor college student. Actually, I can't use it anymore because I don't have money these days, but I don't have the money to pay for my phone right away. Please help me with a refund. I have Creative Cloud Desktop on my Windows 11 computer and it usually works for about three updates of any Adobe apps and then it fails.Every time that happens, I have to remove Creative Cloud Desktop with the Adobe app (AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe) and reinstall from the Adobe website.That works well but it is very annoying. What is happening to Creative Cloud Desktop to stop working so often?Is that a known problem? Isn't there a solution?

Al intentar abrirlo en Photoshop, me aparece este mensaje de error:"No se ha podido descargar 'Presupuesto.psdc' debido a un error."Este archivo es importante y no encuentro manera de acceder a él. Ya probé reiniciar Photoshop, la computadora y revisar la conexión a internet, pero el error persiste.¿Alguien sabe cómo puedo recuperar el archivo o qué pasos seguir para solucionar este problema?Muchas gracias de antemano por cualquier ayuda que puedan darme.

To simplicity managment of administrators in one place, it would be ideal if we could manage administrators in the Adobe Admin console in the same way we manage Licence assignment when syncing identities from Azure AD To be more specific, it would be ideal if we could automatically set all users that are in a specific Group that is synced from Azure AD as administrators (or any othe role) automatically in the Adobe Admin portal the same way we are able to assign licneces. The current proces involves syncing users to the Adobe Admin portal (via a dedicated group) and then manually assigning the administrator role once the user has syncronised. In a large organisation with many technical staff (oftent transient) that often need to log into the Adobe portal to troubleshoot this it means we need to remember to manually provsion each user instead of just letting our identiy managment platform handle that automatically.

My preference is using Fireworks CS6 vs Photoshop and I know it is no longer supported. I have had no updates on my computer (Windows 10 Home) to alter anything but within the last two days when I go to open Fireworks I get an error from Creative Cloud " Unable to start your subscription for Creative Cloud - please wait a few minutes and try again." Chat does not help at all and all i want to use is use Fireworks... can someone please assist to help me fix this error.
Hi there, My Adobe account had a subscription valued for 1 years, after the 1 yeasr period i received the messege that i needed to continue the payment dor another 1 years. So i payed for the new subscription, BUT im still paying for the last one that just ended for around 12 months. I tought it was for only 1 month the 2 payments, the one that just ended and the one that will follow next now.But somehoe im still receiving two values for the subscpriton. If Adobe sair it ended after 12 months so why im still paying it the last one and not the new one? Im not sure witch one i should end sucscription and also, i want to see if its possible to ask for the refund for those 2 months that i payed, since Adobe garanteed that my last one was finished already but somehow is still "active" so.

I had to log in, then it wasn't obvious how to uninstall. I looked forever, turns out it uninstalled after logging, but this is infuriating and a waste of time. DO BETTER ADOBE, STICK WITH STANDARD UNINSTALLS AND DON'T USE UNINSTALL AS A MARKETING ATTEMPT. I WILL FOREVER REMEMBER ADOBE DOES THIS.
are my adobe cloud files all saved in this section here? : https://assets.adobe.com Is there any difference between cloud and creative cloud fiiles section anymore in adobe or are they merged? I can see automatically all of my files being saved in that link, but I awant to make sure I dont loose any file by mistake, meaning placed in a different section. Thank you
Hi guys, So I'm having this issue where adobe will keep asking me to sign into the cloud. but it will just repeate this message over and over.I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have signed out on the broswer and back in multiple times, I have deleted the key accsess, I have tried to use the log detector tool but keep getting this message? (I have full bars and connected to 3 different wifis to try get it to work) I’m still stuck, and it’s really stressful because I need these programs for college and use them daily. I haven’t used Adobe apps for about two months while I was away from my laptop on holiday, but I kept paying for my subscription. Not sure if that could be related.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So I installed a few beta apps from Creative Cloud, and now—surprise!—every other beta app has packed its bags and vanished from the "Apps" tab without so much as a goodbye. Just poof, gone. The few I had already installed are still hanging around, probably out of guilt and also working well. How can I make beta apps appear again on creative cloud desktop?

hat jemand mit Mac OS 26 das gleiche Problem? Ich kann mich nichtmehr bei der Creative Cloud App anmelden. Sobald ich auf anmelden tippe lädt es ganz kurz und dann kommt die selbe Meldung wieder ( Screenshot im Anhang). habe ein neues MacBook und kann die Adobe Apps für viel Geld momentan nichtmal benutzen.
